Chambres décrites " vue sur cour intérieure " donnent en fait sur sur une barre d'immeubles..mal entretenus... et bruyants le soir ... de plus mauvaise insonorisation de l hôtel. On entend tout d'une chambre à l'autre. Personnel a l accueil incapable de me dire le numéro de la chaîne de TV 5 monde. " cherchez je ne sais pas "

Elisabeth (10/5): - I loved the amount of space and having a full closet and a full kitchen. It was nice to use the outdoor space of the rood terrace. The area was quiet, even with a high profile soccer match in town. In walking distance of many shops and restaurants. A very pleasant stay. I love that they dont do housekeeping by default but provide on request, i dont need daily housekeeping at all and prefer to leave my room undesturbed. There is a very convenient laundry room where you can wash, dry and iron. While I prefer an iron in the room, access to a washing machine is worth the trade off.

Johannes (8/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und modernisiert. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel wirkt von außen wie ein 70er Jahre Block. Innen ist er dann das Gegenteil und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben in der Reservierung angegeben das wir einen Parkplatz und eine Lademöglichkeit brauchen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt das keine reserviert werden können aber es wurde vermerkt. Als wir ankamen war leider kein Parkplatz verfügbar. So begann die Suche nach einer öffentlichen Ladesäule und einem Parkplatz danach.

Heli (9/5): Hyvä sijainti ja siisti huone. - Huone oli ihan siisti ja sijainti kohtuu lähellä keskustasta. Juna-asema oli kävelymatkan päässä joten lentokentältä oli helppo tulla ja mennä. Parveke oli sisäpihalle joten kerrostalo näkymä vastapäätä ei ollut mikään viehättävä. Mutta olimme vain 3 yötä eikä sikäli ollut tarkoitus hotellilla viettää aikaa.

Alastair (9/5): Very good value, lovely location just off Rosenheimer Platz and the staff couldn't be more helpful - The staff were very helpful especially organising a taxi to the station on the day of our departure when there was a train strike. They went out of their way, keeping us informed and booking an early taxi to make sure we got to the station on time.

Nicole (4/5): Besser nicht - Gute Lage - ruhig. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Zimmer roch unglaublich muffig - selbst nach einer ganzen Nacht mit offener Balkontür. In der 3. Nacht konnten wir leider nicht mehr lüften, da anscheinend nebenan auf dem Balkon gekifft wurde. Das Bett war ziemlich hart. Ich hatte früh gebucht und dabei für 3 Tage 100 EUR mehr gezahlt als bei gleichtägiger Anreise gefordert wurden. Leider war da die Stornierungsfrist schon abgelaufen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war damit unglaublich schlecht. Der Rest war aber ok, allerdings nicht für den Preis.
Catherine (7/5): Nice room, but too warm - The balcony, having a small apartment with many amenities and places to sit. Nice view from the balcony. Mirrors in the hallway making the room look bigger. Had to keep the window open all the time and the balcony door ajar at night as the room was very warm, making it hard to sleep otherwise. They did turn off the heating for me in the bathroom when asked, but the room was still warm. On the last night I had people smoking on the balcony next to me late at night, so I kept waking up to either close the balcony door to keep out the cigarette smell or open it when the room got too hot, hoping it would be a while before their next cigarette. The pillows were big and fluffy making it hard to get comfortable. It would have been good to have the option of smaller, firmer pillows.

Birgit (9/5): Entspannte Urlaubstage in München - Wir kamen zu Fuß in 20 Minuten auf den Marienplatz. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants - alles in der Nähe des Hotels. Das Personal war außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend.
Achim (9/5): Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in einer sehr schönen Stadt. - Das Frühstücks-Büfett ist sehr vielseitig und hat eine große Auswahl. Alles was angeboten wird zum Frühstück schmeckt sehr gut und ist frisch zubereitet Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Es sind Straßenbahn und S- Bahn über kurze Wege erreichbar. Aber auch zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Isartor oder dem Ostbahnhof. Neben der Weißenburger Straße sind auch viele weitere Geschäftsstraßen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Entspannte Spaziergänge sind auch direkt an der Isar und in die Altstadt möglich. Es war alles sehr gut, es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Steffi (7/5): Lage, Lage, Lage & guter Service für normale Ansprüche. Alles ist gut zufuss oder mit ÖV erreichbar. - In unglaublicher Ruhe gelegenes Hotel, das seine besten Zeiten allerdings schon hinter sich hat. Der Balkon mit Blick in den Innenhof war bei bestem Wetter sehr willkommen. Die 24/7 Rezeption ist beruhigend und kompetent. Das Auto kann nach Verfügbarkeit für 19€/Tag in der geräumigen Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Am Morgen gibts ein umfangreiches Frühstück, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Eine SEHR nette Geste war der Schokohase, der uns an Ostersonntag vor die Tür gestellt wurde. DANKE nochmal! :) Das Bett ist (für uns beide zumindest) etwas hart und die Kissen weit weg von ergonomisch. Das Zimmer ist etwas muffig und im Bad lassen sich die Kalkspuren nicht verleugnen. Der Waschbeckenabfluss wies leider massig Haare auf, die nicht erst seit Kurzem zugegen waren. Allerdings habe ich selten eine so effektive Lüftung erlebt; keine Stelle des Spiegels war nach dem Duschen beschlagen. Schade ist, dass trotz Hinweisen, dass NICHT geputzt wird und KEINE Handtücher gewechselt werden, wenn man es nicht ausdrücklich wünscht, nach der 2. Nacht sowohl Bettzeug wie auch Handtücher gewechselt wurden. Dies ist nur mittels "Nicht stören-Schild" zu unterbinden. Wirklich schade - man könnte Ressourcen so einfach einsparen.

Volker (8/5): - Das Hotel ist solide gut . Wir sind immer wieder hier , weil auch die optimal ist . Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher, ist schwer zu durchschauen. Bis zum Schluss haben wir es nicht geschafft, die Lautstärke anzupassen
Elke (9/5): - An der Rezeption war eine junge Dame, die gerade erst angefangen hat. Diese war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, ich hoffe, ihr neuer Job macht ihr weiterhin viel Spaß Leider konnte man den Brausekopf nicht nach unten verstellen und so war man gezwungen diesen in der Hand zu halten...aber es soll ja schlimmeres geben...Für einen Kurzaufenthalt jetzt kein so ein Problem

nuria (8/5): Muy bien calidad precio. - Hotel acogedor. El trato del personal y comodidad Hay un restaurante y un bar que esta cerrado, por lo que no hay mucha opción a mano. El desayuno no es para tirar cohetes.

Die Fenster gingen schwer zu öffnen und die Alu Rahmen waren unschön in die Jahre gekommen Der Hoteleingangsbereich wirkt unsauber und sehr unattraktiv

Valeriano (2/5): Terrible stay – misleading property and nonexistent service - The hotel is located in a strategic position for getting around the city I booked this hotel because the photos on Booking clearly showed a room with a kitchenette, which I urgently needed due to food allergies. On arrival, there was no kitchen at all — misleading advertising with no explanation offered. After two days, I emailed management to report the extremely high temperature in the room — impossible to adjust — and the smell coming from the trash, which became worse precisely because of the heat. I asked for a simple towel change and for the trash to be removed. I received no reply. At reception, I was told that room cleaning “is not included”. The result: five days with no cleaning, no fresh towels, and trash left in the room. A fridge smelling of mold and cobwebs in the corners completed the picture. I paid a significant amount for a stay that was unacceptable on every level. Absolutely not recommended.
