The condition of the rooms were a little on the old side and definitely need some more upgrading. Also in our room we found 2 cockroaches but they helped us quickly with housekeeping and/or another room. The hotel is in the old town so a little far away from the metrostations.

- Danielle (6/5): Verouderd en absoluut toe aan renovatie - De twee zwembaden voor de kinderen. We hadden een family suite geboekt met 2 slaapkamers. Maar dit mag de naam suite niet hanteren. Het is super klein en er kan nergens een raam open. Alle balkondeuren zijn hermetisch afgesloten en frisse lucht is onmogelijk in de kamer. 18 jaar geleden hadden we dit hotel ook geboekt, toen was het top. Denk dat er in 18 jaar niet echt aan renovatie is gedaan. Zwembad trap bij het eerste zwembad was ook kapot. M’n zoon haalde meteen z’n voet open, binnen vijf minuten na aankomst. Kamers zijn vochtig. Ontbijt mwah. Ik zal hem zelf dit keer niet meer boeken. Sorry.

- Annette (5/5): - We like the location as it's near the canal boat and also the wholesale clothing markets. We have been going there 2 to 3 times a year for over 30 years and the young girls on the front desk don't give a dam and treat you like you mean nothing to them. We booked up a few drinks and meals onto our room and the day before we were due to leave, they refused to book any more up as we had gone over their so called limit. We didn't even know that there was a limit and when we went to pay she insisted on cash and would not except our credit card. Loyalty obviously means nothing to them.

- Mariya (5/5): - The staff is super nice and helpful, the location is great, the view from the 11 floor is gorgeous When I did the booking I paid special for room with one bed ( not two that connected together) When I arrive the girl in the front desk told me there are no room left with one bed ans she can check tomorrow, I explain that I paid extra for one bed , but I said ok we will check tomorrow, the moment I enter the room was so strong smell of something that expired the room was not clean al all there was puke on the floor under the sofa the smell come from there and of course was beer bottle caps , was a stean in the sheets and of course dust in huge quantities the windows like dirty i cound see we'll the view,of course I took pic of everything, I got back to the girl in front desk and showed her the pic. She called the meneger probably abd she changed our room to a huge room ( probably was a suite ) it ws better of course but the TV was not working, the hotel have a huge potential but need renovation the furniture very old and , I was afraid to open the closet cuz afraid to break it .
- Thomas (10/5): - Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl zum kleinen Preis. Für alle Nationalitäten etwas dabei. Hätten wir bei diesem günstigen Preis nicht erwartet. Großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal und ein schöner Pool mit schöner Auusicht auf die Skyline von Bangkok. Das Hotel ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist ziemlich altbacken. Dafür ist der Preis aber echt günstig. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
