Se devo trovare dei difetti, il fatto che la presa phon sia in corridoio, e in camera solo una presa su un comodino; parete a vetro tra bagno e stanza che lascia filtrare la luce infastidendo chi dorme...e bagno scarsamente illuminato, soprattutto la luce della specchiera davvero fioca e poco utile, un vero peccato, nn capisco come mai una simile scelta....ma ci tornerei , come ho gia' fatto...

På hotellet finns en mysig bar/ - Bra läge, mysiga lokaler, fint rum, mycket god frukost, restaurang med bar. Mycket god pizza! Personalen var mycket serviceinriktad och de kunde ordna fram ett extra sängtäcke kl 23:30. Frukosten var mycket god och det var inte lång väntan. De bytte inte ut använda glas på rummet när de städade. Eluttag för laddning endast på ena sidan av sängen.

- marco (7/5): Città carina ma hotel da non pernottare c’è di meglio - L’hotel nel complesso era carino e la posizione diciamo buona Non mi è piaciuto il servizio che ho ricevuto , mancavano due asciugamani e non mi hanno mai preparato quattro letti ma sempre due matrimoniali anche se gli ho detto che eravamo in 4. La cena sono rimasto deluso perché la mezza pensione mi hanno fatto pagare l’acqua e i ragazzi me li volevano far pagare, Quindi inutile prendere la mezza pensione soldi buttati . Ti danno solo due portate il resto si paga tutto a cena. Cosa mai vista in altri hotel Personale poco gentile.

We should’ve paid in advance for it. The 2nd bed for the kids in the room was a futon not a real bed and that was a surprise and disappointment, but it was fine.

Chambre située juste en dessous de la salle de sport, dans laquelle les utilisateurs jettent des poids par terre très très tôt le matin, et qui font tout trembler. Vu le prix de la chambre, il est bien désagréable de se faire réveiller à 6h du matin par un tremblement de terre.
- nancholin (2/5): Pick another Hotel - This hotel is far from deserving a four-star rating. The room was dirty, the bed sheets were old and worn out, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The shower continuously flooded, soaking the carpet and causing a terrible humid smell throughout the room. I reported the shower flooding numerous times during my stay, but nothing was properly fixed. After the fourth day, I simply gave up reporting the issue. The breakfast was not great. Staff were nice and probably did the best they could.

- Caity (7/5): The hotel was good but the location was excellent. - The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic - 5 mins walk to Borough Market with its huge choice of restaurants, cafes and bars surrounding it. The room was clean and well presented. The bed was basic comfy. We didn’t have breakfast there - we went to Borough Market. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the Thames, so easy to walk along the South Bank. The car park out the back worked really well and was secure. Airconditioning - was absolutely rubbish, so we had a very hot night - thank goodness it wasn’t summer! The tea in the room tasted awful. Pillows on the bed were ok - but not great. The sofa was very basic. The car park out the back is not very big and you cannot reserve a space, which if you are travelling a long distance is bit of a risk.

I requested an early check-in but was refused. I arrived at 10 am after travelling for > 24 hours from Bhubaneswar to London, but didn't get a room until 1 pm. 2. I wanted to take breafast which was complimentary with my stay on 10/03, but was refused . I requested that the breakfast on 10/03 be included because I would check out at 5 am on 18/03 and would not take breakfast that day, yet they did not agree. 3. I had booked a Suite with city view, but it was not available, so I was given an executive room (bill for my booking attached). I requested that they change to a suite when one was available, as my stay was for 7 days, but they did not do so. The suite was there (see the attached image, room number 362). I was in room number 342. 4. Room cleaning was not available every day, and I was informed that the hotel policy is room cleaning every 2/3 days. 5. Breakfast had the same menu for all 7 days, with cold fruits and salads, when the outside temperature was 4- 11 degrees. Even the boiled eggs were cold and hard. Soggiornavamo con bambini e una sera il ristorante all’interno dell’hotel non ci garantiva il tavolo anche se la mezza pensione era pagata al momento del check-in. Bevande escluse e supplemento se si voleva magiare “il grill” e il cibo compreso non era del tutto disponibile. Il menù bambini prevedeva solo cibo spazzatura praticamente. Per di più ci sono venuti a bussare in stanza alle 23:30 per farci pagare un conto anche se avevano il numero della stanza e potevano farci pagare il giorno dopo. Una sera hanno chiuso la cucina prima di portare i dessert (compresi) che non sono mai arrivati. Per il resto colazione abbondante e stanze pulite.

- ROBERT (9/5): - Our room was what we had expected. Well equipped, comfortable, and very quiet! Although we stayed for three nights, we only had breakfast on one occasion. It was O.K., but not the best!

- Sunnykjd (9/5): A really nice Novotel... - The staff! Both at the Front desk as well as in the bar-restaurant and in the breakfast room! In general, they were welcoming, kind and accommodating. Some were immediately aware and sensitive to 'special needs'. Apparently, some had just recently received SEND training. More (in-depth) training would still be useful, though. Also liked the selection of special drinks and tasty eats at the bar! And the service was great! It was a fairly long and crowded walk from London Bridge, especially with a 3-year old, reduced mobiiity and luggage! Lack of a little 'play area' or child-friendly corner.

- 187147John (4/5): Disappointed - As a platinum member, I reached my room happy to see I was upgraded to an exec room. Unfortunately once I opened the room door I found somebody was already occupying it. I came down back to reception to notify the adventure and to change room. I got back to reality with a superior room at that moment. Where the nerves started to tense is when I discovered the noise generated by the used water pipe giving every toilet flash in the column of the hotel (difficult to determine at that point around midnight how that could be) a signal when the reservoir was filled... A gentle and subtile orchestra was in front of me to keep me company for the whole night. I notified reception to ask if this was a known fact but the only response was like I was talking to chatgpt: I can come up to check, but the hotel is full so the only alternative is to provide heat plug. Brilliant and unexpected... wondering what would come next. Stay away!
