• Zainul (7/5): Nice apartment which is located centrally. - It’s a very nice and spacious apartment with a separated bedroom. A short walk to the shops and restaurants and is situated right at a metro stop. There is a microwave in the kitchen. The apartment is not sound proof. You can hear all the noise from the traffic on the main road.

• CV (8/5): - הדירה יפה, מרווחת ונקיה. המיקום מצוין - מול המטרו, בקרבת מסעדות וברים, 15 דק' הליכה לאקרופוליס. מארחים אדיבים. דברים קטנים שעושים את ההבדל - מכונת הקפה נזלה והיה במטבח רק קפסולה 1 כששהיתי שם 5 ימים. מתקני התלייה בשירותים לא היו מחוברים לקיר אמרו לי שיבואו לתקן ולא טיפלו, האינטרנט לא היה מספיק חזק בסלון.

The apartment block has a new lift. The apartment itself was cozy and clean. only point, the armchair in the living room was broken and the shower waterfall button (?) as well. This has nothing to do with the host though, but most probably with previous tenants.

• Monique (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf op een top­locatie, ideaal om Athene te verkennen. - We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Athene! De locatie is fantastisch, de buurt is gezellig en sfeervol, met veel leuke restaurantjes en cafeetjes, en bijna alles is op loopafstand. Ook zit de metro heel dichtbij, wat het makkelijk maakt om de rest van Athene te verkennen. Het appartement zelf is lekker ingericht en comfortabel, en helemaal top dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was. Dat was heel handig voor ons gezin. Zeker een aanrader! Het enige minpunt vonden wij de slaapbank. Die was helaas erg oncomfortabel, zelfs voor de kinderen. Daarom zou ik het appartement vooral aanraden voor maximaal 4 personen, tenzij je geen probleem hebt met een minder comfortabele slaapbank.

Also, it was listed that the apartment has a washing machine but wasn't the case. For a long stay, you have to provide plastic bags for the bins and toilet paper. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

• KGV (8/5): - The place is next step to Metro station, which was absolutely great. The city center within the walking distance, many cozy cafés and restaurants around. The location is the best characteristic of this place. Cigarette smell in the apartment. The bedroom window faces the busiest streets, so heavy noise from early morning till late night - even the closed windows and curtains don't help. The main door code didn't work.

Μεγάλο πλεονέκτ - Η τοποθεσία, τα ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και η αισθητική, άνετο κρεβάτι, λειτουργική και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα, οι πετσέτες και οι επιφάνειες ήταν καθαρές, ωστόσο χρειάζεται να δοθεί μεγαλύτερη έμφαση στην καθαριότητα. Ιδιαίτερα στο μπάνιο και λεκάνη της τουαλέτας.
• Woodruff (8/5): Overall it was great once we managed to check in. - The location, size and layout of the suite, air conditioning, soundproofing are all excellent. The check in process was challenging and the staff was not very responsive to messages about checking in issues. We asked in advance for early check in twice but were never advised that it was not available so we showed up when we said we would but couldn’t access the property. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived to let us leave our luggage and then leave and wait again. It would have been helpful to know we couldn’t checkin early before we showed up. The area outside the door to the suite was not clean, although the inside was very clean.

• alex (1/5): very bad - Peace and blessings. I am writing to you after leaving because our disappointment is great. First, there were difficulties in entering the apartment, you sent us two different codes, which created confusion. The key safe did not open for a long time. I contacted you again and again, the response was very slow and unhelpful, you repeated the code but the safe did not open. We sat outside the apartment for an hour and a half in the heat and feeling frustrated. Finally, a stranger helped us. In this type of entry, the procedure should be simple and easy. When we finally entered the apartment, we found a stained sheet and one blanket. I contacted WhatsApp and mentioned that we were 3 adults and needed 3 blankets. They told us that they would bring them to us, the next day we received one more blanket. We had to make do. Let me remind you that this is not one or two nights but a whole week. The safe is locked, there are no opening or operating instructions and that means there is no safe. There is no washing machine in the apartment - we relied on it and had to do without. Hygiene products, only body soap in an amount that ran out after a day. Toilet paper - a roll and a half. A week for 3 people?! Coffee set with 3 capsules? Dirty toilet. It should be noted that booking said cleaning services - the apartment was not cleaned at all. Towels were not changed. Moreover, there is no broom, mop, rag, trash bags... What do you do when something is spilled? Toilets are not cleaned for a week? We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean. Wifii disconnects and does not work well. In summary, a bad and disappointing experience. Therefore, we will write a negative review on Google and also contact Booking because there is deception in the advertising. All of this damaged our vacation.

The apartment's basic amenities are inadequate, and some items are missing, such as cutlery and cooking knives, and the pots are worn. The service from some of the hosts is very slow, especially on the day of check-in (14 june) , when we had some issues. Maria checked in about eight hours later after we called and texted her, and in general, the hosts' response is slow, even on the property's WhatsApp. I'm now requesting an valid invoice for the first of our two stays at this property, and there's been no response.

• Di Vincenzo (8/5): Appartamento perfetto per un weekend lungo in una zona centrale di Atene. Sconsiglio solo a chi particolarmente sensibil - Posizione comodissima per prossimità metropolitana e bus, museo arte contemporanea, museo dell’acropoli, zone centrali e carine dove passeggiare, mangiare e bere. Affaccio diretto su viale molto trafficato e rumoroso. Cattivo odore in bagno (anche se il bagno, come tutto l’appartamento, era molto pulito).

Fomos à Acrópole a pé, também pela facilidade e proximidade do local. O apartamento é bem equipado e decorado, com camas confortáveis. O banheiro é muito bom, com bom aquecimento no chuveiro. O acesso feito por cofre é fácil. Se precisar de transfer, contrate diretamente com o anfitrião: o motorista é bastante gentil. Há apenas um banheiro no apto para seis pessoas, o que pode ser incômodo em alguns momentos. Todavia, é bem equipado.

Stairways were quite dark as lights didn’t work on some levels. There is one washing machine and dryer to share between all Aparments on the level.

• Jui-fu (7/5): Not bad but okay - Apartment was clean. Located near to the underground. Place suitable for 2-3 people. Laundry are in the building. Only can storage the luggage in there’s office (about 500m far away from this room)that’s not easy to me. and the customer service on app was not really helpful. Asking change new towels will be charged. Two adults stayed four nights only get two roll toilet paper(no table tissue) but if you asking more roll paper. They will give you one more roll(no charge) Laundry detergent was run out when I first time used the laundry washing machine. Next house was quite annoyed.you might hear talking sounds.(but not take long time)
• Sabrina (7/5): Prima voor de duur van ons verblijf - De ligging van het appartement was top. Paar stappen verwijderd van de metro en shops om de hoek. Koffiecorner precies tegenover. Host waren punctueel! Algehele hygiëne. Badkamer is wel echt toe aan een grondige schoonmaak. De rest van het appartement is oke. Het was goed voor 3 nachten. Ik heb wel echt een kleedspiegel gemist. Het is gelegen aan een hele drukke straat, dus als je daar niet tegen kunt, dan zou ik het niet aanraden. Prima voor een paar dagen Athene!

• Christ (9/5): Amazing location in central Athens! - Location was great. Very walkable to many of Athen’s central attractions. There were shops and restaurants right outside the building, including a popular public transportation line and a taxi queue. The unit was very comfortable as well. The WiFi was very poor. Seemed like only one network for all of the units on the floor. At times, it wasn’t possible to access the internet.

Die Ausstattung der Apartment ist sehr modern und aufgeräumt, die Wohnung ist sehr bequem, hell und sauber. Die Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt und uns gefreut, die Apartment in Athen ausgewählt zu haben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall die Apartment weiter empfehlen. <3
