This was only noticed in the morning so was too late for a room change. The TV also didn’t work both days.

- Darren (7/5): average - in general the hotel was great, staff on arrival friendly and efficient. check in smooth. Bar staff friendly. Welcome staff for breakfast ok Breakfast. Was shown to table, breakfast area explained. I grabbed a coffee, then a juice and headed to the hot food counter. Put 2 bits of toast on, returned to the chef who was just finishing an omelette. He plated the omelette and disappeared out the back (despite acknowledging me). when he returned some 5 minutes later I requested 2 poached eggs to go with my toast, bacon and Sausage. Chef asked where I was sitting and said he would bring over. Sat and waited another 5 minutes and noticed the waiter delivering lots of other orders for people who had arrived and ordered after me. Concluded the poached eggs would not be coming, so I ate my now cold bacon, Sausage and toast. so not a great experience.

We would stay here again. Laundry services were expensive but Temple Bar Laundry is a close walk and they were excellent for same day service.

- JEFFREY (10/5): Great hotel in an amazing location! - The location and the style of the hotel was super nice! The Bar, while very nice and stylish it wasn’t very inviting when it came to conversation with the bartender. My beer was filled but then he would go kick it around the corner on his phone leaving the customers to sit and wonder about the area in an otherwise empty room. The Guinness tasted great but I didn’t feel like getting another at this location. Luckily there’s a ton of options close by. But the Hotel staff was amazing as was the hotel itself. I would totally recommend!

The property had a lot of personality, and we mostly really enjoyed it, but our first night put us in a room that had some accessibility challenges for an elderly member of our party. Thankfully, the hotel staff was able to change the room and did so the next day. We appreciated that!

Good bed, I requested a quiet rear facing room which lived up to expectations. Some elements of poor design - the shower tray/tile interface impossible for the staff to keep clean!
