L’emplacement , situé dans un quartier délabré avec junkies et seringues au pied de l’hôtel .. pas sûr que le ménage soit fait tous les jours , de grosses traces de chaussures sur le sol .. de la moisissure côté salle de bain, la douche de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas .. ni la climatisation… une bouilloire mais pas de thé ni de café dans la chambre ..

They are very busy but remain super friendly and very helpful! 5 min walk to the metro which takes u anywhere in no time. The renovated room I booked had 4 single beds. At my request we moved to the only room with a double bed which was a 'classic'. But that bed was great.

Ze względu na konieczność przejazdu o 8 na lotnisko, zapytałyśmy pani z recepcji, czy możemy zejść na śniadanie pół h wcześniej, niż jest zaplanowane - o 7:30. Pani potwierdziła, mówiąc że nie ma żadnego problemu, śniadanie będzie gotowe wcześniej i możemy przyjść do jadalni o 7:30. Zapisała nasz numer pokoju. Rano gdy zeszłyśmy, nieuprzejmy recepcjonista krzyczał, że śniadanie nie jest gotowe, że nas nie wpuści. Dodatkowo chciał dwukrotnie nas policzyć za pobyt i krzyczał, kiedy powiedziałam, że płaciłyśmy podczas zameldowania poprzedniego dnia. Poza tą nieprzyjemną sytuacją o poranku, to zdecydowanie NIE JEST hotel 4-gwiazdkowy. - Umywalka i wanna odrapane, wyglądające na brudne. - Światło w łazience zepsute - mrygające. - Ściany nie były dźwiękoszczelne. - OKOLICA TRAGICZNA - zdecydowanie nie było bezpiecznie, ograniczyłyśmy nasze zwiedzanie Aten tak by wrócić przed zmrokiem. A więc zapłaciłyśmy za usługi, których nie otrzymałyśmy (pobyt ze śniadaniem), w nocy było słychać hałas z korytarza, dodatkowo okolica była niebezpieczna (to mogłyśmy zweryfikować wcześniej, piszę ku przestrodze dla innych).

• John (5/5): Athene is een wondermooie stad maar het hotel kon beter, ik geef het een 4 op 10 - Het ontbijt was lekker maar niet Top, de jonge dame aan het onthaal was super vriendelijk en hielp ons met de vragen die we hadden. Wat wel goed was is dat onze kamer iedere dag werd opgeruimd en we hadden verse handdoeken. Er ware twee zwembaden maar die waren niet ter beschikking daar er storm was gepasseerd, eerlijk dit kon vlug opgelost worden. Ook het bubbelbad werkte niet, de toilet bril zat volledig los. En we waren al niet te spreken over de omgeving, je zag overal injectie naalden liggen op straat van Drugsdelinquenten, niet een al te braaf beeld als je door de straat moet lopen met een kind van 5 jaar, het gaf ons een onveilige gevoel. Wat betreft het ontbijt het was niet slecht maar 6 dagen het zelfde begin op de duur tegen te steken er kon net iets meer variatie ingebracht worden, ook de gebakken eieren ware koud. Ik vroeg of het mogelijk was om ietsje drinken te verkrijgen maar blijkbaar was er geen bar.

• Aurélie (9/5): Un vrai coup de cœur pour l’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel. - J’ai séjourné cinq nuits dans cet hôtel à taille humaine, probablement tenu par une famille, et j’en garde un excellent souvenir. L’établissement est classé 4 étoiles, mais à un prix vraiment très abordable. Il ne faut évidemment pas s’attendre à un palace cinq étoiles , et ce serait irréaliste à ce tarif, mais justement, l’hôtel dépasse largement les attentes compte tenu du prix payé. Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel : le ménage est fait chaque jour, toutes mes demandes ont été satisfaites avec gentillesse et efficacité, et lorsqu’un petit désagrément était possible, le personnel m’a spontanément offert une boisson pour patienter. Le service est attentionné, humain, sincère. L’emplacement est central, à Omonia. C’est un quartier qui peut parfois dérouter, mais je me suis sentie totalement en sécurité. En tant que femme seule, je n’ai eu aucun souci pendant tout mon séjour. Et si l’on ne souhaite pas marcher la nuit, les taxis à Athènes sont très bon marché, et l’application FreeNow permet d’en commander un très facilement. En résumé : ne venez pas ici en espérant le luxe d’un grand groupe international. Mais si vous cherchez un hôtel avec une âme, une vraie attention portée aux clients, et un confort tout à fait correct pour un budget raisonnable, c’est une excellente adresse. Je recommande sans hésiter. Le peu de problèmes que j’ai pu avoir ont été adressé directement.
• Houria (2/5): Pas mal mais pas dans le quartier Omonia - Le personnel super sympa rien à dire L emplacement, quartier mal famé dommage car il est très proche du centre ville , nous avons dormi une seule nuit, on a préféré changer d hôtel et partir pour Plaka
• Mihai (4/5): - Unfortunately, I would not recommend. First, it is not a 4-start hotel. Heavy mould all over the bathroom, stains on the walls, poor repaint works. Very poor quality towels (feeling of unwashed). Very poor quality bedlinen (with marks of poor washing / ironing). Cheap & old furniture. Lack of room insulation (thus a very noisy atmosphere). Location is not ideal, one of the poorest areas of the city (beware of petty theft, knives attack etc at night). The hotel staff was nevertheless polite and kind.

Néanmoins, si vous cherchez un hôtel avec piscine, ce n'est pas le meilleur. Les piscines sont plus des pataugeoires que de véritables piscines. La location de l'hôtel n'est pas la plus sûre pour des familles ou des groupes de filles. Cela est dû à la présence de nombreuses personnes sous l'emprise de drogues ou de prostitués. Bien que l'hôtel soit proche du métro à pied et qu'il y ait plusieurs arrêts de bus, le soir, ce n'est pas un quartier agréable à arpenter. Il est fortement conseillé de prendre l'avenue principale en sortant du métro et éviter les petites rues adjacentes.

• Astrid (1/5): VEGGDYR! - Ingenting Svært skittent! Fult av svarte hår i hele rommet, mugg og rare flekker på lakenet. I tillegg hadde det første rommet vi fikk veggdyr!

• SNANCYRHO (10/5): - Δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό, είχε υγρασία στους τοίχους, δεν είχε ποτήρια, παντόφλες όπως έγραφε στο BOOKING και δεν είχε θέρμανση στο μπάνιο.. Δεν είχες σητες στο παράθυρο και το βρήκα ανοιχτό.. Τρομακτικό κατά τ άλλα καλά!!
