• Helen (10/5): - We throughly enjoyed our time Serhs Carlit Boutique Hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean, spacious and the air conditioning was a bonus. The location is easy walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast in the morning is the best we have had in Europe. Fresh, a fantastic variety and delicious. The staff we A++. Jessica, in particular, was so kind and helpful in getting my husband's phone back after he left it in a cab. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and we will stay there in any future trips to Barcelona!
• Ashley (10/5): - Perfect, walkable location to most sights of interest, including endless shops and restaurants and accessible public transport to those further away. Staff was friendly and available throughout my stay, at all hours of the day. Cleanliness was top notch and breakfast was fabulous. AC was comfortable and easy to adjust. Wonderful experience as a solo, female traveler. Highly recommend!

• Arpit (8/5): - The property is located reasonably on a quite street. However, the La Rambla etc is about 20+ minutes walk. The property some confectionery for the guest and the Entrance gate to the hotel opens with Hotel key. Moreover, they do have cold water for the guests as you enter which is always a welcome sign. :)
• Robert (10/5): - This hotel was about cheap hotel, very eclectic and clean. Staff was helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Modern conveniences and recently remodeled. Would go back there again.
• Prabhat (4/5): - we had a major fire incident at the hotel which caused big inconvenience to everyone staying at the hotel for full one day. We even lost our chance to go to Sagrada Familia and our money was wasted. We wasted full day due to lack of access to the room to get ready or wear shoes etc. No one from the management spoke to us to inform us of the status or offer any compensation or sympathy. Our TV also did not work for 3 days and we were very frustrated with the lack of communication by anyone. Our stay in the hotel was not very pleasant due to lack of communication from the management.

• Frazer (10/5): Comfy Cosy Central Room in a friendly hotel - When arriving we were greeted by friendly staff and they were great at accommodating us throughout the trip. The hotel room was cosy but had great amenities, the shower was very good. There was also a lot of complementary items and the room was quiet and the A/C made it very comfortable sleep. The breakfast had a good spread and decent coffee although it could have benefited from some clear vegetarian labeling. The hotel was also is in a great place for exploring Barcelona. With lots of great restaurants and bars local. I'd definitely consider staying if I come to Barcelona again.

• Elsa (8/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It was in a convenient location close to a Metro and bus stops, and it was very safe especially in the evening. I was travelling on my own so I was able to eat out later in the evening with ease. There were many options in the area to eat particularly on the Passeig de St. Joan. My favourite place to eat was Bella Istanbul. The room was very clean and the bed was medium firm so it was great! The hotel staff Anna, Joan, and Albert were kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety. The complimentary wine bottle, water and Lindt chocolates were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here and would return!

The location is perfect, close to everything, and the staff are very nice and kind. My room was gorgeous, with a balcony and a huge, super comfortable bed I slept like a princess. The bathroom was big, super cute, sparkling clean, and even had its own balcony. Breakfast was very good and had everything I needed to start the day. The only thing I didn’t like was a sewage smell from the toilet, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. I’d happily stay here again.10/10

• Alejandra (10/5): - The hotel is very cute and in a safe area, everything was almost 10-15 min walk, at most 20-25min walk. Pictures of lobby are not fake! That was something I was most concerned with because most places upload very nice pictures, and in person they are the total opposite. We were welcomed in our room with wine, chocolates and water, which was a very nice touch. The hotel remained in contact with me regarding my arrival to make sure they were ready for me. Our rooms had a cute balcony, which we loved! Hotel counts with elevator and A/C! The only thing I would say was a little annoying was the check-in, there was a lot of paperwork to be filled and it took about 30-35 mins to complete. Regardless the lady was super nice about it and let us leave our luggages since we arrived earlier than the stated check-in time. Would definitely recommend to stay either by yourself, family, or if you are travelling with your partner. Our stay overall was great!

To my surprise, this time they've upgraded the rooms adding a kettle, coffee machine and a small fridge (they didn't have them before). You cannot ask for anything else for a hotel in this location.

• Luca (4/5): - A really bad experience. Our room was really hot and humid, and the ventilation was off and couldn’t be turned on. We had to sleep with the (very little) windows wide open just to bring room temperature to an acceptable level and deal with humidity. That only added more noise but the property overall barely has any noise insulation. The staff were a combination of not helpful and not willing to help either. The man at the reception had what sounded like a script of “we are at 100 percent occupancy and there’s nothing I can do” (it’s Jan 11th in Barcelona and they have various hotels). He called his supervisor and all she was wondering is through which platform we made the booking, as if it made any difference. Just a dehumidifier or a fan could have solved it, which we suggested, but they were just not willing to provide a decent service. I asked to speak with the supervisor myself and was ignored. Avoid if you can.

The staff reviewed their video and showed us that my hubby wasn’t wearing the hat upon arrival- that was so kind and very detailed of them, accommodations and food were great. Unfortunately the hotel can have lots of outdoor noise, cars, shouting, morning work on the property.

Causa malattia, il viaggio in cui una coppia di ragazzi ventenni aveva investito tutti i risparmi é saltato. Abbiamo chiesto all’hotel di poterci venire incontro in qualche modo. Di spostare il viaggio, ovviamente in bassa stagione, dato che il rimborso era improponibile. Risposta negativa. Zero umanità, o comprensione, in un periodo difficile. I ragazzi hanno donato a persone sconosciute (conoscenti di amici di amici di amici) i pernottamenti. Mai trovato persone senza umanità del genere. A priori assolutamente sconsigliato.

• Kyuwan (10/5): - Room was clean, and air conditioner was available. The windows are through the center, which obviously had no sun light coming from outside. The window above bathroom(was high enough so no one can see from outside) doesn't have the curtain or blinder, letting the corridor's light to room. Service was great. Have elivator. Hotel front door had to be open with the room key, and the same goes for the elevator. Breakfast was good. Fine coffee and freshly squeezed oragne juice was on the menu. Room doesn't have the refrigerator, so the waters or other drinks should be stay in room temperature. About 20 min walk to casa batillo, and the train station was 10min walk. Neighbor was safe

The area is dirty and could not find any nice restaurant near my ( maybe my bad).good thing was Sagrada Familia was 15 min walking and first day stay breakfast was included. Dicen que es recurrente que se queden con el dinero de las personas por este error. Llame inmediatemente realice el booking y no fueron capaces de postergar la reserva. De apegan a papel y te responden como maquina. Que falta de sentido comun y humanidad.

Even though it was a short stay I enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and facilities are newer. The room & bathroom were spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. Some room amenities include slippers, body wash/shampoo, conditioner, complimentary glass mineral water bottle and a bottle of local wine. The next time I go to Barcelona I would definitely consider staying here.

• Andrea (6/5): Poderia ter sido perfeito, mas… - O hotel tem uma decoração agradável, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã excelente, camas confortáveis, sistema de aquecimento funciona muito bem, tem máquina de café no quarto, água e vinho de cortesia. Banheiro muito bom, chuveiro excelente e os amenites de qualidade. O que deixou a desejar foi o tamanho do quarto, pedi um quarto triplo e ficou bem apertado para 3 pessoas. No entanto, o que mais incomodou foi a estrutura física do hotel, imagine que não se escuta barulhos da rua, mas quando outros hóspedes usam o banheiro, ou andam pelos quartos é como se estivessem dentro do seu quarto, isto foi terrível…escutar tudo o que outras pessoas fazem, desde ligar a torneira, ou dar descarga, tomar banho. E não foi de um quarto isolado, deu para perceber que foi de vários andares. Eu estava no terceiro andar.Depois de um dia intenso de atividades não conseguir ter uma noite de sono tranquila acaba tirando todo glamour do hotel.

• WAI KIT (8/5): A nice hotel with good transportation - The location is excellent in the city with easy access to Metro and Buses taking me to most tourist attractinons within 20 min. The area is safe and with many resturants & cafes nearby. The only complaint is the room is small.

The breakfast had a good variety but no hot food. Supermarket next door was very convenient however bars and restaurants you need to walk a distance to.

• Robert (10/5): - An excellent and quiet location. Very close to the Tetuan metro station (Girona station not much further). Lots of places to eat very close by. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Buena opción - Hotel con excelente ubicación para conocer la ciudad de Barcelona (hay una estación de metro a 2 cuadras), el personal es muy amable y en todo momento están pendientes de las necesidades de los huéspedes. El único inconveniente fue el ruido, se alcanza a escuchar la conversación de las habitaciones vecinas.
