Chambre: petite mais nous convenait très bien (on y passait peu de temps à part pour dormir le soir) Bruit: Les vitrages isolent très bien de l'extérieur (rue avec circulation voitures). Bruit: Par contre, les portes et murs sont très fins (ancien bâtiment)= on entend beaucoup les chambres environnantes, les personnes qui font le ménage le matin. Ca ne nous a pas gêné (on a passé un bon séjour) MAIS bouchons indispensables et sensibles au bruits s'abstenir.

• Ivana (8/5): Gutes Stadthotel - Mein Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Bett und die Kissen fand ich sehr bequem und das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wände waren gefühlt aus Papier, man konnte die ganzen Gespräche aus den Nachbarszimmern mitanhören und wenn die Türen geöffnet oder geschlossen wurden.

• Sousa-Duarte (10/5): Fluffiest towels in a long time! - One of the cleanest hotels I have been lately, great 24/7 concierge staff, delicious fluffy towels and two types of pillows (a soft and a hard one). Location is convenient too and just a few steps away from both more local or more touristy locations. The bathroom could have a specific space to put guests toiletries, and some of the shower water outlets probably need to be decalcified. These are minor inconveniences and very easily fixable, though.

The location is excellent and has the feel of a local neighbourhood whilst retaining a sense of being in Milan city. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, I felt immediately at home. Oh, and the breakfast??! I normally don’t get breakfast at hotels but this was perfection and I’m glad I did. I’m definitely coming back!

La struttura è curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è il personale. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Giovanni della reception, super disponibile, professionale e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta con il sorriso. La sua gentilezza e attenzione al cliente rendono l’arrivo e la permanenza ancora più piacevoli. Vorrei inoltre sottolineare la cordialità della signora Del Bar, anch’essa estremamente gentile e attenta, capace di mettere gli ospiti a proprio agio con grande naturalezza. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi non solo un posto dove dormire, ma un ambiente dove sentirsi davvero ben accolti. Sicuramente tornerò!

Nice decoration, comfortable bed and pillows Just some minor issues, our air conditioning was not working properly, it was only fan and making a lot of noise. This issue disturbed our sleep. For the breakfast it’s a bit inconvenient to get your coffee, as the machine only delivers coffee, and you have to queue to order milk after (the staff was also by herself and super busy). The “Rituals” supplies in the bathroom feel they are dissolved with more water.
• Malcolm (10/5): Great place to stay - The location was convenient for the metro and a few nearby restaurants. The breakfast was great with multiple choices. Tomato on reception was very helpful and pleasant. Duomo was about a 40 minute walk but metro was easy to use.
• Irina (3/5): - I chose this hotel for one precious day in Milan, attracted by its style and central location. Unfortunately, the reality didn't live up to the photos. The single room was extremely small and had an unpleasant smell. The biggest issue was the shower. It simply didn't work properly — and due to a step between the shower area and the main room, combined with a large gap between the bathroom door and the floor, water flooded straight onto the bedroom floor. I had to use towels to soak it all up, which meant I couldn't even take a proper shower. For a hotel stay, this is really not acceptable. The building is very old and, in person, looks nothing like it does in the photos. The aesthetic that drew me in just wasn't there. After my day trip to Lake Como, I stayed at a different hotel near Milano Centrale at exactly the same price — and it was a proper 4-star experience: a decent-sized room, a fully functioning shower, and a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. The difference was night and day. So I won't come back to Casual Eclettico Milano by Casual Hotels.

• ANDREA (9/5): Great cosy location - The hotel is very well located in a central area, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s also conveniently close to the underground, as well as the main central station, which makes getting around the city very easy. The hotel itself feels cosy and welcoming. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, with all the essential amenities provided. The breakfast was very good, with a satisfying selection to start the day. What stood out most was the staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The only drawback was the central air system. During warmer days, even outside of summer, the room could feel quite warm, and there were no fans available to help with ventilation.

• Karen (9/5): Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location - Location was great - right next to Lima metro station and a 10 min walk (straight down the road) to the central train station. Room was very clean and comfortable - seemed to have been fairly recently decorated. My room was facing onto a busy road so it was a bit noisy at night, but that’s to be expected in such a location. I’d suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
