Por fuera se ve un poco descuidado, pero cuando entras al 2do piso que es el hotel, te encuentras todo muy lindo, bien cuidado, limpio en extremo. Un desayuno excelente 👌. Bien cerca de la estación de trenes y del centro de la ciudad. El baño en excelente condición. Las camas y almohadas cómodas. El aire super rico y el olor de la habitación. Volveríamos!

Dommage car cela a vraiment impacté notre expérience globale.

• Alice (8/5): Good - Very good location and nice staff. Breakfast had good options too. They have luggage storage that is very helpful My AC wasn’t working in the first day, they couldn’t find someone to fix it because it was a weekend, but it turned out working again so no problem.
• Gouveia (10/5): Recomendo o Arcádia - Fiquei muito satisfeita com a minha estadia neste hotel. A localização é excelente, muito próxima da estação de trem, das linhas de ônibus e com fácil acesso às principais atrações de Florença, o que facilitou muito todos os meus passeios pela cidade. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito completo e saboroso, com tudo o que precisamos para começar bem o dia. O atendimento da recepção também merece destaque: todos foram extremamente solícitos, educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O hotel é simples, porém muito confortável, com boas instalações e um ótimo custo-benefício. Não deixa nada a desejar para quem procura praticidade, conforto e uma excelente localização em Florença. Há muitos bares e restaurantes ao lado do hotel. A única coisa que achei um pouco diferente foi a entrada do hotel, porque ela lembra mais a entrada de um apartamento em condomínio do que a de um hotel tradicional. Mas isso não é algo ruim, apenas uma característica diferente do normal e que acabou tornando a experiência até curiosa e única.

The luggage storage option was helpful, allowing me to tour the city freely before check-in and after check-out. The room was cleanly maintained, and the breakfast provided was ok. Additionally, the hotel's location right next to the train station is highly convenient for daytime travel. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the staircase. Additionally, due to the hotel's proximity to the central train station, the surrounding streets felt unsafe and uncomfortable to navigate after dark due to people loitering in the area.

They have also informed me before my arrival that they have underground parking facilities also. Staff is friendly. Room is lovely, clean and beautiful with clean and modern bathroom. They offer good buffet for breakfast. They have installed a vending machine in the entrance if you want something extra. There is a lift installed after the entrance with few steps and you don’t want to lift your bags all the way. In the night before the Checkout day I came to hotel at night around 10.00pm and informed the receptionist boy that I am leaving at 6.30am before the breakfast and in the morning when I was checking out hotel prepared a big pack of breakfast with big bag of fruits and also another big bag of croissant since I am vegetarian 😀 It is better if the shower has more water pressure 😀

• James (4/5): Buckle up, it's an experience - This place is hilarious in all the worst ways. After walking through the Florence slums, it feels like entering a prison. Got to accidentally experience the sketchy basement after being stuck in their tiny elevator. The staff was nice! The location feels a bit dangerous after dark. Multiple security codes needed to enter the building. Nothing about it is pleasant to look at, and you can hear noise from the train station.

The hotel is very dated and the breakfast choice was limited. It was not obvious where the hotel actually was, as it was on the 2nd floor above a garage.

The bed was uncomfortable, this was the only negative to our stay as we didn’t sleep well. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room however in the evenings the staff were helpful and made cups of tea for us. Breakfast was continental. It was fresh and you could eat as much as you wanted to. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning before we went off exploring. Our bed was hard and uncomfortable and we didn’t t sleep that well. We wouldn’t stay again because of this.

• Francisco Javier (7/5): Bien si no buscas lujos - El hotel está muy bien situado, a un paso de la estación de tren y cerca del centro (Florencia no es muy grande). El desayuno no estaba mal, aunque le faltaba algo de variedad. Las camas muy cómodas. El personal muy amable. Para visitar la ciudad y pasarte todo el día por ahí y utilizar el hotel solo para dormir es una buena elección pero no esperes grandes lujos... Nos costó un poco encontrar el hotel ya que no es una finca completa sino que la recepción está en el segundo piso de un edificio y se accede por una especie de callejón. En general se ve bastante viejo. Las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas y se oían ruidos de otras habitaciones, aunque no eran molestia a la hora de dormir sino, por ejemplo, por la mañana cuando la gente utiliza las duchas, etc.. El baño muy antiguo también.
