• Betty (8/5): Very clean, good location. - Location was very good. Bedroom and communal spaces very clean - daily tidies and towels changed frequently. Communicative staff and we were able to store our luggage as well. Pretty quiet despite the central location. Very good value for money. The entryway was a bit off putting but not their fault. Could have done with an extra pillow on the bed (there was only one per person) but nothing major.

The building is not new, but the hostel itself was very new. if you are going to visit here for the first time in the termini hostel area, there is little information about this area,although it is safe in the morning, if you are going to return to the hostel late, uncanny people can disturb you on the streets, we have witnessed a lot of fights and this has affected us a little badly.Other than that, the building was older than we expected; there was a bad smell at the entrance, but we didn't smell it in the rooms..

• Julyana (10/5): Ótimo custo benefício - O prédio fica em uma localização excelente, a cerca de 2 minutos a pé da estação Roma Termini, o que facilita muito a locomoção pela cidade. Fizemos praticamente tudo de ônibus e metrô saindo da estação. Como acontece em muitas regiões centrais de grandes cidades, o entorno do prédio não é visualmente bonito, mas isso não atrapalhou em nada nossa experiência. Na própria rua há ótimas opções de restaurantes com preços justos, o que também ajudou bastante no dia a dia. Sobre o apartamento: tudo muito bom! Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, ótimo isolamento dos barulhos externos, limpeza diária e uma cozinha compartilhada muito bem equipada, com geladeira, micro-ondas, fogão e utensílios. Também há máquina de lavar roupa, excelente para quem está viajando por vários dias. A anfitriã foi super atenciosa durante toda a estadia. Só elogios! Nada a reclamar

Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, co dwa dni wymieniane ręczniki. Pokój cichy (wybrałyśmy ten od podwórza). Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Problemem było podłączenie laptopa, ponieważ nie wzięłyśmy przejściówki, ale można ją kupić w pobliżu.

• Dennis (2/5): The room was fine for one night but impossible to find because the door outside is locked and the guesthouse was not eve - Close to he train station We walked for three hours trying to find the place. In the beginning we were in the lobby only because someone who lived there let us in. We called and she didn’t answer. It wasn’t even marked on the outside that this was the location so we continued to search. Finally we went on booking.com and she came to the train station to get us.

No WiFi and the garbage bins were outside our room which created a lot of bugs flying around inside and outside of room.

• Katarzyna (9/5): - Świetna komunikacja z właścicielką, która mieszka blisko apartamentów. Szybko reagowała na nasze zapytania, czy potrzeby. Bardzo czysto, codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników i pościeli co dwa dni, dostępna kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem i możliwość użycia pralki. Świetna lokalizacja, zaraz przy dworcu Termini, z którego można dojechać do każdego miejsca w Rzymie, bardzo blisko sklepy, bary i restauracje (polecamy Santa Maria Osteria). Mimo obecności wielu osób w kryzysie bezdomności obok dworca i czasem głośnego zachowania, było bezpiecznie. Wszystko było w porządku.

• ANTONIO (5/5): Lee bien lo que realmente es - Buen trato y facilidades para dejar maletas y horarios. No es que no me guste, pero para que quede claro, es un piso viejo en el que han acondicionado habitaciones como si fueran apartamentos. No hay cocina ni nevera propia, es zona común.

The person who welcomed us was very friendly. They came every day to make the bed and also provided fresh towels. The location is great. It wasn’t about the room itself, but the neighbors in general were very loud.

• Lothar (8/5): - Lage zu Bahnhof, Geschäften und Markthalle sowie auch zu einigen historischen Stätten top und zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung war sauber und jeden Tag Zimmerservice, ruhige Straße, kleine Küche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung perfekt um sich ein Frühstück, einen Kaffee und oder was anderes zuzubereiten, Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit per SMS, Email, WhatsApp erreichbar. Der kleine Tisch im Zimmer könnte etwas größer sein. Mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Kleidung, da kein Schrank oder eine Ablage vorhanden.

• Andrada (10/5): Excelent - I would like to start by saying that I was initially scared by the Google reviews of this accommodation. However, I had already booked it and was simply hoping everything would be fine. Google states that this accommodation does not exist, I do not know for what reason, or why there are such negative reviews, but I can assure you that it does exist, and not only does it exist, it is a very good place to stay. It is located right next to the train station, and we were extremely well connected no matter where we wanted to go. There are plenty of shops and very good restaurants nearby, especially since the station is huge and full of stores. The room was very nice and clean; we did not need anything more. The owner was extremely kind, replied immediately to messages, and even helped us with some useful advice. Overall, the accommodation pleasantly impressed me, especially considering the Google reviews it had. Everything was perfect

La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos dejó entrar en la habitación antes de la hora indicada, con lo que pudimos dejar las maletas a la llegada a Roma. Estábamos como en un pequeño apartamento en la planta baja del edificio. Mucho ruido en la escalera y pasillos por la noche. La calefacción no estaba encendida y la habitación estaba congelada. La bomba de calor muy justa y en el lavabo hacía mucho frío

• Enzo (10/5): Incrivelmente especial! - Cheguei a estação Termini as 2 da manhã, e a Moça que me esperava me deu todo o suporte assim que cheguei, sempre preocupada com a minha chegada, fui muito bem recepcionado. Quando cheguei já não havia nada aberto pra comer, e ela conseguiu-me uma cena da casa dela pra poder jantar rsrs! Foi a melhor refeição que comi na vida hahah, agradeço imenso o cuidado e a dedicação pela minha recessão! Para além de tudo, o quarto fica mesmo ao lado da estação, que me fez gastar muito menos dinheiro e tempo pra me locomover dentro de Roma! Gastando 3 euros pra ir e vir do Coliseu, Basílica de São Pedro dentre todos os outros lugares! Não havia nada que eu pudesse dizer aqui, porque a minha estadia foi tão perfeita, que se voltar a Roma esse será meu spot pra passar noites.

• Anastasiya (10/5): - We stayed in these apartments for the second time; our previous visit was two years ago, and our impressions remain just as positive. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The hostess is very kind and responsive, answered our questions promptly, allowed us to check in earlier, and let us leave our luggage for storage. The location is very convenient, close to the main attractions. In my opinion, this is an excellent option for a short stay.

• Giulia (9/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole - Ho alloggiato qui per 3 notti, nonostante l arrivo fuori l orario del check ci ha accolto e essendo che la camera era pronta abbiamo potuto anche sistemare i bagagli all interno della camera. L’appartamento è situato a 1 minuti dalla stazione di Termini, in un condominio che è un po degradato ma l appartamento e le camere sono ristrutturate e ben arredate. Al momento del check out ci è stato permesso di lasciare le valigie al di fuori della camera fino a sera a orario di partenza, molto gentile. È stato un soggiorno bello e confortevole. Suggerirei di fornire più asciugamani e i prodotti del bagno sono formato grande che rimangono lì da ospite a ospite, per questione di igiene fornirei quelli monouso, per fortuna avevo i miei personali dietro.

• Matthew (10/5): Great, affordable and comfortable place to stay in central Rome. - The host was super nice. The location is great being right next to the train station. Overall, a wonderful stay. The building was ugly and there was no sign on the outside of the building to let us know we were inside.
• Beverly (8/5): Comfortable room for friends travelling together. - Super host! She was very accommodating ,nice and responsive. The kitchen seems to be new. There were missing mugs but there were normal cups, cutlery, plates - everything that you need. The air conditioner was located in the middle of the rooms and although it seemed old, it worked perfectly fine. There was everything that one would need for a short stay in Rome. The beds were very comfortable and i slept the whole night. Moreover location was very good since it was surrounded by restaurants which were not as expensive, and near the train station. This was perfect for us since we wanted to walk around the city. The area seemed shady at first and one would not recognize the door, but our host guided us well. There was a bit of noise in the evening but I slept very well as a light sleeper. We second guessed the location and were cautious, but we still managed to get our way around safely.

• Sofija (8/5): Overall very good - recommending Iris Guest House - Room was nice, little bit smaller but completely fine. Beds were comfortable. We liked that our baggage was kept after checking out. Location was good and close to the all important landmarks and with great connection via public transport. Our towels were changed and sheets made, so that was great. Also, host is great with acomodating late check-in. Overall all the recommendations for affordable and nice acomodation for a few days. Building was little dirty and smelly but not the acomodation. Also few surrounding streets were not so safe is someone is traveling alone. Not all other guests were leaving the doors locked all the time so that should be checked by the hoste regularly.
• Federica (9/5): - Proprietaria disponibile. Abbiamo avuto ritardo nel treno per cui l'orario del check in è slittato oltre l'orario selezionato ma ci ha cmq aspettato. Camera pulita e confortevole. Bagno pulito. Letto comodo. Posizione comoda a chi viaggia in treno. Non ho messo il massimo del punteggio perché non ci ha rilasciato la ricevuta fiscale. Manca un armadio, anche piccolo.

Location, in un palazzo con ingresso fatiscente e trasandato, stanza adeguata come dimensione e nel complesso carina, non più di 2 notti per quanto ci riguarda, assenza di armadio, solo un attaccapanni, bagno comodo e di recente ristrutturazione, ma solo 1 telo doccia a testa e un asciugamano ospite da usare in 3 (?); pulizia stanza da migliorare abbiamo trovato una piccola blatta. L' affittacamere è sopra un ristorante cinese, quindi la struttura è immersa nell' odore (per noi poco gradevole) di cucina orientale spezie ecc... riscaldamento centralizzato e non gestibile.
