The staff were very pleasant …nothing was too much trouble…the bed was very comfortable…the room was exactly the one in the picture…the shower was fantastic…lashings of hot water …kettle with tea and coffee in the room…chocolate drink for my granddaughter…everything was wonderful. - Alexandr Minsk (1/5): If you want to ruin your trip and your impression of Paris — this is the place to stay. - The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location near the Moulin Rouge. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The issues started at check-in. In the pre-arrival communication, I was clearly informed that standard check-in begins at 15:00, and early check-in would cost €20–30. I arrived at 12:30 and asked whether my room was ready. The receptionist confirmed that it was ready and that I could check in immediately — but only if I paid €70. He then “kindly” offered a discounted rate of €60. It is unclear how a ready room at 12:30 qualifies as a premium early check-in rather than a standard courtesy. When I showed the written confirmation with the previously stated price, I was suddenly told that the room was “not ready.” I left my luggage and returned a few hours later, where a different staff member checked me in politely and without any issue. However, the initial interaction left a very negative impression and raised serious concerns about transparency. The room itself presented additional problems. The toilet is installed so close to the wall that it is physically uncomfortable to use — there is not enough space for a normal seated position. This is not a minor inconvenience but a basic usability issue. The final concern occurred on my last morning. I opened a bottle of water provided by the hotel, which had a strong, unpleasant smell resembling stagnant water and was clearly undrinkable. I brought it to reception, where — coincidentally — the same staff member was present. I asked him to smell and taste it. While he tried to insist that everything was normal, he avoided actually drinking it himself. No apology or proper response was provided. Overall, this experience reflects poorly on both service standards and basic quality control. If you are looking for a comfortable and trustworthy stay in Paris, I would strongly recommend considering other options. Alternatively, this hotel might serve as a memorable gift — for someone you truly dislike.

They left a lovely birthday gift for my son’s 18th which was very thoughtful. We didn’t love the breakfast so much. The coffee situation was a bit hit and miss for us. It was a real shame there wasn’t all coffee options available through the day even if there was a charge for them. Also it would have been nice if there was other wine available to buy as well as champagne. These are small niggles that did not detract from the overall stay and welcome.

Elevador parou de funcionar e tive que subir e descer 4 andares algumas vezes, máquina de café tb com defeito. Pouca variedade ofertada no café da manhã, e todos os dias iguais. Fica um pouco afastado das estações de metrô uns 10 minutos de caminhada morro acima.

The room we got was spacious and the area is perfect to grab breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fairly close to transit as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Needed to make a last minute reservation when the R Kipling Hotel moved us to a hotel across the city (and lower star) 1 week prior to our trip.

- Stephanie (10/5): Hotel Sacha Staff are the best in Paris! - I loved the staff the most. Everyone was so kind and polite, encouraging with my limited French. I was always offered an espresso every morning even though I didn't opt for the breakfast inclusion. The staff are available 24/7 and no matter what time of day I was always greeted with warmth and a sincere desire to ensure everything was okay with my stay. I would say if I had to make some feedback the lift is a bit small, but that's honestly something guests need to be used to in Paris.

- Hani (9/5): fantastic stay - clean room and location i stayed in junior sweet , the lampshades is in the middle of the walkway is not good , its so low and hits our heads every time when we walk in and walk out , beside we cant set comfortable in the sofa because of them , need to redecorate this room

- 799berrins (10/5): Charming - I stayed at Hotel Sacha and it truly felt like my second home in Paris. The location is perfect, you can easily walk to Montmartre and explore the beautiful streets and cafés nearby. At the same time, the hotel is on a quiet street, which makes it calm and relaxing. The rooms are cozy and clean, the atmosphere is warm, and the staff were genuinely kind. I would definitely stay here again and again 🫶🏻

- Marie (10/5): Super, très joli et très bien situé - Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 pas de la rue des martyrs, de restaurants, des commerces, tout en étant dans une rue au calme. Petite chambre mais bien pensée, décoration très jolie. Il y avait un soucis d’eau chaude dans la chambre mais le petit déjeuner nous a été offert, geste que nous avons fortement apprécié. C’était notre 2e séjour à l’hôtel Sacha et nous y reviendrons ! Merci ! Rien !

- Pauline (6/5): Déçue du confort… mais un quartier génial! - La localisation est super, on a adoré le quartier. Le personnel était gentil et accueillant. Ils ont bien reçu nos commentaires (voir négatif). Plusieurs problèmes: lit inconfortable (dur) et petit (140cm pour un double) alors qu’un grand lit était indiqué sur l’annonce. Il y avait aussi un souci de ventilation que nous avons signalé et que le personnel a indiqué qu’il réglerait. Nous avons expliqué ces soucis en repartant et espérons que ça sera réglé car la localisation était parfaite!
