- Mohd (9/5): Amazing 🩷 - Feels like home So comfy so homey the room was clean 🩷 The view was amazing, the best KL city view u can get from Berjaya TS Extra single mattress provided The helper and the contact person was attentive and accommodative, definitely a plus point here The toilet seat in master bathroom was cracked n it hurts my thighs a little when using, the TV channels was limited n the channels with movies was a bit slow bcoz it depends on the internet connection The water pressure could be improved especially in master bathroom The is floor leakage infront of toilet door in 1st bedroom, already mentioned to the helper hope the owner can take necessary action on these matters

Really friendly and nice people. Pool is also perfect.. Really recommended. Thanks for all! No kitchenette, only microwave but KL is full of culinary offers. No problem.

Recommended and maybe could add extra pillows as the pillow abit soft. The lift was slow and during my stay waiting time quite long as the place was packed.Maybe could also add in toilet floor towels for usage.

It was my fault, I should have gone to the west tower, the hotel staff had to go to the east tower to pick us up and then show us the room. "Thanks to Ibrahim👏👏🤗 2. neat, clean & comfortable room.. 3.. There is a bathtub 4. View pool 3. TV broadcasts cannot be watched directly because the wi-fi is not fast.

- Steven (1/5): Nightmare stay where I want to spend more time in a starbucks than rest in the room. - Location of hotel is the only thing I like The hotel room is very old. The cleaner did not come to clean the room. There a window that can be opened and the aircon vent is noisy. It is a dangerous thing because small children can climb and fall out of the window. The floor is at 40th floor so it is very dangerous. There is no floor mat after shower so it always wet in toilet. There is a very old stereo system from the 1980s in the room. The hotel just place a old tv box in the room and claim that netflix works however it does not. It is not what I expected from berjaya time square so I am a bit shocked. I am never going to book here again.

- Devy (10/5): Awesome and actually recommending to a friend travelling with family because all you need is provided. - Very informatif on what is around the apartment and understanding also even when we arrive at midnite. The staff cleaning was very polite. Wifi speed great and all the things we need were provided in an apartment as well as a hotel because we always get clean towels and complete toilet and bathroom kit. We stayed in a service apartment but felt it was so big and spacious and felt like a hotel with its amenities and service. Accidentally left a personal belonging behind and were very helpful in trying to get it back to me even though I left the country. The lobby can be very busy at some times, but I guess it is normal given there is a big convention hall in the building and its attach with the mall.
- Imad (10/5): perfect view & location. i loved my stay with my family over there. the host was very cooperative. - I called the number noted in the booking, and the host answered immediately. he told me to wait for few minutes till someone arrives to meet me up. All went smooth While calling for the keys, there was noise from people attending an event near the lobby & i couldn't hear the host well. it is not the host fault anyways :)

Facilities - well provided apartment. Clean linen, storage, TV and comfortable air conditioning. Added bonus was the pool and gym. Cleanliness and safety. No proper housekeeping timings for garbage collection. Minor repairs required.

- Nur (8/5): Great location but service needs to improve. - city centre, direct access to Berjaya Mall, loads of eateries around! just 10mins walk to lot10, pavillion. Monorail/lrt linked to hotel/mall. Rooms are newly renovated! Wifi intermittenly lagging, android box in room lagging and we cant watch tv when we are in room. Even after switching the wifi on & off many times, rebooting the android box+they sent a techinician to fix the box. We ordered for laundry service: We left our room to get some stuff at 7eleven, and went back up in 15-20minutes time with our laundry ready INSIDE the room and our aircon & lights was switched off. If the laundry is ready and no one answered the door, agent should have called us or come back later to hand it over, not barged in. Imagine if guest is in the toilet or getting ready and their staff just barged in because no one answered the door. This is clearly a breach of security and privacy. Small cockroaches appeared out of nowhere in the middle of the night crawling around the kitchenette. Pillows too soft and we had stiff necks.

- Nicholas (7/5): Good - I was on the 42nd floor with a magnificent view. A fantastic room and very firm and comfortable bed. Complete home away from home. The microwave was good that lets me warm my takeout. Very clean but some signs of age though nothing major at all The air con. The main switch is turned off when I removed the keycard form the activation slot so all power is switched off. This means the room will fell like an oven after I’ve spend a day out. Also, the lift lobby on the 42nd floor has no aircon and it was HOT!!! What made it worst was the long wait for the elevators. Another guest was waiting with me and he was there before me. We even thought of using the stairs but the prospect ok hiking down 42 flights in the heat was very daunting. Eventually got a security guard involved and he made a few calls. Never offered us any explanation though. No hand and face towels Fridge missing ice rack

- Suffian (8/5): Overall enjoyed my stay there - Walking distance to Lalaport and Bukit Bintang area. Shopping mall and LRT within the building. All basics items are provided and host respond fast to msg. There is daily housekeeping too. Need to pay for the parking which is RM15 per day. Stayed for 3 nights and was charged RM48. Mini fridge not working and there is no ventilation in the toilet. Toilet lights are dimmed too and could be quite spooky. There is a deposit of Rm200 upon checking in but will be returned upon check out.
