Tivemos problemas com uma barata no quarto, falta de reposição de toalhas e, em um dia que resolvemos descansar até mais tarde, praticamente faltava tudo no café da manhã. Descrito acima.

A proximité du centre et d'une ligne métro Chambre spartiate, aucun mobilier en dehors d'une chaise. Un tringle avec cintre servant de penderie avec la machine à café sous les cintres... Une micro salle de bains, aucune tablette pour poser le nécessaire de toilette. Un lavabo poser sur une planche de la taille du lavabo. Bref même en camping l'agencement est mieux étudié.

• Idris (7/5): I wouldn’t stay here again and would look for better value. - Location was great, central and interesting. Was easy to walk to various locations, or even walk good distances to interesting locations. The cost of £120 per night was too much for this relatively small room and small bathroom, with a view into the rear well of the building. No milk or sugar. Only espresso capsules, no tea, water or anything else. No draws, no detachable hangers, noisy at night, slamming doors, loud talking, thin walls and ceiling. Worst of all, air conditioning did not work. When you switch it on, it actually only heated the room more, on any setting that hour chose. This meant we had to sleep with the window open, so we heard every noise outside, including building works early in the morning.

Tienen una recepcionista que se llama Marina y es CRIMINAL el tratamiento que da . Me reto a poner mala puntuación y que llamara al director. Marina se negó a entregar libro de reclamaciones y comenzó a insultarnos .

La Reception aperta 24/24 è un servizio super apprezzato, le macchinette per acqua/caffè e snack pure, il locker per i bagagli anche. Stanza piccola per 3 persone e un po’ troppo buia.

• Daniel (3/5): - Our stay at the hotel was disappointing overall. The biggest issue was the noise — the walls seemed extremely thin, and we could hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms, including conversations, doors, and general movement. Noise from the hallway was also very noticeable, making it difficult to relax and sleep properly. The cleanliness was also below expectations. Some of the towels had stains, and during room cleaning not all towels were replaced. On one occasion, there were no towels left in the room at all. The coffee cups were also not cleaned properly and still had coffee residue in them. Overall, the hygiene standards did not match what we would expect from a hotel of this category. Unfortunately, because of these issues, we would not choose to stay here again.

Me ayudaron a pedir un taxi de regreso al aeropuerto y me sentí muy segura en mi estadía. El ruido de la habitación contigua y los pasadizos. Las paredes son delgadas y las puertas no insonorizan el cuarto. Poca luz en la habitación y la TV no funcionaba.

Staff sempre solare e accogliente, menzione particolare per la Sig.ra Badia, addetta alla sala colazione, che ogni mattina ci accoglieva con sorriso e disponibilta Unica pecca, ma probabilmente soggettiva, se siete di statura alta o corporatura troppo robusta evitate il letto matrimoniale alla francese (se siete in 2 a doverci dormire), in quanto troppo stretto. Ciò nonostante il letto era molto comodo seppur stretto per 2 persone.

Śniadania monotonne nie zawierały żadnych warzyw jedynie pojedyncze owoce (jabłko pomarańcza), większość rzeczy z gotowych plastikowych pudełeczek (twarożek, dżemy).

Ci - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per qualche giorno e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. Spesso si scelgono i 2 stelle solo per il prezzo, ma qui ho trovato un valore umano che raramente si incontra anche in hotel di categoria superiore. Punti di forza: • Pulizia impeccabile: Le camere sono semplici ma curate e molto pulite. • Posizione: Comoda per spostarsi e molto tranquilla. • Rapporto qualità-prezzo: Eccellente. La marcia in più: La Reception Il vero cuore dell’hotel è la receptionist “ Mariana”ci h ho a accolto con un sorriso sincero e una professionalità incredibile .È raro trovare qualcuno che metta così tanta passione nel proprio lavoro. Ti fa sentire a casa fin dal primo istante, trasformando un semplice soggiorno in un'esperienza davvero piacevole

Le porte vecchie e i portachiavi dell’Ottocento continuavano a sbattere ogni volta che qualcuno entrava e usciva dalle camere … inoltre zero controllo notturno!! Schiamazzi continui nell’atrio dove si aspetta l’ascensore e essendo le porte vecchie si sentiva tutto ! Sconsigliassimo per chi ha figli piccoli!

• MIRTA (9/5): Sve je bilo odlično . - Boravak u hotelu je bio izvrstan .Kreveti su bili udobni.Svaki dan se soba čistila i dobivali smo čiste ručnike.Osoblje na recepciji je bilo uslužno i uvijek spremno pomoći.Hotel je bio na svega 10 min hoda od Sagrade Familie .U blizini se nalaze mali dućani ,restorani i odličan Trigo Coffee,jedan od lanaca kafića i slastičarni .U blizini hotela odmah sa desne strane kada se prijeđe ulica je stanica za Hop on -hop off bus ,Miran i pristojan kvart.

Bardzo cienkie ściany i utrudnia to wypoczynek szczególnie w nocy, bo słuchać nawet jak ludzie w pokoju obok rozmawiają.

Insonorisation horrible, pas possible de fermer l'œil. Chambre triple minuscule et pas assez d'équipements pour que ce soit pratique (placard de rangement, crochets pour les serviettes (1 pour 3), tablette dans la salle de bain par exemple).

• d3011df8b6f2721d0401fdd93dac9a6e (7/5): Decent accommodation in a convenient location - Good accommoadtion. The location is good, quiet location, but metro is only a short walk, bus is even less. The staff is outstanding, especiall the lady at the reception and the lady working around the dining hall are very very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good with all the basic items (except fruits and vegetables). The rooms are very small, they lack enough space to put stuff. The biggest issue is the noise: till very late at night (I mean 2, 3am at least) it feels like a youth hostel: music, laughter, door slamming etc. and you feel part of it as the walls are paper-thick. There must be some issue with the ventilation system, too, because that also makes a loud noise every 10-15 minutes during the night or in the mornings.

Der Frühstücksraum steht zum abendlichen gemütlichen Zusammensitzen leider nicht zur Verfügung.

• Henryk (8/5): mój pobyt był związany z opieką nad chorą osobą, ale też udało mi się trochę zwiedzić miasto - Ogólnie dobrze, lokalizacja bardzo dobra, śniadanie OK brakowało mi półeczki na kosmetyki w łazience

• Matteo (9/5): Hotel perfetto per gruppi di amici - Ottima sistemazione per un gruppo di amici. Il receptionist e la signora delle pulizie sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. La posizione è ottima: l'hotel è vicino alla metro e alla Sagrada Familia e il centro è facilmente raggiungibile. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la terrazza, sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. La camera era molto pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. La camera tripla (in particolare il bagno) non è molto grande, ma comunque ottima se si considera il rapporto qualità prezzo.
