- Eadie (7/5): The hotel for the price was lovely, staff were friendly and room were clean. The area is fabulous and close to everythin - The staff were very lovely and the hotel room was cleaned daily. There is a train station just opposite and next door but if you need the main osaka one it’s only a 20 min walk away and has nice views. The TV wouldn’t switch to english meaning we couldn’t use it whereas other properties we had been to prior we could just connect our phone to making it much easier and more comfortable.

- Charlene (7/5): Great location with friendly staff - Very clean, nice staff. Great location close to several stations. Because of the central heating our room got very hot. The windows are locked with a special key but after contacting the reception they were able to open it for us.

- KUNIAKI (8/5): 立地の良い便利なホテル - フェスティバルホールや中之島美術館から近い立地で肥後橋駅からすぐなので、利便性の良いホテルでした。フロントフロアのエレベーター前に設置されているフリーテーブルもリュックを降ろしたり地図や新聞を拡げたりするのに重宝しました。 トイレの座面が正面の壁に接近しすぎていて、とても窮屈でした。

- Jdbatiste604 (7/5): - It provided a free breakfast equivalent to the number of days of guests stay. I was abruptly stopped by one of the male staff on my way for the free breakfast. He told me I can't go in to the restaurant where breakfast was being served. The coupon stated that breakfast was being served only before 9:30 a.m. despite the coupon said it is served until 10 and one of the staff the night before, a bald guy, confirmed that.I just woke up then and didn't want to sour my day by arguing with anyone. I can well afford my own breakfast given that I have spent great deal of money traveling in Italy, Malta, Tokyo and yearly vacations in different parts of the world. However, I didn't take too Kindly with the argumentative tone of the tall guy at the front desk and approach him after breakfast. When I asked him to explain himself, he was defensive and kept repeating his reasoning. I waved him away and went to my room. A few minutes later, he phoned me and repeated himself. At this point I became abrupt and and told himarguing with me is rather moot as I already had my breakfast and the onky thing he succeeded in doing was irritate me.. 5 minutes later. He came to my door and was apologetic and offered me a free coupon for Starbucks which I accepted to end it all.I didn't use the coupon however and returned it when I checked out. This proves that there are people in Japan who are less civil and thus hotel guy was not the only one

- Elena (9/5): Great stay in a great location - The location is amazing, even if it's on busy street it's nothing to be worried about. The staff is kind and helpful, the restaurant very convenient if you're in a rush for breakfast or lunch. The room was not so spacious, but very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. Honestly, nothing bad about this hotel. If i have ti pin point something, it's the dimension of the room, but really an average size for the rooms I've been staying at, nothing to worry about.

- Ikuno (8/5): 肥後駅至近の便利なホテル - なんばへのアクセスは大変良いホテルなので、伊丹空港利用の場合は、リムジンバスを難波で乗り降りすると大変便利です。最寄りの肥後橋駅からもエレベーターを使って移動できます。朝食は野菜がたくさん食べられてヘルシーで、コーヒーも美味しかったです。長期出張の際に便利な洗濯機は全自動で、クレジットカードでの支払いもできて良かったです。 部屋は金額にしてはちょっと狭いなあという感じでした。古いホテルのリノベーションでしょうか。バスルームがかなり狭いです。廊下の音が結構響きます。洗濯機は部屋数にしては数が少なくて、なかなかの争奪戦でした。リーガの名を名乗っている割に高級感はありません。

For this trip, I need a receipt for expense reimbursement. When I checked out, the front desk staff informed me that I could download it online, but I was unable to find any downloadable electronic receipt in my email. I am not sure if this issue is related to the fact that I made the reservation through Booking.com, and whether I should request the receipt directly from your hotel. As I need to cover this expense personally, I would appreciate your assistance in providing the official accommodation receipt or confirming how I can obtain it.

Very convenient location, just 1 stop away from Osaka station, although Osaka is so pleasant that I’d usually just walk 15 minutes instead of taking the train. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Osaka.
