Donata (10/5): Wir waren nach 2001 zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Rom werden wir dieses Hotel wieder bu - Insbesondere hat uns die hervorragende Lage indirekter Nähe des Brunnen gefallen. Zum Pantheon 600 m, zur spanischen Treppe 600 m, zur Piazza Venezia 400 m und so weiter Da fällt mir nichts ein

A região é ótima, a rua fica super agradável à noite e em todos os momentos me senti totalmente segura. Os funcionários foram muito solícitos e atenciosos durante toda a estadia, o que fez diferença na experiência. Vi alguns comentários sobre barulho da rua, mas para nós isso foi totalmente tranquilo e não atrapalhou em nada. Além disso, a acomodação estava impecavelmente limpa, com cama e travesseiros extremamente confortáveis, acima da média dos hotéis que já fiquei. Com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente.

Staff were all friendly. Room was alright, shower was either hot or cold no in between. They started construction at 6:00AM directly outside of our room one morning. The walls are very thin and you can hear others.

The location couldn’t be better – just a short walking distance from the Trevi Fountain, which made it so easy to visit even in the evening and enjoy its beauty without the crowds. There are also plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and beautifully designed – exactly what you need after a long day of exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome! 🇮🇹✨

Selouk (10/5): - Prime location for your time in Rome in a side street just a few steps from the Trevi, 6 minutes from the Pantheon, 3 minutes from Via del Corso it is an amazing hotel for your trip in Rome. The room itself was amazing and had everything we needed, the breakfast was a classic light breakfast that was tasty and had everything you would need.

Easy walking - We were in the family suite that had 2 bedrooms with their own bath and a living room between them. It was an amazing room. The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed at. And just across the narrow street was a fabulous pizza and salad restaurant. Just steps from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Couldn't have a better location. nothing.

Susan (9/5): Was a lovely stay and very central with fabulous staff and amenities - Slap bang in the middle of Rome and literally 1 minute away from the Trevi Fountain with easy access to restaurants, small convenience stores and bus stops. Air conditioning didn’t seem to be in perhaps because it wasn’t properly summer, but I’m menopausal so this would have been a bonus but not entirely a deal breaker.

Room was very small. Room was very hot and stuffy if windows were closed which you needed to do to try to sleep. Included breakfast was limited for choice and not well cooked.

galent2026 (2/5): Anti-American - The customer service was the absolute worse I’ve ever experienced at a hotel and I travel often. I would include the employees names, but they refused to give me any of their names and they also surrounded me in a threatening manner after I took a picture of them because I didn’t have their names. They threatened to call the police if I didn’t delete their picture. They physically grabbed a hold of my phone and made sure that I erased every picture that I took . They didn’t have any cameras in the building, so I did not feel safe and I had to submit. Their behavior was absolutely terrifying and very unprofessional. They were very disrespectful from the very jump. They tried to coarse my family members into buying more rooms as they screamed repeatedly through the conversation that our transaction was against the law. I tried to have him clarify things and asked him About the company protocol, but they were very aggressive and refused to be professional. This hotel is unsafe, even though it looks like a luxurious hotel that would have respectful employees. Only some of my family stayed at the hotel because they had already checked in before we arrived. I was scared to leave a review because multiple employees there were physically threatening as well as threatening to call the police ( I have no idea what they would even tell the police) I hope that some type of reputable management will see this review and give me a call or message me. I’m able to write this review because my other family members are checking out today. (I believe they have a vendetta against Americans) . If the management here was really concerned, then I can let them know my name and the dates I checked in to the hotel and how my experience was. If not, that speaks for itself.

JULIOOK (10/5): O valor mais alto da diária, se paga pelas comodidades EXCELENTE - Localização Perfeita, ao lado da Fontana Trevi, restaurantes em frente e ao lado, otimo custo benefício, Mercado Tigre a uma pequena caminhada. E a poucos minutos a pe de várias outros pontos turísticos, Coliseu Panteon, Praça Espanha, Vaticano etc

Ashley (9/5): Great location! - The location is the perfect location. It’s just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, close to the Spanish Steps and a quick 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. The only time I had to pay for transportation was to the train station and to St. Peter’s Basilica. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was extensive and good quality. I’d definitely stay again There’s nothing I would change

Connector15747148886 (10/5): Enjoying Rome - The hotel is in a great location with the Trevi fountain down the road about 100 mtrs. While other major attractions we found we could walk to the Vatican & Colosseum. These walks took us through some wonderful back streets of Rome usually stopping at one of the many restaurants on the way . The hotel staff very very polite and helpful, in particular the staff at breakfast each morning.

Bradders3030 (8/5): Great Central Location near Trevi Fountain with a few small minor drawbacks. - We had an overall very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the reception team were particularly helpful, speaking multiple languages which made everything very easy. The location is excellent — just a 1-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, with bus and train links conveniently around the corner. It’s a great base for exploring Rome. We stayed in Room 314 Junior Suite, located at the end of the building. The room itself was very spacious and better than expected. Sliding doors separated the main bedroom from the sofa bed area, which was useful, although there was only one TV. The décor and furniture were slightly tired and dated, but still perfectly acceptable. The room was well equipped with plenty of towels and toiletries, and housekeeping was carried out daily to a good standard. Late checkout until 12pm was also appreciated. One downside was the temperature — both the corridor and the room were quite warm. There was no air conditioning available in March, and it was too noisy outside to comfortably leave the windows open. Although the room backs onto an alleyway, there was still noticeable noise from people, traffic horns, and glass bottles/bins being emptied, particularly at night. Breakfast included a selection of pastries, cereal, fruit, sausage, egg and bacon. Unfortunately, the hot items were cold and there was no microwave available to reheat them, although the overall choice was otherwise decent. The mattress was on the firmer side, which may not suit everyone. Overall, a great stay in a fantastic central location, with just a few minor comfort issues to be aware of.

The breakfast does not meet the standards expected of a four-star hotel. The products do not seem fresh, and the breakfast room lacks proper lighting and an inviting atmosphere for enjoying a meal.

V3528YJnicolaa (10/5): A luxurious stay in the heart of Rome - A luxurious stay in the heart of Rome, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great! With plenty continental and hot options.. we loved the coffee machine . The room was fantastic with comfy bed we slept so well! ..and a welcome little seating area with table to relax in evenings. The bathroom was amazing with a fantastic large shower and all toiletry’s and slippers etc included. I was impressed with the fact fridge and safe were included with no extra charge. The hotel is right in the centre trevi area of Rome so getting around all the sights by walking was easy! We sent an email before arriving and asked for a higher floor and although we understood this may not have been possible the hotel was very accommodating and were able to give us this .. it was very quiet and their is extra shutters on windows to block out street noise! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Rome! This was our first visit to the city of Rome and it really was a great experience staying here! Thankyou
