• Márton (7/5): - Volt napernyő a szálláson és az elhelyezkedés és nagyon jó volt néhány percre a belvárostól, de mégis a turista negyeden kívül. Keskeny ágy és egy nagy takaró. Kényelmetlen és szűkös ülő és asztali opciók.

• Sergio (10/5): - L'appartamento é molto confortevole e pulito. La comunicazione,anche se a distanza, è stata eccellente e puntuale. Staff sempre a disposizione. Letto e divano letto molto comdi. A pochissimi passi dalla movida del centro. Il che lo rende comodo per gi spostamenti ma anche tranquillo e silenzioso. Ci é piaciuto molto e lo sfrutteremo se torneremo di nuovo a Malaga.

• Patricia (6/5): Malaga es bonito y ha hecho muy buen tiempo. Hay demasiados turistas por lo que todo está muy lleno. Una pena - Que tenia luz y no se oyen coches Pues que el baño huele a alcantarilla y se deja abierta la puerta, huele mal la habitación. Por otro lado el baño no está limpio. Y eso que te cobran 55€ para la limpieza de estos 25m2. Una de las puertas del armario está rota y cuesta mucha moverla.
• Kristina (8/5): Poměr kvalita a cena odpovídá. - Super lokalita, čistota ubytování, rolety na oknech a mříže. Ocenila jsem i gauč a ledničku po dlouhém a náročném objevování Málagy. Vybavení v koupeném dostačující - byl přítomný fén a čisté ručníky. Problémy se světlem (rozsvítilo se po posunutí postele) a bylo by fajn mít mikrovlnku pro ohřátí jídla a okolí bývalo večer slyšet (štěkající psi, hlasití sousedé).

• Dr_SAS15 (8/5): Clean and comfortable stay. - The room was very clean, cosy and had all the facilities I required- Iron, kettle, moka pot and washing facilities. Good communication from the host. Hot water was available. It was close( within walking distance to the main city centre) The internet connection was poor. The location was a but quiet on the outside of the main city, I made sure I was back before dark otherwise I would not have felt safe in the neighbourhood.

• Adriane (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Malaga - Die Lage ist prima, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern großzügig geschnitten. -

• Happy-to-holiday (10/5): - Everything was ok. Short distance to old city centre, big rooms, quiet, easy acces. Unfortunately the rooms are very tall and it is hard to heat the room even if all the rooms have AC.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom at times especially if we were out all day and came back late. It was ver off putting.

• ESTHER (7/5): Relación calidad precio caro - Aunque el barrio es chungo está muy cerca del centro. Nos advirtió el taxista que no llegásemos tarde por las noches pq es un barrio complicado. Nordin el chico de mantenimiento muy amable y nos ayudo en todo lo que pudo. La ducha tenía cambiadas las tomas de agua caliente y fría. La vajilla está debajo del desagüe de la cocina y faltaría un aparato para calentar el baño.

• Van Loon (6/5): - Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Je bent te voet erg snel in het centrum en er zijn supermarkten en bakkers dichtbij. Er is airco aanwezig waarmee je kan koelen en verwarmen. Bij aankomst bleken er werken aan de omgevende straten. Kan het verblijf natuurlijk niks aan doen, maar het gaf de buurt wel een verlaten en minder goede indruk. Verder is de studio een beetje donker en muf, ondanks herhaaldelijk verluchten. Het is ook erg slecht geïsoleerd waardoor we zowel overdag als 's nachts last hadden van lawaai, zowel van buiten op straat als van buren in het appartement. Het bed is erg klein. Wij hadden de eerste twee dagen geen warm water, maar dit werd na een berichtje wel opgelost.

• Diana (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación está bien. Pocos minutos del centro Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente desde el momento en el que llegamos. Lo comunicamos a la media hora, enviaron a una persona a comprobar, nos dijo que en media hora empezaría a funcionar que tardaba un poco, esperamos, pero no funcionó. Volvieron a enviar a alguien y repetimos lo mismo, seguís sin funcionar. Estuvimos dos noches de las cuales 1 y media estuvimos sin agua caliente. En verano no habría puesto problema pero a finales de noviembre es inviable sin estar sin agua caliente. Tuvimos agua caliente el segundo día a última hora de la tarde a pocas horas de irnos dado que el grifo aparte estaba mal instalado . Hace unos días puse una reclamación al alojamiento el cual sigo sin tener respuesta. Cabe recalcar que en la cocina no había enchufes cerca para usar los electrodomésticos. Fue una decepción.
• Cornelia Juliana Maria (9/5): Aangenaam appartement op loopafstand van het historisch centrum - Het appartement was heel schoon en compleet met kruiden, schoonmaakmiddelen en een theedoek in de keuken, handdoeken en douchegel in de badkamer. Er zat een barst in de wasbak waardoor de badkamer onderliep.
• Fernando (8/5): Great place - The apartment was very nice and spacious and very close to everything. We walked everywhere and there nice places to eat and drink. You need to be careful around the flat as there are dog shit everywhere. Also, it would be nice to have a microwave in the apartment and the tv is very far from the bed.
• Sandra (8/5): Good flat in the tourist area - Great location in the tourist area. Too small bed for a couple, especially if you are both over 180cm and bigger in general. Kitchen table and chairs are also fail if you are tall and have long legs since you can't really fit them under the table-would be smart to get less high chairs. Quite loud during the night since neighbour with balcony across us had super loud dogs which were barking for the whole night. There was barely any hot water in the shower but since it was warm outside we didn't mind, it could be problematic during the colder weather.
• Asma (7/5): - Very clean and comfortable studio at a strategic location, at reasonable walking distances to all interesting areas. We didn't get hot water in the shower, but luckily the weather wasn't cold.
• Gina (10/5): Binnen in het Appertement fantastisch! En de communicatie van het team was ook zeer goed! Echt jammer van de drugsversla - Alles wat top! De kamer was geweldig! Echt van alle gemakken voorzien! Na een uur rondjes te hebben gelopen, hadden we eindelijk het appartement gevonden! Het pand ligt net om de hoek verscholen. Er kwam op dat moment een schoonmaakster aanlopen die voor ons echt een engel was, want aan de voordeur was ook niet duidelijk dat dit het juiste adres was. Ik zou deze accommodatie niet aanraden voor jonge meiden of vriendinnen die snel bang zijn, want er wordt letterlijk voor de deur in drugs gedeald en de drugsverslaafden staan er gewoon voor de ingang.

• oscar (7/5): Bien ubicado y limpio - Limpieza y detalles como toallas de playa sombrilla y algunos artículos de limpieza y alimentación( aceite,sal,especias,infusiones,café...) Apenas tiene enchufes accesibles para electrodomésticos como el tostador o calienta leches. No tiene microondas.

There is a laundry room in the building but can be used only from 10-20 (and this may be an issue if you stay a few days like us). The bed was small and there was a pungent smell of chemicals (not stinky but we had to leave our windows open).

• Fenna (9/5): Schoon verblijf op een top locatie - De locatie is fantastisch; binnen 10 minuten ben je in het oude centrum en alles is op loopafstand. De accommodatie was schoon en had alles wat je nodig hebt voor een (korte) trip: een keukentje, een comfortabel bed en een prima badkamer. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep ook erg prettig. De douche is wat ouder en de deur opent en sluit niet helemaal soepel, maar wij hebben hier verder geen last van gehad.

Location is walking distance to pedestrian area and very easy to reach by public transportation. Excellent balcony/terrase! Missed shelves/closet for unpacking clothes etc. Only a closet with hangers available... A dishwasher would have been nice - in general the kitchen was usefull but quite small - shelves on the wall?

• Lise Uhd Skaarup (8/5): - Dejlig, hyggeligt, rent og roligt sted. Virkelig tæt på alt. Toiletbrættet var løs. Spejl på væggen hæng skævt med en skrue. Vi meldte det ind, under opholdet og de ville komme og lave det - men var ikke i lejligheden. Så de meddelte de ville få det lavet efter vores besøg. De takkede for info omkring det.

• James (9/5): Perfect location - The location and cleanliness. They also provide an umbrella for the beach and extra beach towels. Also shampoo and shower gel which was really nice to have as you don’t always have them in other apartments. So that’s a plus Probably the walls are too thin therefore you can hear everyone coming in and out of the building. But that’s about it.

• Tomić (3/5): Poor - I like the location and lady who was in charge for cleaning was very kind, and she did a great job. It wasn't at all like I saw on photos. The photos on the site were not of the apartment where we stayed. We were practically in a basement.

• Raihane (2/5): Very poor - We were there for a 5 days. The wifi was not working, the worker came by to check the internet, sadly didn’t help. The house smelled of sewage. The worker said to turn the AC on and that also didn’t help. I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience, the management said i was not eligible for one despite the utilities was not fully working. I wouldn’t recommend to book.

• Covaci (4/5): Rayito stay oct 2024 - It's close to the city centre and main attractions only a few minutes walk. The communication with the contact person was very good. There's always someone to take the phone calls and give any information you might need.We found some extra towels in a bag in front of the entrance door a couple of days after we arrived . You can get a better place for that money.We had the apartment at the ground floor for 8 nights.The bathroom is small,the shower which is very very small and needs repairs,is right by the window and the feeling is that you are washing in the street. There's a bad smell all the time,there are ants in the sockets,the place is very dark,wet,cold . The windows in the living room and one bedroom are not only small,they are also placed high and have some stairs view. You cannot open them as people pass nearby stare inside. The neighbourhood is, indeed,as I had read in other reviews,full of people who use different substances and make your stay insecure. Some come right in front of the main bedroom's window to smoke, almost every night,which is very frightening. One night a man came close, took his phone and started taking photos or filming us inside . I need to mention that the window was barely open.It can be seen on cameras,if they work .For sure ,those who stayed there know what I am talking about. We didn't have any problems but this doesn't mean that the feeling associated with the stay is a good one. If I was to stay there only with my daughters, without my husband,I would have tried to find another place ,I wouldn't have thought of the money.
• Robert (8/5): Great host, apartment, amenities. WiFi not the best if working remotely - Great apartment. Host very quickly responded and sorted an issue with the air con. Lots of amenities were provided which made the stay easier. WiFi wasn’t great. I struggled to work remotely at times.
• Ciprian (7/5): Good - Comunication with the host was good. There was a washer and drier în the basement with detergent and everything you need. There was a bad smell in the room, especially from the sink (molddy). Also, the toaleta was not quite clean.

Would recommend - Great location - in the city centre and about 25 minutes from the nearest beach ( beach of Malagueta), the apartment was really spacious and clean, cozy, nicely furnished There was a weird smell coming from air conditioning (after a while it’s not noticeable), slow TV and WiFi, no clothing drying rack
