They are very nice folks.. we almost had a panic situation (personal one ) and they were very helpful .. they infact came to the room and helped us. Immediately helped with cctv coverage ! I would always remember them as exceptional customers service and amazing location Nothing !

It was close to the Jordan Station, and all the essential shops - coffee, convenience, drugstore, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery. I was pleasantly surprised when I got upgraded to a suite. This gave me more than enough space to comfortably organize my luggage, and shopping. I arrived a few minutes before the designated check in time but was immediately issued a room. The room had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay! They used very little to no plastic - complimentary water came in cans, slippers packed in paper, bathroom amenities in boxes. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Nothing really. Everything was great! Maybe just the sofa by the door needs some deep cleaning. There were some suspicious looking white stains on it 🤭

- acciokerry (9/5): A great place to stay at the heart of Nathan Road Hong Kong - Great hotel, especially the location. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Jordan MTR Station, and just one station away from Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Nathan Road is full of shopping centres and restaurants, and you can walk around to eat or find something interesting. The room is great, comfortable, and clean, and it is quite spacious.

- Karina (9/5): Enjoyable stay - Great location. Plenty of shops and eateries. 5 minute walk to MTR station. We booked smart plus rooms that were interconnected so ideal for families. Spacious but were configured differently so one was slightly better. Comfortable beds. A bit of street noise in the morning as we were on a lower floor but wouldn't bother most people. Staff were helpful and friendly. Kindly allowed us to use shower when we collected suitcases as had later flight.

Terrible customer service and my partner and I had the worst breakfast ever in our life. Stale food. They are literally serving the old stale bakery the next day.

Rooms are clean, spacious and furnishings look new and well maintained. Breakfast is simple but decent enough. There is a 7-11 and a Starbucks on the ground floor. We arrived around 12-1pm and dropped off our bags as early check in was not possible. When we arrived back at around 4.30pm for check in, only one out of two of our rooms was ready. By the time we were given our second room, it was close to 6pm. Staff were not proactive in any form of service recovery and no explanation was given.

The restaurant at night time looked more like a function room and not really inviting. Unless there was actually a function on before I went up.
