Εντομεταξυ ο ξινός υπάλληλος στην υποδοχή μου «πούλησε» πρωινό λέγοντας ότι λειτουργεί από 7πμ έως 10:30πμ και μετά μάθαμε ότι το ΣΚ είναι από 7:30πμ κι η κράτηση μου ήταν για ΣΚ! Ντροπή.

- Ziyaev (10/5): היה סבבה לגמרי בסוף בסוף היה ממש נחמד - האמת שהיו חמודים בקבלה והצוות בכללי לא אמרו אבל צריך לשלם שם על מיסים בנוסף למחיר ונראלי שבמכיר כלול במיסים אבל לא יודעת והמיטה רצינו זוגיות וגם רשמנו אבל הם אמרו שהזמנו את הסטנדרט אז המיטה מפוצלת אז זה היה קצת מוזר אבל בסוף שילמנו עוד תוספת לא גדולה עם שדרוג של החדש שכולל את המיטה הזוגית

Had a lovely stay there, everything went well On last day we were leaving too soon to have the breakfast so the hotel proposed to prepare a breakfast bag to-go instead. This to-go was ridiculous compared to the price we paid for the breakfast (just an apple, two biscuits and a piece of bread)

The stuff is very polite and everyone helps you anytime you need. 100% recommend :) It is not a central location, but the metro station is like 4 minutes away, so that’s good. Same for the tram and the bus station :)

- CUNLONG (1/5): - Nada He estado alojado varios noches en este hotel y perdí un abrigo y un pijama aquí. Al informarlo en recepción, el personal tuvo una actitud muy mala, no nos ayudaron en absoluto a buscar las prendas perdidas y ni siquiera se preocuparon. Además, nos cuestionaron sin razón si habíamos consumido productos del minibar sin pagar, creando problemas innecesarios. La atención es pésima, el trato es desagradable y no hay ningún sentido de responsabilidad. No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel, muy decepcionado. I stayed here for several nights and accidentally left my coat and pajamas in the room. When I went to the front desk to ask for help finding them, the staff had an extremely rude attitude and refused to assist me at all. What’s even worse, they unreasonably suspected that I had consumed items from the minibar without paying. The service is terrible, the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Very unpleasant stay experience, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. 总结：狗屁不是！

- Aneta (7/5): - Dobré snídaně, pohodlná postel, dostatečně velký a vybavený pokoj. Skvělá dostupnost mhd. Klimatizace (tu jsem však v toto roční období nepotřebovala). Vyhovovala mi i kosmetika na pokoji. K dispozici byl základ, ale vůně a kvalita byla dobrá a hlavně ji byl dostatek, ne žádné malé lahvičky, které se musí doplňovat a vytváří se tak zbytečný odpad. Na pokoji extrémně hučela asi vzduchotechnika nebo nevím. Nejednalo se o klimatizaci přímo v pokoji, šlo to odněkud jinud a šířilo se to právě vzduchotechnikou. Přes den celkem ok, ale kdybych neměla špunty na spaní, neusnula bych. Někomu by to třeba nevadilo, já bych u toho spát opravdu nedokázala. S hotelem jsem to neřešila, nechtěla jsem se po první noci stěhovat a tím, že jsem měla špunty, řešila jsem to takto. Personál byl ochotný, věřím, že by mi pokoj vyměnili, pokud bych na tom trvala.

- Marek (8/5): dobrý hotel, nesklamal - no za 4* by som čakal viac - Mali sme 2 izby, pekné, dobre zariadené, otočené smerom do dvora/ záhrady - veľkosťou stačili, všetko čisté. Hotel síce ďalej od centra ale blízko je stanica metra (L4 žltá linka, Selva de Mar), kúsok je pláž a promenáda až do centra, super na ranné behanie. Veľmi dobré a chutné raňajky, široký výber - obsluha a dokladanie jedál pri raňajkách super. V kúpeľni je iba vaňa a relatívne malá - úzka, a nefungovalo odvetrávanie. Zdĺhavý check-in proces a platba. Dvere do izby (c. 202) nedoliehali, medzera medzi prahom a dverami, v noci svietilo svetlo z chodby popod dvere … síce dobré ubytovanie a služby tak ako boli popísané, ale predsa len, za tú cenu by som čakal širšiu ponuku služieb, napr. gym, bazén - skôr by som ho hodnotil ako dobrý 3* hotel … 4* dávam raňajkám :)

L’accueil était chaleureux, la propreté irréprochable et la chambre très belle, avec une décoration soignée. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet était également excellent, varié et copieux. Une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Honnêtement, je n’ai rien de particulier à reprocher à mon séjour à l’hôtel Vincci Marítimo. Tout s’est très bien passé, que ce soit l’accueil, la propreté, la chambre ou encore le petit déjeuner. Une expérience entièrement satisfaisante.

Widać, że hotel jest dość nowy. (+) Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Spory wybór dań, lokalne sery i wędliny, świeżo wyciskane soki, sporo słodkości.

The décor is lovely, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the room felt too warm; I preferred not to use the air conditioning, and unfortunately, opening the window didn’t help much. Room was quite hot

Locația se află aproape de stația de metro, undeva la 4 minute de mers pe jos. Am fost de ziua mea și am stat 5 nopți aici, iar cei de la hotel m au surprins cu un mesaj foarte frumos și cu tort în camera. Vă mulțumesc și cu siguranță vom reveni cu drag! Totul a fost minunat! -
