• Richard (10/5): Holiday Suites lives up to its name. Big comfortable rooms with modern facilities and subway access. - Room was a real suite - huge by our standards; we loved it. Very comfortable and very helpful staff. We did not have breakfast there, but the hotel is only a short walk to excellent cafe. Walking up to hotel the neighborhood wasn't promising, but once inside, the hotel is excellent. Not the best location for access to the Acropolis area - a couple of subway stops. We were there for access to the Athens concert hall, which is very nearby.

• Sonja (8/5): Ein sehr schönes Hotel - Die Zimmergröße ein Traum. Die Lage perfekt - 5min zum Mini Market, 8 min zur Ubahn Das Frühstück gut. Am besten die Hilfsbereitschaft von der Dame an der Rezeption !!! Der Aufzug, bleibt oft stecken.

Estuvimos varios días en el hotel, barrio residencial con muy buen ambiente, mucha oferta gastronómica y parada de metro muy cerca. El trato del personal del hotel fue excelente, superprofesionales y amables (especial mención a Manuel). Muchas gracias por haber sido tan atentos con nosotros. Habitaciones muy espaciosas y con todo lo necesario. Lo recomendamos.

Wir hatten Milchglas vor einer Art kleinem Beet. Und der Wasserdruck war nicht so doll, aber angeblich ist das wohl in Athen so

• Αντωνια (10/5): - Πολύ κοντά στο νοσοκομείο ΛΕΥΚΟΣ ΣΤΑΥΡΟΣ , και πολύ βολικό για τον πατέρα μου που συνόδευα, ο οποίος ειναι με δυσκολία στη βαδιση.. Τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν στη ρεσεψιόν με βοήθησαν με καλοσύνη σε κάποιες δυσκολίες που αντιμετώπισα !

• Jaap (8/5): Very pleasant stay, a big thank you to the team at Holiday Suites! - Location next to underground in a very plaeasant quiet street with lots of greenery, plenty of restaurants nearby, room has very pleasant lay-out with balcony, older (not old;-) gentleman at reception particularly inspired and helpful, decent breakfast, not too big allowing for more personable approach, excellent mattress and clean sheets and towels Bathroom needs upgrade, especially dirty floor tiles, some nights were noisy due to nightlife in the area or arriving/departing guests (may be ask h’guests not to move shutters between 10 pm and 7 am ?), modern coffee machine (instead of filtered coffee maker) and complimentary water bottles would be welcome. Balcony room on 5th floor does not meet the booking description in terms of size and facilities.

• Sébastien GAUMET (8/5): Localisation idéale, facilement accessible et très calme, parfait pour un séjour reposant - Séjour très agréable dans un établissement bien situé, facilement accessible grâce à la ligne 3 du métro reliant directement l’aéroport, le port et le centre historique. Les installations partagées avec le Crowne Plaza (piscine, salle de sport, sauna, etc.) sont un vrai plus. Le quartier animé, avec ses nombreux bars et restaurants, est à moins de 15 minutes en métro. Le petit-déjeuner est uniquement disponible en supplément. Le canapé-lit utilisé comme deuxième couchage est moins confortable qu’un vrai lit. Quelques finitions mériteraient d’être revues, notamment certaines lampes de plafond avec des fils apparents.

• Evangelia (9/5): Spacious rooms, friendly front desk staff, safe neighborhood, easy metro access - The rooms are spacious and the front desk is very welcoming. Clear communication before reservation/booking. Always greeted when walking into and leaving the lobby. The street it is located on is quiet and has lighting and feels safe. Just a 5 minute walk from the metro station that takes you anywhere you need to go in Athens. Nice to be close to but not in the center of the city! None, I enjoy staying here and hope to return again soon!

• Kenneth (10/5): - I have been to better properties in my travels. All the amenities and so on. However, I have NEVER had better service at any hotel in my life. We have screwed by Air Canada and had to stay an extra night in Greece. Due to airline issues hotels were booking fast. We tried the holiday inn near the airport but they were extremely high and not helpful. I opened the Travelocity app and look for something decent and found Holiday Suites. From the time of arrival until when we left, the daytime manager (can’t remember his name) understood our challenges and was sooooo accommodating. From travel help, to attractions, to food options, and just helping us relax. If I am ever in Athens again will stay here regardless of any other options available. Kudos to the staff and a special thanks again to the manager.

• Steven (10/5): Wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel - The aparatment was large, spotlessly clean and the hotel was situated on a very pretty and quiet street in a nice area of Athens. The staff were exceptional and nothing was of any trouble and every request was met with efficiency and grace. The icing on the cake was that we could use the facilities at their sister hotel, The Crown Plaza, which was a mere 4 minute walk from Holiday Suites, We enjoyed their gym and rooftop pool on a number of occasions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience which we look forward to repeating next week.
• Maria (10/5): - Stayed here a few weeks ago with my husband and two children. We had a huge room with a king bed and pull out couch. Big TV big bathroom. The hotel is very pretty inside and in a very convenient area. Very short taxi ride to Monastiraki, Plaka and the Acropolis. The best feature of this property is the incredible staff. The two gentlemen and female working the front desk while we were there were phenomenal. They truly care about their guests. They are so helpful with making reservations, calling taxis, and hooking you up with a great place to eat around the hotel. We felt so safe there. 10/10 experience all around!

• Pui (9/5): Stayed for 2 nights before and after cruise. Would recommend. - We booked 3 rooms; a family room for 4, and x2 twin rooms. All rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Helpful reception stored our suitcases for us when we arrived from the cruise ship at 10am. (Check-in is at 3pm). We had a family room for 4. Whilst the single beds were comfortable, the children slept on a sofa-bed. It was very squeaky! The mattress is thin too. The sofa bed is suitable for children under 12, but not adults. There was a dirty cup in the bathroom. The air con only cools down to 20.5C. It was manageable but we heard some US guests complain it was still too hot in their room. In my opinion, it was far better than the 38C outside in Athens! But perhaps us Brits are less reliant on cold cold air con.
