• George-Aurelian (9/5): - Tbe room was clean, the personnel was friendly, price was good. Really close to Blue Mosque, Topkapi and Hagia Sophia, good for a 1/2 night stay. The area is full of overpriced restaurants, being so close to the historical center. During Friday and Saturday there's a lot of traffic and honks on the road in front of the hotel. If you jave sleep issues, ask for an upper floor room, or one with windows to the back of the hotel. You need to walk uphill to go to tue center, it's not that bad, but it's worth to be mentioned.

Завтраки стандартные турецкие, вид из обеденной зоны красивый. особая благодарность администрации отеля за то что они повысили бесплатно нам класс нашего размещения!! удобно, что можно было оставить чемоданы в комнате для хранения даже после выселения, персонал говорит на русском, уборка по требованию хоть каждый день. могу дать небольшой совет, если хотите добраться до касс в АИЯ София без крутого подъема в горку, нужно выйдя из отеля пойти налево по прекрасному тротуару с небольшим уклоном, в отличии от той дороги которая находится справа от входа в отель сушить одежду решительно негде, в ванной нет даже минимального полотенцесушителя для мелких бытовых нужд

Le camere erano abbastanza curate e pulite, colazione sufficiente sia salata che dolce. I dettagli della camera possono essere curati di più (es. carta da parati che si stacca), anche la pulizia delle camere può migliorare ma modesta.

• Livia (9/5): Una piacevole esperienza - Hotel situato in posizione ottimale, a pochi passi da piazza sultanahmet (e quindi dalla moschea blu, da Santa Sofia, dalla basilica Cisterna e da palazzo Topkapi). Uno dei receptionist è stato veramente cortese e disponibile, assegnandoci, senza alcun supplemento, camere di una categoria superiore a quella che avevamo prenotato ed offrendoci la colazione per uno dei giorni del soggiorno; inoltre, ci ha fornito preziosi consigli per la visita della città e gli spostamenti. Bella anche la terrazza coperta, da cui si può godere di una splendida vista. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile La pulizia delle camere può essere migliorata

• Lucie (9/5): Highly recommended - Breakfast was ok, the rooms were comfy, the staff was nice and the location was unbeatable - just a few steps from Hippodrome. There was a little courtyard just under our window and other guests were often sitting there, chatting and smoking until late hours. Not only it was disturbing our sleep, but also the disgusting cigarettes smell was coming to our room. Luckily when I asked them to quit and be silent, there were ok with it.
• Dietmar (10/5): Nettes, ordentliches Hotel in zentraler Lage - Die Lage, besser geht es nicht ... man ist in 3 Minuten im Zentrum. Hotelausstattung für eine Städtetour vollkommen ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich und bei allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück vom Buffet für 7,50 € ist ordentlich - man hat eine gute Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Obst und Gemüse... Hat alles gepasst - wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen! Fällt mir nichts ein. War unser 2. Aufenthalt dort - wir kommen bestimmt wieder
• Fernanda (10/5): Ótima localização - Funcionários atenciosos, Fomos muito bem atendidas e o local é muito bem localizado. Café da manhã não tinha tanta variedade, mas era gostoso.
• Nika (8/5): Отличное соотношение цены и качества - Оставались на 4 дня 7 человек. Нам дали 4 номера, каждый жил на отдельном этаже. Сначала нам дали номер выше категории, как подарок, с видом на воду, но с номере сильно воняло сыростью, и мы попросили поменять, в результате достался номер на 4 этаже возле кухни. Номера на 1,2,3 этажах были хорошие, понятно что требуется ремонт, но в целом за такую цену было не плохо. На 4 этаже номер хороший, но из за того что окна выходят на плющ и окна мансарда, в номере очень темно. Завтрак - очень минимальный, но можно попросить сделать яйца в любом виде. Также всегда есть выпечка. Уборка- не могу ничего сказать, потому что каждый раз во время уборки мы были в номере, и просили прийти чуть позже на что они отвечали или сейчас или завтра. Поэтому мы просто меняли полотенце и все. Месторасположение- чудесное возле голубой мечети, при этом не шумно. Но советую оставаться на другом конце Стамбула возле Галаты, эта сторона сплошной базар вокзал. Персонал - здесь 10 из 10 или все 100! Только благодаря им такая оценка. Персонал всегда отзывчив, разрешал нам сидеть вечерами на кухне и пить чай, кофе. Сидели там каждый вечер, и днем когда кого то ждали. Помогали нам с такси и советовали куда и как пойти. Очень быстро поменяли номер. Потеряли вещи, их быстро нашли. Цена и качество вполне оправданно. Некоторые номера требуют значительного ухода и ремонта. Комары на 4 этаже в номере, на других этажах на было.

The first room that we are staying has a lot of things that need to be repaired, but the vip room was fabulous. The breakfast was poor with little choice. One thing I couldn’t understand was the price. When we arrived in Istanbul the prices were three times less than on Expedia side. Over all it’s good hotel if you’re not tricked with the price

Very close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc - Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a very good range of dishes and beverages. Service was efficient and pleasant. Breakfast terrace had lovely panoramic views of the city and the Sea of Marmara. The hotel is in a peaceful location but still very close to some of the most major sites. My shower may have been a little elderly but it worked very well. Bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. I liked the hotel and the friendly and helpful staff. It was clean, comfortable and well situated. By the way, I definitely advise visitors to bring comfortable, lightweight trainers for plodding around the city. It is pretty hilly and the pavements/road surface can be uneven. There is so much to see! The hotel manager, Selim, was particularly helpful, giving useful tips and directions and seeming generally interested in our exploration of the city. Our thanks to him especially! Was the orange juice at breakfast diluting squash? Freshly squeezed orange juice would have been better. Restaurant prices in surrounding area (Sultanahmet) can be surprisingly high as it is an area very popular with tourists. We visited a number of districts further afield and found eating in less well known areas much better value and much more fun.

Breakfast is not fancy, but well stocked. The breakfast room has a beautiful view of the sea. Most importantly, the staff was fabulous.

Showers mouldy we were moved as wc wasn’t working. 2nd time so much mould in shower it was scary. 3rd time ok but they need attention. Refrigerator didn’t work 3rd time.

La nostra camera era piuttosto piccola, con un affaccio interno e varie cose non funzionavano. La colazione di scarsa qualità.

• Nigel Jon (8/5): - If you’re looking for a hotel with a restaurant and bar that serves a good hearty breakfast, give this one a miss. However, if you want a good, quiet (mostly), comfortable hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location, this fits the bill. The Erguvan does provide a breakfast, but the offering is the same every day and although they will cook an omelette or scrambled egg, the other items are a couple of meats, cheeses, bread, fruit etc. and the breakfast room has superb views of the Bosphorus. For the evening. there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes’ walk – although not all serve alcohol, so it’s advisable to check before getting a table. With regard to the location, The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Place are also within a few minutes’ walk, as is the nearest tram stop. I’d advise purchasing an Istanbulkart at the machines at the tram stop, which you then top up with credit as required. If I returned to Istanbul for a short break, would I stay at the Erguvan Hotel again? Yes, definitely.

• Dana (10/5): Hotel, který lze doporučit - S ubytováním jsem byla velmi spokojená, největším kladem hotelu je jeho poloha v centru, všude je odsud blízko. V noci přitom naprostý klid. Pokoj byl prostorný, s velkou koupelnou, vybavený vším potřebným (lednička, varná konvice, skříň, klimatizace, funkční wifi…). Denně doplňována voda, káva a čaj, taktéž čisté ručníky a toaletní papír. Úklid v pořádku, personál milý a ochotný. Snídaně výborné, dostatečný výběr. Bonusem je krásný výhled z jídelny a asistence racků za oknem 😊 Hotel ráda doporučuji. V koupelně by bylo dobré věnovat pozornost černým spárám kolem vany.

La posizione è fantastica, dalla terrazza dove di fa colazione si ammira la moschea blu e il bosforo. La camera era spaziosa e pulita.
