- Fabianah_29 (8/5): Posizione e pulizia top - Posizione super comoda, nel quartiere Fatih, vicino al Gran Bazar. A piedi si raggiunge Sultanamhet con tutti i siti da visitare. Camera singola ben organizzata, super pulita e con bagno privato molto grande. Dall'aeroporto prendere M4 fino a Cesmesi, poi il Marmaray fino a Sirkeci ed il T1 fino a Beyazit, poi 5 minuti a piedi Colazione turca, troppo salata e particolare. Cmq qualcosa da mangiare si trova, basta adattarsi

- sanchez cuevas (10/5): Felicitaciones y recomendable 109% el hotel grand kavi. - La habitacion muy comoda e implecablel; su personal muy amable en especial Ismael el recepcionista, siempre con su sonrisa, resolviendo dudas apesar de su cansancio muy proactivo, lo mejor que trato de responder en español ya que yo por lo menos hablo muy poco inglés; pero a pesar de eso el siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas y entregar recomendaciones. También quisiera agregar que esta muy cerca todos los atractivos turísticos puedes caminar o tomar locomoción; pero recomiendo caminar y así disfrutar de cada rincón de estambul de esa zona y por último tienes muchos lugares para comer y elegir de acuerdo a tus gustos Solo quizás se podría mejor la conexión de Internet ya que a la habitación 102 donde me hospede no llegaba la señal en buenas condiciones por lo cual todo era lento; cuando debía comunicarme con mi familia.

Завтраки вкус - Сам номер чистый, относительно свежий ремонт, отель находится в пешей доступности от центральных локаций и трамвая #1, уборка каждый день (включая свежую воду), хороший скоростной вайфай Размер номера меньше, чем заявлено в описании, фото намешаны двух разных номеров, хорошая слышимость с улицы (отель находится в торговом районе, каждый день с 6-7 утра очень шумно), рядом несколько мечетей, сильно слышно намаз, рядом стройка (в том числе и ночью шумные работы, тяжело спать - после жалоб нам заменили номер, где стало тише слышно стройку, но все равно нормально отдохнуть не получилось).

- Матвеева (10/5): - Т.. к.. в Grand kavi не было света меня разместили в Serai hotel. От гранд базара этот отель в 5 минутах ходьбы. Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Помогли с вещами, с трансфером. Сюзанна на рецепшине русскоговорящая. Ей отдельное спасибо за всё. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Вкусный завтрак. Для коротких остановок очень рекомендую. Немного маловат номер, но для одного человека нормально.

Siamo arrivati la mattina prestissimo e si sono prodigati a farci resettare in anticipo la camera e a offrirci una colazione non prevista. Quindi ottimo Camera spaziosa e con tutti i vomfort, personale sempre presente h24 e disponibile a dare supporto e consigli. Posto adiacente alla street food ed al bazar, sulla via dei negozi di scarpe di ogni genere e tipo, molto tranquilla. 5 minuti a piedi da fermata T1. Sala colazione abbastanza imbucata e sacrificata, anche se funzionale. Comunque ben servita, soprattutto salato

His kindness and helpful attitude really stood out and added to the experience. The only minor issue was that during a brief power cut, the backup generator located at the back of the building was a bit noisy. However, it only lasted for a few minutes and didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Man darf natürlich keinen 5 Sterne Luxus erwarten aber Preis Leitung passt hier auf alle fälle. Am fost dezamăgită că lipseau din facilitățile prezentate în descrierea camerei de hotel cum ar fi fierul de călcat, halatele, iar înainte de a face rezervarea apărea ca am avea de ales între twin si double, ne-au dat twin iar când am scris proprietății ca as prefera double, am primit seen. Micul dejun se laudă că este diversificat, in realitate nu am avut o șuncă sau salam, doar un fel de parizer dubios de roz, am mâncat oua fierte cu roșii 3 zile la rând. Au mai multe dulcețuri in boluri dar nu scria la niciunul ce fel este, nici in turcă nici in engleză. Iar personalul se uita urât si des după noi, cred ca ne bârfeau continuu in limba lor, presupun dupa gesturi.

Rooms: very spacious. Each room has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The decorations are very modern. Breakfast: basic continental. 2 egg items, french fry, breads, cereals, cheese, pickles,Jam, juice, salad and coffee. That was sufficient for us. Bonus: they have elevators and taxis can come up to the doorstep. Reception: I forgot to ask the name of the receptionist. He is a very helpful guy. Tried to help us in many ways. He also gave us two umbrellas as it was raining heavily. He also arranged taxis for the return journey. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for the first time visitor plus family with young kids. We arrived late at night and were clearly told by the night receptionist that we could easily arrange a taxi in the morning. However, the next day the receptionist (Ismail) was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. When we informed him that the internet was not working, instead of offering any assistance, he replied in a careless manner that “it’s not working in all of Istanbul,” and showed no intention of helping. There was also a constant loud noise coming from the bathroom (likely from the elevator), which made it impossible for my sister to sleep. When we reported this issue, his response was: “What do you expect me to do with this?” and “This is not my problem.” No solution, no apology, nothing. When we mentioned that we would leave a review about our experience, he repeatedly said: “Go ahead, write it, I don’t care,” in a sarcastic and disrespectful tone. The most unacceptable part was when we asked him to call a taxi, as previously promised by the night staff. He clearly refused and said he would definitely not call one for us, telling us to solve it ourselves. He suggested using Uber, even though he had just confirmed that the internet was not working. As someone working in hospitality, I find this behavior shocking. Basic politeness, eye contact, and willingness to assist guests should be the minimum standard. This kind of attitude has no place at a hotel reception. I would not recommend this hotel because of the staff behavior. Çok kötü ve profesyonel olmayan bir deneyimdi. Gece geç saatlerde otele vardık ve gece resepsiyon görevlisi sabah kolayca taksi ayarlayabileceğimizi söyledi. Ancak ertesi gün resepsiyondaki görevli (Ismail) son derece kaba, ilgisiz ve yardım etmek istemeyen bir tavır sergiledi. İnternetin çalışmadığını söylediğimizde bize yardım etmek yerine “tüm İstanbul’da internet yok” gibi umursamaz bir cevap verdi.

- Airin123 (8/5): Готель ідеальний для шопінг туру - Місцерозташування було прекрасним. Вверх та вниз від готелю були вулиці з кафе та ресторанами. Поряд зупинка трамвая. Багато магазинів із взуттям. За трамвайною зупинкою починався гранд базар. До головних історичних памятків 20 хвилин пішки. Місцерозташування ідеальне для тих, хто їде на шопінг. 5 ночей ми були в готелі, але ні разу не проводилось прибирання в номері і ні разу навіть рушники не змінили. На сніданок мені й дитині не було що їсти (чоловік щось знаходив). Єдине з випічки це хліб. Тому кава і хліб з шоколадом це і був наш сніданок. І що саме дивне, на сніданок була картопля фрі. Як для мене то краще тостер і випічка.

- KAI (9/5): コスパ高！一人旅でとにかく安くを求めるならおすすめです！ - 今回、自分は1人で泊まりましたが、値段が安いのが良かったです。また一泊6000円弱にも関わらず、朝食がついているのも良かったです。 スタッフの方も非常に優しくしてくださり、チェックイン、アウト後も荷物を預けることができます ロケーションはグランドバザールの近くでアヤソフィアなどは少し歩きますが、中心地に近いです。ただ最寄りのトラムからホテルまでは少し路地みたいなところに入ります 朝食は沢山の種類の食べ物があったのですが日本では見られない食べ物が多く味も独特なので合わない人もいるかもしれないです。(自分は合わなかった側です) あと自分は特に気にしませんでしたが、1階のおひとり様用の部屋は狭く、エアコンもリモコンではなく直接触る感じでした ホテルの部屋の広さをある程度気にする人にはおすすめしないです
