- Sultan (6/5): - Расположение хорошее: рядом станция метро FGC (1 мин пешком). Очень вежливый персонал. Обычный шведский стол утром, кофемашина круглосуточно. Терраса на 9 этаже работает до с утра до 22:00 (можно покурить). Было неожиданно увидеть, насколько мала комната, но это нормально (в центре кровать, шкаф и тумбочка; ванная и туалет отдельно в другой комнате). Если по работе приехал, чтобы прийти и поспать - нормальное место. Главных минуса два. Первый: в отеле нет утюга (отпаривателя тоже). Если нужно погладиться. нужно заказывать отдельно, как обычно в отелях делается: кладешь в спецпакет и за каждую единицу (штаны, рубашка и проч.) надо платить отдельно. Я впервые был в отеле, где нет таких удобств. Второй минус: я был в мае; в комнате душно; кондиционер установлен таким образом, что дует прямо на кровать, где вы лежите. Хоть сколько градусов ставь, может продуть. Поэтому я охлаждал комнату, потом выключал кондиционер и открывал окно, и ложился спать. Это было неприятно.

- Borja (9/5): Sorprendente hotel de 2 estrellas con muy buena limpieza - Ubicación y limpieza excepcional. Servicio de recepción 24/7. La máquina de café gratis durante todo el día es un puntazo. La insonorización entre habitaciones (y con el pasillo) es mala. Faltan enchufes en la habitación. El precio es alto, pero es lo que hay en Barcelona.

The shower cubicle was very cramped leading me to keep hitting the tap whilst washing, so it went from being very hot to very cold to a trickle depending on which way it was knocked.

We were on the sixth floor and our room was dated and old. The rooms looked out onto the back which was dark. My son who was on the seventh floor had a new room which was nice and modern and much nicer than ours.

- Olaf (5/5): Zimmer ohne Tageslicht, spärlich eingerichtet, stolzer Preis. - Das Hotel ist im Prinzip sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut gelegen. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer für 155 Euro pro Nacht (ohne Frühstück!), das praktisch ohne Tageslicht war - die Fenster waren milchweiß angestrichen und gingen in einen dunklen, dreckigen Schacht. Aus der Toilette stieg ein unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch. Es gab nur ein Bett und einen Nachttisch, keinen Stuhl oder Sessel, keinen Tisch oder Schreibtisch. Angesichts der guten Bewertungen war ich äußerst enttäuscht über dieses finstere Kabuff zu einem stolzen Preis.

- NADIR (6/5): Lindo Hotel - Informática deficiente - Lindo Hotel que por su ubicación y arquitectura podría pretender a más si el nivel de atención y servicios cumpliera con las expectativas (i.e. el nivel de servicios anunciado). Merece la pena, aun puede mejorar. La infraestructura informática no está a la altura del nivel de servicio propuesto : el wifi no llega bien a las habitaciones, las transacciones virtuales no se llevan a cabo correctamente, etc. Esto impide que se lo pueda recomendar a profesionales o a gente de negocio de buen nivel porque las dificultades generadas por las carencias del sistema informático demandan un excedente de atención innecesaria. El sistema de pre-autorización de las tarjetas bancarias es, en particular, deficiente y un factor de complicación del viaje : si la tarjeta bancaria funciona y la cuenta tiene fondos, el sistema debería pre-autorizarla sin más complicaciones. Y si no es el caso, no es el cliente el responsable sino es el responsable del sistema informático de pre-autorización. Una simple lógica difícil de aceptar por parte del hotel... confío en que sabrán mejorar en eso :)

- NICHOLAS KWAME (8/5): It was an awesome experience overall and I would stay here again if I have too. No complains - Breakfast we decent overall. What you would expect in any hotel. The hotel was clean, staffs were very polite and helpful. Very good location, close to the metro- Fontana about 5 mins walk and Gracia station is just 1 min from the hotel. Proximity to everything needed. Local shops/ stores, restaurants, metro and bus station all around the hotel.

- Irina Cristina (10/5): Far beyond expectations for a 2 star hotel! - We could not understand why this hotel is rated with only 2 stars, since it was amazing! We had a newly renovated room, that was great, but honestly, judging from the photos, the old ones look great as well. The room was very big, modern, good taste, had a huge bathroom, it was extremely clean and well put together. I honestly was amazed by everything. The location is also great, we stayed on the back of the hotel so it was very quiet and nice. Didn't have breakfast, but coffee and water were free of charge. Very nice staff, a big 10 for the design, as well. Subway at 5 minutes away on foot, buses, supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, all very close by. Wonderful stay, would come here again for sure!

- Beyza Nur (8/5): Güvenli çevre, temiz oda - Öncelikle konumu çok iyi, 50 metre ötesinde merkezi bir metro istasyonu var. Özellikle kadın olarak tek kalacağım için konum ve güvenliğe çok dikkat ettim otel bakarken, bu bölgede daha yerliler olduğu için ben de daha rahat ettim, çevresi güzel ve güvenliydi, rahattım. Gittiğimde giriş saati olmasına rağmen boş oda olmadığı söylendi ancak akabinde hemen boş oda bulunarak yardımcı olundu. Ancak oda değişikliğinden dolayı mı anlamadım, rezervasyonumda vergiler dahil toplam 2 gece için 277 euroydu ancak ödeme anında 286 euro ödedim. Oda benim isteğime göre değişmedi sonuç olarak zaten checkin saatim geldiği için müsait oda olmak zorundaydı :) Odam 8. Kattaydı ve giriş yaptığımda 8-9. Katlarda elektrik çalışması olduğu için elektrik yoktu. Akşam odaya döndüğümde sorun çözülmüştü. Banyo çok temizdi. Yatak sadece hareket edince biraz gacur gucur ses çıkarıyordu ama ben rahatsız olmuyorum sesten. Genel olarak temizdi, konumu iyidi, çevresi güvenliydi. Bulunduğu konumdan dolayı sanırım konaklama pahalı ama yine de 2 gece 286 euronun normal imkanları için çok fazla olduğunu düşünüyorum.
