• Ieva (1/5): Do not recommend this place!! - The room was cleaned very poorly. I found several areas that looked like they had never been cleaned at all. I’m not even going to talk about the refrigerator — when we opened it, we didn’t even want to put anything inside because of how dirty it was. For such a high price, we expected at least complimentary bottles of water, which we found in every hotel during our trip around Italy. Here, there was no water, no welcome snacks, nothing. Thank God we decided not to have breakfast here, because this place clearly has serious issues with cleanliness and organization. It was also impossible to sleep because the walls are as thin as cardboard. We could hear the neighbors talking the entire night, and because of that we were unable to fall asleep. What is even worse, the hotel seems to have leaked guest information to scammers. Before our flight, I received a WhatsApp message claiming that our hotel payment had not gone through. We were afraid of arriving and being left without accommodation, so we paid the scammers. This was an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience. There is no other possible way the scammers could have obtained my information. This means that the hotel staff are sharing guests’ personal data with others. This trip was meant to be a birthday gift, and it was completely ruined. The hotel also looks nothing like the photos shown online. I strongly do not recommend this place. Do not recommend this place!
• Andrea (1/5): Venedig ist toll, das Hotel furchtbar - Die Lage ist toll, ansonsten ist es ein ziemlich runtergewirtschafteter Laden, Schimmel, Flecken, kaputte Tür, kein Rauchmelder im Zimmer, Lampe ohne Glühlampe direkt am Kopfteil des Bettes und ein Zettel, mit der Bitte, das ganze nicht anzufassen. Irgendein Kabel im Bett, fleckige Gardinen und tote Mückenrester an der Decke, lauwarmes Wasser, kein Signal beim Fernseher. Im Hiteleingang lag zwei Tage lang ein Berg mit Säcken voller Schmutzwäsche. Rezeption ist nie besetzt, man bekommt eine Telefonnummer. Ich habe mehrfach angerufen, man hat mir immer versichert, dass man sich um meine Probleme kümmert.....nix ist passiert Die Tür zum Badezimmer wurde anscheinend gedreht und ziemlich stümperhaft wieder eingesetzt, der Rahmen wurde auch nicht verspachtelt, man sieht schön den Bauschaum. Die Klinke ist nun auf der anderen Seite, die alten Löcher muss man nicht schließen. In die Zwischendecke wurde ein ziemlich großes Viereck geschnitten, um die Kabel der Klimaanlage durchzustecken, auch das wurde einfach so gelassen, wer weiß welches Getier da rumkrabbelt. Alles in allem viiiiel zu teuer, für sooooo viele Probleme.
• Nathan (1/5): If you want to actually enjoy your holiday, stay far far away from this place - The location was convenient This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in, the pictures they have on the website are completely fake. The room was is a disarray and not clean in the slightest. We spent an hour outside waiting to get in in the middle of the street while freezing. They advertised a 24/7 desk but the desk was empty. I had to be let in, and warned by other guests about this place and how terrible it was. They have the keys on a table with other guests names on it and I had to search for my key among the other poor souls. The worst thing about this place is the price they charge for breakfast. I had toast and a price of fruit. For 15 euros each person, how is that possible. They literally did not have anything. Also, the power went out on our last night. I was met with other guests who had to charge their phone in the foyer. I hassled the many phone numbers and after several hours, I was able to gain access to the fuse box and flick the switch back on.

There is no service whatsoever. It is a misleading bad Airbnb that is not managed well. It was extremely basic, smelly, not clean, many things were not working, the rooms weren’t cleaned, no toilet paper, light bulbs unreplaced, unclear room assignement, management was harassing us whereas they were not properly organizing our stay.

• laura (1/5): - Posizione buona vicino al Ponte dell' Accademia e al centro. Esperienza da non ripetere, anzi attenzione! Sono rimasta più di un' ora ad aspettare fuori dalla porta dell' hotel suonando e telefonando ma nessuno ha mai risposto. Inviati msg e mail. Ma nulla. Non mi era stato inviato il PIN per aprire. Alla fine fortunatamente mi ha aperto una ragazza ospite della struttura, che a sua volta aveva avuto lo stesso trattamento. Io rimasta senza parole. Camera un tempo forse elegante ma ad oggi decadente, evidentemente per la poca cura. Colazione inclusa ( con un supplemento ) dall hotel dichiarata "internazionale" e con foto totalmente non veritiere.. deludente: caffè solubile da preparare in autonomia con acqua calda di un bollitore elettrico, dolciumi confezionati..e poco altro. Tristezza assoluta. Costo troppo alto per una notte, vista la spiacevole esperienza. Mai successo tutto cio nella splendida Venezia.

• Esther (1/5): Experiencia terrible, INFIERNO - No me gustó nada, desde el primer día tuvimos problemas con el alojamiento no había agua caliente, no funcionaba la calefacción, de los tres enchufes que había en la habitación solo funcionaba uno, después de comunicárselo a la recepcionista/limpiadora, lo único que nos supo decir es que avía una avería y que no sabía cuando lo arreglarían, con lo que llevó que al día siguiente tuviéramos que abandonar el alojamiento caso que no cumple con las necesidades básicas para poder hospedarse, pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones y lo único que recibimos por su parte fue que no tienen hoja de reclamaciones, tampoco un responsable y que únicamente trabaja allí una trabajadora que gracias a ella nos pudimos duchar con cubos de agua y un hervidor eléctrico que nos facilitó, los números de teléfono que nos facilitaron en el alojamiento no sirvieron para nada caso que lo único que nos saben decir es que ellos no se encargan de eso, nos marchamos a otro Hotel y NOSOTROS ASUMIMOS EL GASTO del nuevo hospedaje es decir doble gasto, a día de hoy nadie contesta a los correos y tampoco a las llamadas, lo único que reclamamos es el REEMBOLSO DE NUESTRO DINERO No me gustó nada, lo único que puedo aconsejar es que si queréis unos días de vacaciones tranquilas, NO VAYÁIS a este hotel caso que al mínimo problema se lavan las manos y no te solucionan nada
• Jevgenij (3/5): I was extremely happy and felt great relief when left the hotel. - I recommend this hotel for amateurs of extreme tourism. There was no hot water, air conditioning could only drive cold air, TV set didn’t work because of loose socket. So if U want to watch TV one of U has to hold connection and to find proper position. It only helps to switch TV on for a very few seconds. Scenery through windows was exciting- it was mine like. Opposite wall from bathroom was less than 2 m away and down there was something like dumping ground. It was cold at night, door lock was specific- hard to lock and unlock. But anyway we were happy and without doubt went under freezing water in shower room. I highly recommend this hotel for those who like hardship and extreme tourism. • SERGIO (1/5): - Solo la posizione Non è un hotel...alla reception nn c'è nessuno...la struttura è vecchia e fatiscente..gli arredi sembrano presi dal bidone della spazzatura...la puzza di umido regna sovrana...mancava il riscaldamento e l acqua calda...l aria condizionata guasta...i recapiti telefonici a cui rivolgersi sono un fake...non risponde nessuno.. le foto non sono realistiche...la colazione é un disastro mancava anche il caffè...praticamente da evitare come la peste...

Les sacs de linge sales entreposés dans la salle du petit déjeuner, décor salles communes défraichis, ce n'est pas du niveau d'un 3 étoiles et du prix payé pour la nuit et le petit déjeuner.

In the breakfast room there was a coffee machine, but it didn't work. The lady which was assisting there doesn't really know italian which is weird twice. All in all, there were more cons than pros.

• Taus (1/5): Le pongo un 1 porque no puedo poner 0 - Nada Mi experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy mala y nada acorde con lo que se muestra en Booking. Para empezar, la habitación no tiene nada que ver con las fotos: están claramente editadas y la realidad es muy distinta. La luz principal no funcionaba; la única iluminación era una lámpara de mesilla con una luz cálida muy oscura, insuficiente incluso para moverse con normalidad. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña e incómoda. El espacio entre la entrada y la cama es tan estrecho que apenas se puede pasar. No había sitio para dejar la maleta: si la colocaba junto a la puerta (el único lugar posible), la puerta no cerraba, teniendo que hacer auténticos malabares para moverme por la habitación. En cuanto al baño, el agua caliente de la ducha duraba unos 5 minutos y en el lavabo no salía agua caliente. Había humedad, mal olor y una sensación general de poca higiene. Lo más grave vino por la noche. Desde la primera noche me desperté varias veces debido a un picor intenso en todo el cuerpo, apareciendo múltiples picaduras que no tenía antes de alojarme. Informé al alojamiento en varias ocasiones, incluso durante la noche mientras estaba ocurriendo, enviando fotos cuando seguían apareciendo nuevas picaduras (también la segunda noche). La actuación del personal fue totalmente inadecuada: hicieron una revisión muy superficial, descartaron el problema sin comprobar seriamente nada, insinuaron que “no había nada” y llegaron a decir que podían ser mosquitos (en pleno diciembre), dejándome sentir como si estuviera mintiendo, en lugar de ofrecer una solución real. La única “compensación” ofrecida fue no cobrar la tasa turística (7 €), algo totalmente desproporcionado tras haber pagado cerca de 200 € y no haber podido descansar ninguna noche. Independientemente de cuál fuera el origen exacto, algo me picó durante dos noches seguidas, me causó malestar continuo y no me permitió dormir ni descansar, que es lo más básico que se espera de un alojamiento.

• chiara (2/5): Mai piú - Unica nota positiva la Signora che sta alla reception molto gentile Stanza impresentabile, pagare 114€ una notte in stanza in quello stato é veramente inconcepibile, interruttori della luce tutti rotti e sfondati, per avere luce in stanza era stata messa una piccola lampada da scrivania attaccata a una ciabatta, spazio a malapena per passare, in bagno l’anta della doccia manca ed é sostituita da una tendina appesa alla bell’e meglio, neppure un gancio dove poggiare l’asciugamano o una mensola dove posare lo spazzolino. Frigo bar vuoto, tenda oscurante che non si chiude, … insomma lo accetto se pago molto meno ma non per quella cifra

Elle a su atténuer ma déception par son sourire et son coeur chaleureux toujours à l'ouvrage : elle gère à elle seule toute la structure et est présente du matin au soir. Merci de tout coeur pour tout l'amour que tu mets dans ton travail. La chambre ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos, beaucoup de choses défectueuses. L'hôtel semble être laissé à l'abandon.
• Tyler (1/5): there weren't even any staff in the hotel, and no way to get in - Absolutely nothing is right with this hotel, the actual address isnt even correct as it leads to a door a few buildings across from the hotel, however this isn't even the remotely bad part. The part that is actually horrendous is that there were literally no staff in the hotel when I arrived, so I had to pay for a second hotel 10 minutes before I went there. THIS HOTEL IS A COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
• Serten (4/5): Unpleasant experience with the receptionist - When I first arrived, the elderly woman at the reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn’t speak English properly and refused to let me connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, even though I explained that I couldn’t access the internet in Italy without it to make a reservation. She told me the hotel was full and asked me to leave. After finding a way to connect online and making a booking through Booking.com, I came back — only then was I accepted. Apart from this unpleasant receptionist, the rest of the stay was fine, but the first impression was really disappointing.

We rang the buzzer for at least 30 minutes and had no response. We tried to call the number on the door but also had no answer. We had to contact Hotels.com for support and they also could not get in touch with the hotel. We had to walk around Venice at 10pm in the dark trying to find another hotel with a room! • Marianne (1/5): D. Don't do it! By chance we lifted a flap for a code to get in! - Nothing went well. The photos were false advertising. Our rooms were poor for what we paid for one night! Don't do it! The rooms were sparse and not as advertised! The photos are deceiving, do not stay here!! Don't do it!

• Leonardo (1/5): ESSE HOTEL E PERIGOSO - FUJAM DESTE LUGAR … Infelizmente fomos parar neste lugar, o funcionário não estava no local para nos receber para o check-in, ainda na porta do hotel o “funcionário fantasma” respondeu nós pelo interfone e deu o código da entrada do prédio, neste momento achamos estranho, entramos aguardamos alguns minutos para ver se o “tal funcionário” chegava, mas não veio NINGUÉM, no momento em que estávamos a porta tentando entrar, estavam 2 jovens mulheres francesas que também estavam a procura daquele “inferno de hotel”, nós que demos informações a ela e assim entramos todos juntos, elas assim como nós, já estavam exaustas de tanto procurar aquele “lixo de hotel”, então minha amiga entrou no balcão e pegou a primeira chave que viu pela frente, subimos para o quarto 23 e em todo momento registamos em vídeo porque se porventura a polícia lá fosse, teríamos como da satisfação do porque tomamos aquela atitude, quarto muito sujo, cheio de mofo, poeira em todo o quarto, dormimos com receios e pusemos a cama junto à porta, pela manhã havia lá uma funcionária que já nos esperava, eu automaticamente liguei a câmera no telemóvel sem ela perceber e gravei toda a conversa e relatamos o problema e a própria concordou conosco que aquele estabelecimento não estava em condições de está a funcionar, graças a Deus nada aconteceu, mas que mais pessoas estavam alerta e não vão aquele inferno de lugar, pois a localização é péssima e o serviço é um lixo! PÉSSIMO HOTEL, LIXO DE HOTEL

• Tamara (1/5): HORRIBLE - Nada Tuvimos problemas desde nuestra llegada, reservamos dos habitaciones dobles ya que éramos dos parejas y solo nos tenían una habitación a nuestro nombre, avisamos la hora de nuestra llegada y nos dejaron un sobre con las fuera de la puerta del hotel solo con las llaves de una habitación, entramos al hotel donde no había nadie atendiendo, ni trabajadores ni nadie que nos pudiera ayudar, intentamos comunicarnos por varios canales de comunicación y no nos contestaban, luego de una hora nos contestaron y no tenían la información correspondiente, ni siquiera sabían que eran dos habitaciones, nos pidieron unos minutos para ver que podían hacer y luego se comunicaron para decir que había ocurrido un error, nos pidieron que revisáramos una habitación si había alguien osino para que nosotros nos quedáramos ahí por que ni siquiera ellos tenían conocimiento, ósea que podríamos decir que ni siquiera se respeta la privacidad en caso que hubiera habido un huésped, luego nos dijeron que fuéramos por otro sobre que había en la calle con unas llaves para ocupar esa habitación, llegamos a la habitación con olor a humedad, el baño sucio y ni siquiera había agua caliente, en la habitación donde se quedo la otra pareja de amigos fue lo mismo olor a humedad, baño sucio y sin agua caliente, estuvimos mucho mas de una hora entre todos los contratiempos perdiendo un tour y una reserva que teníamos, al otro día tampoco había agua caliente y esperamos hablar con alguien del hotel y nada solo estaba la encargada de los desayunos, el hotel no pidió las disculpas ni una compensación por todo lo que ocurrió, para nosotros fue una pésima experiencia ya que pasábamos una noche en Venecia la cual estaba planeada con itinerario el cual no pudimos cumplir. Pusimos un reclamo en booking y el hotel ni siquiera quiso compensar por todo lo ocurrido, solo booking se pronuncio el hotel no le importo nada siendo que toda la responsabilidad fue de ellos

• Hassan (8/5): - This was a nice place to stay. The staff wasn’t present when we arrived and left our key outside, getting wifi was a bit challenging. Overall the room was quite nice and a bit small. The bathroom area was extremely small alongside the shower. For the price the room was worth it.

• vmu2 (4/5): Not much more than a low price minimal service place place to lay your head and wash up. - They advertised AC. They did not have functional AC. They have AC units but they just push out ambient air. They don’t cool anything. They gave us a fan but it was useless. We didn’t sleep either of the 2 nights we were there because of the heat. It wasn’t only us either. Others had the same complaint. There is no seating outside which is really shoddy because You can’t enter the hotel until 2 pm. You have to stand outside the whole time. Keep in mind also that the hike to get there from San Angelo water is stop includes 3 or 4 bridges. At 2 pm the desk agent will open the door for and check you in. You’ll get a single key. There is no coffee maker in the room. There’s no views of anything either. You’ll only see that person or any other staff at the breakfast station the next morning. Call them all you want before that - you’ll get no answer. A couple tried to check in at 8 pm and tried to call them for an after another guest opened the door to let them in. Nobody from the hotel would answer. We found the same the day before when we arrived at Noon. They eventually helped them selves to a room key. What other choice did they have. I would not recommend the place to anybody if there was alternative. The hotel was clean and the bathroom was decent but oh boy - that’s a very low standard to meet. The lone staff member we met was helpful but they need more people there or a least somebody to answer the phone. It is centrally located and there plenty of restaurants nearby. Never had a bad meal in any but some were a bit pricey

• angelasU6323PK (2/5): Disgusting, avoid - Husband through Love Holidays as a surprise holiday for my 50th. Hotel was not as described, was mouldy and unsafe. Supposed to be a ‘deluxe’ room, look at the photos do they scream ‘deluxe’ to you? Air conditioning not working, smoke detector disconnected, mould all over the bathroom, taped up electrical wires in the bathroom, poor maintenance of the room and furnishings - quite literally the opposite of ‘deluxe’.

• 137tristinr (4/5): No AC, No Customer Service - This hotel states that they have AC as one of the amenities, but we were there for two night and three days with NO AC in May. They provided us a little fan which wasn't helpful. It made for a very uncomfortable time at the hotel. I reached out after our trip through several different channels in which I was ghosted. No one will talk with us or do anything to make their wrong right. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go to Venice in the heat of the summer.
• 784micheald (2/5): Avoid at all costs - Because of late flight time didn't get yo hotel until after 1am. Contacted hotel beforehand to explain our arrival time. Was told there was 24 hour checking. Got to hotel door,door was locked. Rang doorbell for 40 minutes and rang number on door. This number was answered by person in Rome call centre. I was told to return in the morning. AVOID

• 966jussin (2/5): Please avoid. Basically a scam! - It is honestly a scam. No reception, no staff that speaks English. They rebooked without asking to another not equivalent place and no refund possible. Terrible service via telephone. Please avoid if you dont want a holiday ruining experience!
• DANIEL (2/5): - Smell badly, mosquitoes, dark room. No service at reception desk. No A/C. Windows have no net. No smoke detector. Dangerous place.the lady doesn’t speak English purposely.
• Catdin (2/5): Avoid - Arrived at this hotel after 1.00 am having confirmed our late arrival due to flight times. Hotel was closed despite a 24 hour reception noted on the booking. Telephone number on the door was to a person in Rome who advised us to return the following morning! Fortunately we were able to secure accommodation in a different hotel where we stayed for the duration of our visit. We heard nothing from the hotel and did not receive any explanation or apology. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone
