Очень скудный завтрак яичница не всегда свежая, варёные яйца вообще холодные и битые, я много где бываю но такое вижу впервые чай пакетированый не вкусный понимаю что я в Италии но не все любят кофе.через отель вызывал такси подача такси 11.40 евро это дорого отель пытаешься и на этом заработать, не приятно в центре Милана на парковке посадка в такси 4,50 евро, место расположения нормальное не далеко от метро , в целом отель старый комары в номерах присуцтвуют ванная ржавая нужен ремонт, но итальяшки не стесняться брать деньги как за 4 отель вытягивает на стабильную 3 .

Il m’a été demandé de contacter l’établissement ce que j’ai fait. La réponse était qu’il fallait contacter booking ce que j’ai fait également. À ce jour, aucune réponse favorable ne’a été donnée.

Insane!!!! Breakfast was not international. You had to order fried eggs as extra costs. And fresh orange juise. Such a joke!!!!

- Hans (4/5): De service bij de receptie past niet bij de standaard van dit mooie hotel. - Het hotel is al jaren lang onze start van een reis door Italië, Milaan is een heerlijke stad en de Milanezen zijn geweldige mensen. De lieve mensen die de kamers moeten schoonmaken werken keihard om alles voor elkaar te krijgen. De kamers zijn heel comfortabel en de tuin is een highlight. De medewerkers bij de receptie waren echt onvriendelijk en niet service gericht. Kauwgum kauwend en niet geïnteresseerd. Dat waren we niet gewend.
- Alma (7/5): Empfehlenswert - gute Zimmerausstattung, die Aufzüge funktionierten sehr gut, man musste fast nie auf den Aufzug warten, gutes Restaurant im hotel, allerdings schwierig zu finden, man musste drei mal Aufzüge auf verschiedenen Stockwerken wechseln um dorthin zu gelangen. schönes Badezimmer mit der Badewanne und Bidet und was enorm wichtig ist man konnte die Zimmerfenster öffnen und die frische Luft geniessen. Gipfeli beim frühstück waren sehr lecker. das hotel ist nur 100 m von der Metro Station M3 Lodi, dorektverbindung zur Bahn Statione Centrale, entfernt. beim regen vorteilhaft. frühstück war nicht schlecht, allerdings an drei morgen immer das gleiche geschmacklose Ananas und eine Melone die wie Rübe schmeckte, das war alles von frischem Obst. Apfel und unreifen Kiwi musste man selbst schneiden. Aufschnitt schmeckte mir nicht, also bestellte ich jeden morgen für € 10 eine Portion Lachs. es wurde jedes mal ohne Zitrone serviert, aber es war ausgezeichneter Wildlachs. Cappuccino war am ersten morgen wässrig, Espresso sah und schmeckte wie Filterkaffe aus, was nicht nur in Italien eine Sünde ist. allerdings wurde es an jedem morgen besser und am letzten morgen richtig gut. Badewanne war beschädigt, was keinen guten Eindruck hinterliess und Wellnessbereich wirkte schmuddelig. im Dampfbad fehlte dusche, so dass man die Sitzflächen nicht abspritzen konnte.

The menu was limited and very monotonous; the eggs were too greasy, and you had to order coffee. I would have preferred to be able to make my own coffee rather than having to order it from the staff. The Wi-Fi was very unstable, frequently disconnecting, and too slow. It would be fine for a personal trip or vacation, but for a business trip, where a stable Wi-Fi connection is essential, this was unsatisfactory.

I took a 15 min nap and woke up to a face full of bites and red tiny bites all over have photo and videos to share - they moved our rooms - first time to me to stay there since chikd is in dorms nearby but we will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN - I live in a hotel 3-4 months out of a year in EU and over 300-400+ hotel experience and it's the first time I got bed bug bites! Didn't even experience this in paris at the height of their bed bugs issues

- Nicolas (10/5): Anche se mi trovavo a Milano non sembrava di essere li, una vacanza molto rilassante - Mi è piaciuto della struttura la comodità della stanza, e la pulizia mi sono rilassata tanto specialmente nella zona piscina, nel cui arrivare c’è un viale bellissimo con personale molto gentile. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.
