• Douglas (7/5): Razoável, custo-benefício ruim e longe de tudo - Quarto confortável e café da manhã muito bom. Equipe atenciosa, menos uma senhora loira mal-educada que foi a exceção. O valor da diária é muito alto pelo que acomodação oferece, principalmente por ser longe dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, pois se gasta de 30 a 50 minutos em deslocamento para os pontos de interesse. Para quem procura praticidade e deslocamentos curtos, não recomendo.

• Katharina (7/5): Duschen sind etwas eng - Nahe am Zentrum und leicht mit den Öffis zu erreichen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass nicht jeden Tag von Haus aus das Zimmer gereinigt wird. Man sagt es dem Personal an der Rezeption und am nächsten Tag sollte es gereinigt werden. Handtücher, WC Papier bekommt man immer an der Rezeption frisch

• Kay (5/5): Zum kurzen, einfachen übernachten ausreichend. Mehr nicht. - Das Hotel liegt relativ ruhig an einem Hauptstrassenkreuz, aber etwas unterhaln, so dass man davon nicht viel mitbekommt. Das Zimmer war zu klein, Ein Teppich ist nicht Zeitgemäß. Teilweise defekte Steckdosen. Die offene Steckdose im Bett am Kofende ist nur gefährtlich, sondern auch Sinnlos, da man sich ständig den Kopf am Netzteil stoßen kann, was dem Zustand der Steckdose weiter verschlimmert.

• Clau (5/5): Very disappointed - Check-in and check-out were both super fast. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, close to the tram lines, although access to the hotel itself was not very easy. Cleanliness and hygiene were by far the worst I have ever experienced during any trip. The mattress and mattress cover had old stains on them. The fitted sheet did not even have elastic, so it kept coming off constantly. On top of that, the mattress and topper kept sliding around, and the beds separated during the night because what was supposed to be a double bed was actually two small beds pushed together with one double mattress cover over them. The window faced outside and had a huge disgusting stain on the exterior side. It was not very clean on the inside either. The bathroom was another disaster. Besides the terrible choice of black tiles, I can only assume that is why they installed a glass door… because why else would anyone think that was a good idea? The sink was badly positioned and extremely small, and the shower had a lot of mold in the joints. The hair dryer did not work either. To be fair, reception gave me another one immediately, which clearly means they already know the dryers are faulty. Instead of preventing the issue and checking the rooms beforehand, they simply wait until guests complain. Overall, the whole room felt poorly maintained and unhygienic. Yes, the water pressure and temperature were good, but that is the absolute minimum anyone should expect from a hotel. What makes this even more disappointing is that I stayed at the same hotel chain about 10 years ago in Leiden, and the experience was completely different — in a good way. I honestly do not know what happened to this brand since then.

• Abbey (7/5): - Was given 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 coffee pods for 4 nights. Went to the bathroom and ran out of toilet paper, Room phone says to call reception/housekeeping and I get told to come down and collect the toilet paper. As you can imagine, I was not thrilled with this and had to send my partner to collect. We were then told by reception oh would you like more coffee pods we only gave you 2. As we spent over $1000 Australian dollars, I was disappointed with this outcome. Everything else was great but to not have something so simple delivered when I was on the toilet and in need of it is poor.

Not all of the lights in the room were working (the bathroom lights were constantly flickering), and unfortunately the television wasn't working either. The hairdryer worked for about 2 seconds before stopping- went to the reception where they lent me a new hairdryer, no issues there. The bathtub also kept leaking water:isolation wasn't very good.

Badkamer niet schoon, gammele doucheklop die niet blijft hangen Wastafel te kort waardoor je je hoofd stoot. Personeel gebruikt lift voor ons en laat ons staan met koffers om te wachten.

Dust coming out from air conditioning system ( smartphone were full after being put flat for a while). The sink in the toilet was roughly unsuable because small and below a shelf that doesn't allow to wash teeth.

• GSchulder (7/5): Für die Ausstattung teuer, für Amsterdamer Verhältnisse ist das aber wohl normal. - Ruhig, wenn das Zimmer nich zur Schnellstraße ausgerichtet ist. Alles andere zweckmäßig. Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung, Restaurant vorhanden. Für den Preis recht eng, Minimalausstattung. Im Restaurant begrenzte Auswahl. Das Hotel ist doch recht weit von der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle, in direkter Umgebung ist eigentlich nichts. 15,- EUR pro Nacht für Autostellplatz ist auch nicht unbedingt preiswer.

Il lavandino era messo sotto un ripiano sporgente e basso: era impossibile lavarsi la faccia senza bagnare in terra. Mancava il bidet. Mancava il tappeto: ho dovuto gettare in terra un asciugamano. Il servizio di pulizia della camera non è giornaliero, ma a richiesta. La camera era fredda e la climatizzazione non funzionava. Dopo una certa ora si poteva entrare solo suonando un campanello e il personale non era sempre rapido ad aprire. Frigorifero in camera spento. Luce troppo fioca. Colazione troppo cara. La mia camera era al piano terra e aveva la vista su un terrapieno. La camera era molto piccola.

• Sabrina (6/5): Un des moins cher en weekend de Pâques mais cher. - La gentillesse de notre hôte à notre arrivée et celle du petit déjeuner. On est a 10' à pied du tram ou bus. Malheureusement j'ai trouvé le matelas de lit trop mou et avec une grande tâche qui aurait pu être nettoyée. A ce tarif de chambre il faudrait des produits d'hygiène tout les jours.et la Sdb est petite compris douche. De la chambre on entend la clim de la Sdb.

• Hubl (6/5): Zimmer war dafür zu teuer - Tram station war gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Beim Frühstückbuffett hat mir persönlich einiges gefehlt; etwas mehr Auswahl evtl. von Gemüse und Obst. Teller haben gefehlt als wir gerade Frühstücken wollten, das Besteck wurde einfach in das vermutlich staubige Kastel hineingelegt. In unserem Zimmer lag noch etwas Müll vom Vorgast, was auch bisschen eklig war.
