- Kerstin (7/5): Overall a great place to stay - has everything you need, well-connected to city centre, and calm! - It was quiet and had everything you need, so overall a great experience and good location for exploring Amsterdam without staying in the centre. The room could have been cleaner and the mattress was super old. Luckily the staff replaced it as soon as we asked!

Breakfast was absolutely not worth, please do not book breakfast here. Only bread, butter , jam , cheese and some sausage/ egg to eat + coffee machine. ( Only worth of 5 €) Just single staff who is rude most of the time and managing check-in counter / reception and kitchen at the same time even in rush hours Even to get extra towels you have to walk by to reception The cleanliness of the room was ok

Las camas estaba con sábanas que no cubrían el colchón por completo. Dejando además entrever manchas…el baño era pequeño y el lavabo no estrecho no te permitía lavarte los dientes apenas. Te chocabas al ir a aclararte la boca o mojabas todo. La habitación solo la hacías cada ciertos días….no a diario. Había asistentes que no hablaban inglés…

- Noel (1/5): Très très très déçu… - L’emplacement La chambre était très sale surtout le sol, il y avais de la poussière partout ! Des gros poils noirs dans la salle de bain et sur le toilette ! L’alarme incendie qui se déclenche à 2h du matin… aucunes explications ou excuses ! Très stressant. L’odeur de joint dans l’établissement. Le parking est payant à 70€ par jour ! Le petit déjeuner et le repas ne valent pas leurs prix (trop cuit, encore congelé) Je suis très très déçu à 200€ la nuit sans parking et sans petit déjeuner.. je ne recommande pas et je ne reviendrais pas !
- Dennis (4/5): Gute Lage aber leider nicht sauber. Wenig entgegenkommen vom Personal! - Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage ca. 4 KM von der Innenstadt entfernt. Gegenüber der Polizeistation auch relativ ruhig und sicher. Ein Parkplatz vor der Tür muss für ca. € 10 pro Tag gekauft werden. Das Hotel ist leider schon in Jahre gekommen und es gibt überall Macken und Beschädigungen. Unser Zimmer ist von der Größe in Ordnung gewesen, aber es funktionierte weder die Lüftung im Bad (zusätzlich Schimmel in den Ecken) noch ließ sich das Fenster richtig schließen. Der Roomservice hat unser Zimmer vergessen und wir mussten uns Abends selbst um neue Handtücher kümmern. Uns wurde erklärt, dass man ein neues System hat und man zusätzlich an der Rezeption eine Info geben muss, wenn man einen Roomservice wünscht. In der Nacht um 01:30 Uhr gab es dann noch einen Feueralarm, weil jemand auf dem Zimmer geraucht hat...
- Roman (7/5): C’était très cher mais confortable et le personnel était sympa - Le lit était grand et confortable La chambre était bien isolé L’écran était grand et pratique Il y avait une machine à café dans la chambre La salle de bain est très agréable C’était très cher, plus de 200€ la nuit petit déjeuner non compris Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre Il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur La serrure électronique n’a pas cessé de faire des cliquetis toute les nuit c’était pénible Et la deuxième nuit l’alarme a sonné à 2h20 du matin extrêmement fort dans la chambre à cause de gens qui fumaient dans leur chambre. Je suis conscient que ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais c’était très désagréable. Heureusement rien de grave

- Eva (5/5): - Está a quince minutos en Uber del centro. La cama era cómoda. El manager amable. La primera noche nos dejaron la pantalla de la televisión encendida (pantalla muy grande) y no había mando en la habitación. Al día siguiente pedimos que lo solucionaran y si es cierto que apagaron la tele, pero nos volvieron a dejar sin mando. La recepcionista de por la tarde es muy mal educada y sin ningún tipo de ganas de trabajar.

- Andrea (4/5): I will never stay/come here again. Very unprofessional - A 17-minute walk to the nearest metro station. I will never stay here again. My personal data was compromised/stolen, and when I asked for more information or guidance at check-in, the only response I got was a simple 'I'm sorry.' I wasn't looking for a miracle, but given the severity of the situation, I expected some form of professional support or at least a small gesture of compensation like a complimentary breakfast to show they cared. Instead, there was zero effort to help. The only positive note was that the bed was comfortable, but that doesn't make up for the lack of security and professionalism. Avoid

The only communication I received from them was to inform me my credit card was rejected (new card information had not been updated). 2) I asked reception what time they served dinner until. Was told 10pm. We arrived in the dining room at 9pm and was told that service was finished and no food available (there is nowhere that serves food close to this hotel. 3) Bed sheets were not changed and room not cleaned very well. Dirty cups not taken away etc

- Andy (1/5): Ern nachtmerrie - Als je muizen ziet voorbijlopen in de BAR dan is alles duidelijk gegegt!!! Zoals in regel 1 ,rondlopende muizen in de bar. Betalende parking.Het ontbijt niet meer kunnen aanvullen (tekort aan voorraad) de sousijsjes en spek gebakken als een steen doordat de overshot de dag opnieuw wordt opgewarmt.een kapotte wc bril en frigo op de kamer vuile douche en in de hang vuile plateau met etensresten op de grond.Het personeel reageerd arrogant op onze klachten. Kortweg sloop dat gebouw sluit deze locatie , gratis overnachten is zelfs geen aanrader.

W.C.horrível,duche sai mínimo de água e demora aquecer.Vaso sanitário à correr agua a noite toda e vazamento de uma agua abaixo dele,onde o chão ficava molhado. A iluminação do quarto é péssima,não tem uma luz central e apenas uma janelinha que da luz durante o dia. E o barulho foi a madrugada toda de portas do corredor abrindo e fechando. Muito caro e não tem nada a ver com a fotografia anunciada. Também deveria ter na porta do quarto uma identificação se tem pessoa ainda no quarto,que foi as 10hs da manhã para não ter a senhora da limpeza batendo na porta para limpar. Decepcionante pelo que paguei 2 estadias 180€

- Lynette (7/5): Redelijk - De ruimte was goed en het bed heerlijk Ben eerder in hotels geweest was er een kleine magnetron voor opwarmen van eten. Daar niet en moest de hele avond in een koude kamer slapen.

- Mohammad Feroz (7/5): Very friendly and helpful reception and staff. - Great value for money 👍 and excellent accessibility. There is a relatively affordable parking lot right in front of the hotel (managed externally) for €9.90 per day – from 9 AM to 7 PM, and on Sundays from 12 PM to 7 PM. What’s missing: a dedicated hotel parking area that guests could book at a discounted rate or have included in the room price. Our room was unfortunately not perfectly clean upon arrival. To turn off the TV, we had to search for the remote – it was found in a corner on the floor behind the curtain, which was not pleasant to see 🫤. The shower drain was clogged, but it was fixed immediately after we reported it 👍.
- Eric (5/5): Für eine Nacht aber nicht länger. - Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Checkin und checkout schnell und unkompliziert. Leider ist das Bad in den Zimmer zu klein. Die Betten sind zu weich. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und das bei Temperaturen unter null Grad. Generell ist das Gemäuer sehr hellhörig. Die Ventilatoren der Lüftung klappern die ganze Nacht hindurch.
