Mr Mohit who was our waiter was exceptional. He was helpful, kind and polite. He checked on us frequently and made sure we had an excellent dinner experience. The reception staff got multiple things wrong. We ere checked into a single room when we had booked a double room. We had to go back down and wait again to change the room and ended up with a room facing a parking lot. We paid to change lunch to dinner but when we arrived at the restaurant, it wasn’t updated in the system.

A special thanks to Mr. Imed for his kind support, professionalism, and polite behavior. He made our stay even more comfortable. Highly appreciated and highly recommended! The only issue I faced was at the water park, he asked me hotel guests are allowed entry only one time.

- Ahmad Feras (3/5): Not made for me - The food was good. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, especially considering the high rates charged and its claimed 5-star standard. During dinner, my family and I were kept waiting for a long time at the restaurant entrance until the staff verified whether we had half board included, despite this already being confirmed during check-in. The way this was handled was embarrassing for me. What made the situation worse was the complete miscoordination between the main reception and the swimming pool/water park reception. During check-in, we were clearly informed that after checkout we could leave our luggage with the concierge and continue using the swimming pool and water park facilities until closing time. Based on this, we checked out and left all our belongings with the concierge. However, when we went to the pool reception after checkout, we were suddenly prevented from entering because we had already checked out. The situation escalated to the point where my little daughter started crying in front of other guests before they finally allowed us access. Frankly, I felt humiliated, as if the hotel was doing us a favor rather than providing services we had already paid a premium price for. The handling of the situation caused unnecessary distress to my family.

The breakfast is the best iv had at any hotel and the water park is the best one iv been to in Dubai and we have tried all the popular ones. I would come back just for breakfast and the excellent coffee. overall exceeding my expectations i would most definitely come back. The only one thing i can think of is the staff at outside the hotel whom deal with your car parking the valet they are not very helpful, don’t seem like they want to help and every time we tried to get our car they took ages or took there sweet time literally 20mins.

- Maitha (4/5): - We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. At check-in, our bag containing food from McDonald’s was taken, and it was never delivered to our room. When we asked about it, the staff said they didn’t have it. We were also charged extra for a bed for our 5-year-old child, but the bed was never provided. They also did not refund the extra charge for the child’s bed. We called room service three times with no response or assistance. We were then told we would be transferred to the manager, but the call was disconnected. At check-out, we requested a refund, but we were told that no refund would be given. Overall, the staff service was very poor, and our experience was extremely disappointing.
