• Simonetta (9/5): Nice and really central - Nice hotel in a perfect position, in the very centre. Big rooms, clean and not noisy. Breakfast used to be nearer... with fine weather is not a problem, but in winter it may be less pleasant.

Aamupala sinänsä olisi ollut ok, mutta ruoat olivat loppu 09 maissa ja lisää ei tuntunut tulevan. Mehuakin joutui pyytämään erikseen kun kannu tyhjänä.. En suosittele aamupalaa!

The breakfasts were the best meals we had in Prague! They even made us an early morning breakfast to take to the airport. We couldn’t get into the hotel when we arrived! The back door was locked as well as reception. The elevator door closes much too quickly for 2 people to enter.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Amazing location with HUGE room - Location was perfect - close to everything including sights, town square, restaurants, wine bars The AC in the room didn't work - batteries removed from remote control which was only access point so opening a window provided plenty of cool breeze however it was VERY loud at night if the windows were open so you had to choose between quiet and too warm or loud and comfortable temperature.

• Norea (9/5): Toll, zentral. Wenn der Gestank behoben wird, jederzeit wieder gerne! - Die Lage ist genial - zentraler geht fast nicht! Allerdings sollte man sich auch zwecks parken gut erkundigen, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Frühstück war im Nachbarhotel - der Fußmarsch in der Früh hat nicht geschadet. Frühstück war genug vorhanden, Sitzmöglichkeiten auch. Im Sommer könnte die Lage laut sein, weil rundherum Bars sind. Aber das muss man einfach wissen.... Was uns SEHR gestört hat, war dass der Abfluss im Bad extrem gestunken hat. Wir sind in der Nacht sogar vom Gestank aufgewacht - trotz geschlossener Badtür. Wir haben es nach der ersten Nacht an der Rezeption gemeldet, allerdings wurde leider nichts unternommen und es erwartete uns beim Heimkommen wieder ein extrem ekeliger und penetranter Gestank. In der zweiten Nacht ließen wir Licht & Lüftung im Bad und Klo laufen. So konnten wir zumindest etwas besser schlafen.

• Stephen (10/5): Very enjoyable, and I would happily return to this hotel in the future. - location was excellent, and my room was very comfortable. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but not outstanding. Hot food, especially the scrambled egg and beaked beans, was left in the hot trays for too long, and sometimes looked unappetising and congealed. Also, having the cereals and pastries in a different room was not ideal, but understandable due to limited space. Fresh fruit salad would have been nice!

J’ai choisi un établissement où le parking était inclus sur Booking pour avoir cette déconvenue. La personne a l’accueil n’était clairement pas agréable…

• Paul (9/5): Absolutely delightful! Very historic, friendly and safe. Great fun, I hope to go back soon. - If you want to spend your time in Old Town, this location is hard to beat. It is only about a 5 minute walk from Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. About a 20 minute walk to Prague Castle across the Vltava River. Any of the important historic buildings in the center of Prague are easy to walk to from Hotel Metamorphis. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They all spoke excellent English which was very important for me as I speak no Czech. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There are several very close by, and Old Town Square has many nice places to eat, so that was not a major problem. The only other issue was, because I used booking.com to make my reservation, I did not receive transportation to and from the airport as part of my reservation. Had I made the reservation directly with them, a shuttle would have been included. They did help me arrange transportation back to the airport for my return flight.

Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile con le mie richieste. La camera era pulita e davvero spaziosa. La mia camera era al terzo piano ma l'hotel non ha l'ascensore e spostare i bagagli è stato davvero faticoso. La doccia (quella che si vede nelle foto del bagno della camera doppia qui su Booking) aveva sia un elemento a mano che uno più grande in alto ma sfortunatamente il secondo era pieno di calcare e funzionava male. L'acqua di rubinetto che viene consigliata è sicuramente potabile ma non buona.

• salvatore (8/5): Buon soggiorno... - Posizione strategica per chi non vuole usare mezzi di trasporto, a piedi in massimo mezz'ora si arriva anche al Castello, la struttura è dentro la città vecchia ottima posizione. La camera era un un palazzo nella piazzetta comunque molto confortevole e spaziosa. La colazione non è un albergo ma si appoggiano a un'altro in una strada parallela. Durante il soggiorno rifanno il letto e sistemato il necessario, non cambiano gli asciugamani e non puliscono per terra, mi dispiace ma è la verità. Comunque siamo stati bene.

При бронировании на Booking было указано, что налоги включены в стоимость, но при выезде с нас всё равно потребовали дополнительную оплату. , Однако важно заранее информировать о наличии городских налогов: изначально онлайн оплачивается только стоимость проживания, а о дополнительных городских налогах, которые необходимо оплатить на месте, сообщают лишь при выезде. Желательно либо заранее включать эту сумму в общую стоимость, либо как минимум делать предварительное удержание с карты, чтобы гости не сталкивались с неожиданностями. Также хотел бы отметить, что в номерах было слегка прохладно.
