• Christina (8/5): Ruhiges, gut gelegenes Hotel. Amsterdamer Museen sind am Vormittag zu empfehlen. - Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig nahe den Museen. Dei Nächte waren erholsam ruhig. Eine glatte Weiterempfehlung. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Treppenhaus ist etwas eng, was wiederum den Charme des Hauses ausmacht.

• Makoto (8/5): Good Value for Money; Convenient stay without major complaint - Given the hotel prices in Amsterdam, the price is very competitive and service is good. The location is actually great, in front of Concertgebouw and a bus stop to the airport, with easy access to the tram station. The room is far more affordable than those in city center, and it's easy to access the Dam square or Central Station. 24-hour front service and an elevator are nice advantage (some budget hotels in Amsterdam don't have these). Staff were nice. The breakfast venue had nostalgic and cosy feeling. They upgraded my room and it was a nice stay. The room was clean and cosy. The area is quiet and nice to walk around. Given the location & price, I would not complain too much, but just small things for reference; The shower was vertical only a little weak in pressure. They don't have fresh juice in breakfast (though I know orange juice is expensive today).

Se encuentra a 5 minutos caminando de los museos de van Gogh y del Rijks, así como del Vondelpark, y a 10 minutos del centro. Lo mejor: todo por un precio bastante bueno. Al menos en la habitación donde nos quedamos no hubo nada que no me haya gustado: era la número 5.

Trotzdem sind Straßenbahnen, Busse, Concertgeboux und Museen schnell und bequem erreichbar. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Badewanne, keine Duschkabine.

• Gabriel (5/5): Good location, but expensive for a budget hotel. - Staff was helpful, location is amazing, the breakfast had good options including eggs, fruits, etc. Very close to a bus stop that has an airport route and a tram stop that connects to central station. Room was clean and there is an elevator. Shower was good, with good pressure and temperature. They kept my luggage while I explored the city before check-in. Check-out was very fast! Paper thin walls, so if you have loud guests in your floor you will hear them. Terrible (soft/uneven) mattress and even worst pillow (very tall). No mini-fridge in room. Shower curtains instead of a glass door are annoying, but that seems to be the case in almost all of Amsterdam. No air-conditioning in room and only a very hot blanket, so you have to open up a window every now and them to let freezing air inside if you like to sleep with a blanket.

• Ilenia (8/5): Soggiorno ad Amsterdam - Posizione, vicina ai musei, sebbene non vicinissima alla stazione. Hotel pulito, comodo e ben locato. I prezzi ad Amsterdam sono molto alti in generale. Il primo giorno un ragazzo della manutenzione è entrato in stanza dopo aver bussato, non si può chiudere dall'interno.

На 4 этаж нет лифта и человека, который мог бы помочь занести чемоданы. В итоге девушки-администраторы мне помогли с чемоданами (в качестве исключения) но я считаю, что должен быть дежурный человек для таких случаев. Так же нет кондиционера, полотенца для ног.

It was incredibly dirty, the towels and the sheets were smelling awfully and the carpet on the floor was extremely dirty. The pillows were so uncomfortable that we ended up not sleeping on them at all. The room was too small and there was a small mirror only in the bathroom. Also, after we booked the room they talked us that if we get there after check in time there would be an extra charge of 20€. (and we paid 130 per night for this!)

• Anne (2/5): - Locatie is fijn Let op: je moet 100 euro borg betalen, kan niet contant dus dan bij uitchecken zeggen ze dat je 3 tot 10 dagen kwijt bent. Vorige keren hoefde ik geen borg te betalen dus schrok hiervan. Maakte het stuk onaangenamer en minder gevoel van welkom zijn.
• Katrien (3/5): Geldverspilling! Op de foute manier adembenemend. - Centrale ligging, rustige buurt, dicht bij openbaar vervoer. Bij binnenkomst van de kamer rook het adembenemend (letterlijk) naar bleekwater. We lieten het raam een dag en een nacht open. Na de eerste douchebeurt stonken kamer en badkamer naar de afvoer. Het hoofdkussen voelde aan als een houtblok. In de badkamer is geen plankje voorzien om je eigen spullen op te zetten. De koffie bij het ontbijt was niet lekker, de croissants waren oudbakken en de crackers muf. We betaalden veel te veel voor wat we kregen. Nochtans was onze kamer een upgrade. Hier komen we zeker nooit meer terug.

• edhoya (7/5): Value hotel option good for travelers focused on budget over comfort - I enjoyed the daily breakfast which had hot items like scrambled eggs, crepes, sausages, and meatballs. There were also cereals, breads, cold cuts, an espresso machine, yogurts, and sweet pastries. It was a nice way to start each day. We also requested a to go bag for one day we had an early train ride which was available the next morning. I also like the easy access to and from the AMS airport via the 397 bus. It is a short walk to many trams and buses to Jordaan, Central, and Albert Cuyp Market, but there are other hotels which are even closer to transport. It's a 10 minute walk from top museums too as well Vondelpark, cafes, and restaurants. The value was amazing for a last minute booking. The double bed is too small to share in the event a twin room is not available. If you're hoping for a twin room I wouldn't count on it being available and book instead book a hotel that show two separate beds as an option. The bathroom is small as well. The room did have a heater which worked well and kept the room warm.

Aamupala riittävän monipuolinen ja maistuva, vaikkakin ruokailutilan koon vuoksi joutui etukäteen päättämään, mihin aikaan aikoo syödä aamiaista. Vuodevaatteet ja patjat pääosin todella siistit. Suihkun vedenpaine oli heikko. Huoneen ilmanvaihto ei tuntunut toimivan hyvin, koska ilma oli kosteaa. Löysin huoneesta pari ötökän "kuorta", jotka kiikutin respaan mahdollisen lude-epäilyn vuoksi, vaikkakaan muita merkkejä luteista en havainnut. Yhden patjan välissä oli "piilossa" liiskaantunut karkki ja patja näytti tahraiselta.

• Amy (7/5): It’s a great location and a perfectly fine hotel. - I loved the location, which is both in the heart of the museum quarter and yet also in a residential neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants for locals. The rooms were small — so smaller was hard to figure out where to put my suitcase. The elevator is also tiny—it can only hold one person and a suitcase at a time. We were on the top floor and the elevator did not go all the way up. It was not easy to lug my suitcase up those narrow Dutch stairs!
• Antenor Cesar (7/5): Very simple but comfortable stay in Amsterdam - Good location and simple but comfortable room. Easy access to public transportation. The hotel is simply too expensive for what they offer. I didn’t choose the accommodation since I was part of a group. Arrived 45 minutes before check-in time and was offered an early check-in for 20€. That’s why I prefer to use chain hotels where my loyalty pays in free early check-ins and better amenities.

• Jaason (8/5): Hyvä edullinen hotelli ja kätevä sijainti konserttitalon vieressä - Hyvä aamiainen. Loistava sijainti Concertgebouwn ja merkittävimpien museoiden läheisyydessä. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet lentokentälle ja kaupungille. Todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Huoneemme sijaitsi pihan puolella ja oli näin todella hiljainen. Suuren sisäpihan näkymät ovat kuitenkin avarat. Kiva italialainen ravintola 100 metrin päässä. Huone oli melko pieni... niin pieni että oli tyytyminen 120 cm:n levyiseen parivuoteeseen, joka muutenkaan ei ollut kaikkein mukavin. Käsisuihku olisi sadettajan lisäksi kätevä, jottei peseytyessä vättämättä tarvitsisi kastella hiuksia. Sisäinen äänieristys on todennäköisesti heikko – onneksemme naapurit olivat hiljaisia eikä tämä näin tullut todennetuksi. Puinen (?) välipohja kantaa kuitenkin hyvin askelten äänet huoneesta ja kerroksesta toiseen.

• Cynthia (10/5): Rundum zufrieden! - Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer war perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (die weichen übereinander gestapelten Matratzen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig), Frühstück war 1A, Nähe zu den großen Museen herrlich und super ÖPNV direkt in der Nähe. Rundum empfehlenswert! Matratzen ;-)
