• Σάββας (3/5): - Μόνο η τοποθεσία... Από τις χειρότερες εμπειρείες. Δεν υπήρχε καθόλου ρεύμα στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους και ανεβήκαμε με τα πόδια στον 3ο με φακούς!!! Ο θερμοσίφωνας θέλει περίπου 1 ώρα για να ζεστάνει ελάχιστο νερό για ένα άτομο. Χρειάζονται 3-4 ώρες για να κάνουν μπάνιο 4 άτομα... Το a/c δεν δούλευε καθόλου και υπήρχε μόνο μία σόμπα χαλαζία, ενώ υπήρχε μόνο μία λεπτή κουβέρτα για τα 2 άτομα που κοιμούνται στον καναπέ. Το wifi δεν υπήρχε καν!!! Το χειριστήριο της τηλεόρασης δεν δούλευε και αφού την ανοίξαμε με τα κουμπάκια, δεν δούλευε κανένα κανάλι και ούτε μπορούσαμε να βάλουμε youtube, αφού δεν υπήρχε internet. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού βούλιαζε και δεν βόλευε. Οι τοίχοι ήταν λερωμένοι και υπήρχε υγρασία στο μπάνιο. Προφανώς δεν είχε γίνει καμία συντήρηση από την μέρα που βγήκαν οι φωτογραφίες. Είναι αδιανόητο για την τιμή του να μην μπορείς να προσφέρεις ούτε τα βασικά, δηλαδή θέρμανση, επαρκές ζεστό νερό, internet, μία τηλεόραση, ασανσέρ και φώτα στις σκάλες... Φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ παραμονή πρωτοχρονιάς και δεν μπήκαμε καν στη διαδικασία να μιλήσουμε με τον διαχειριστή. Έπρεπε να ήταν αυτονόητα όλα τα παραπάνω.

• Frederiks (7/5): redelijk, parkeren is een groot probleem daar in het centrum - de ruimte ligging ,totaal geen parkeer gelegenheid, verouderd appartement , slechte bedden, weinig inhoud in de keuken
• Jennifer (4/5): La limpieza…. - Su ubicación La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia…había marcas de cigarrillos en sofás y muebles. Los azulejos del baño, tenían manchas sospechosas. El primer día de 3, pedimos un juego de sábanas para el sofá cama y aún seguimos esperando. Todo ello sin nadie en recepción y la puerta de entrada al edificio rota.
• David (6/5): Worth the money - The self service and location. The apartment did not represent what I was shown in the pictures when choosing. The apartment has seen its better days, but it is well functioning.

Wir waren waren vor drei Jahren dort seit dem ist die Unterkunft wahrscheinlich nicht mehr gewartet geworden. keine Heizung hat funktioniert bei 5 Grad Außertemperatur Klima geht nur kalt. Einfach nur eine Katastrophe.

• Terry (6/5): Not Bad. - The cleanliness was quite bad, not clean very well! Sticky and the room smelt had like cigarettes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

AC did not work well, room did not cool down enough to sleep comfortably. The water smelled strong and odd in the bathroom. There was mold in the shower as well and along the curtain.

• Bas (6/5): Spacious apartment - Spacious apartment, the overall equipment was sufficient and we did have a good rest when we got home from roaming around Athens. There are a few nice more simple bar/restaurants in the neighbourhood that give the feeling you are mixed in with the locals. About 30 minutes walking from the old Plaka center. Stay is ok but it does not meet the expectations set by the fotos. Bad ventilation in the bathroom, lots of repair spots and broken thingies, bad lighting, too short bathroom-door etc. Front door lock does not give a feeling it is locked very well. Nevertheless the spaciousness was very nice.

• Gavin (4/5): Has what you need for a low price. - Good location close to city centre. But be warned streets are very crowded for parking and large trucks run through. Not as nice as the pictures suggest, although does have everything you need. Decent bed, fridge, shower ect. Apartment was full of mould in living area and bathroom. Very thin walls, could hear neighbour talking through the night. Didn’t feel very safe with code entry and no proper lock on the door.
• Alina (9/5): Overall good - Clean, enough sheets.and towels , fast answering -good communication and issue solving, super location near metro, quiet at night, good neighbourhood, warm apartment There are no windows blockers (from outside to completely remove the light), but it has some kind of courtain so it would matter only for someone very senzitive to light. I would also prefer a key instead of a code to open the door of the apartment (would feel more safe for me to let valuable things inside)

You can hear loud talks evenif room door is closed and you can hear peoples talk far away (more than 20 feets). Facility need more improvements to have better food service and room service.

• Narbona (1/5): Absolutely disgusting. 3 nights in Athens for nothing. - I did not like anything. We did have a really bad experience. Mould and damp in the bathroom area (shower curtains with mould and we could clearly see mould on the tiles of the toilet). Also venry poor cleaning. We caught bed bugs there and we had to go to a Pharmacy for a treatment. We did not like anything due to the poor state of the bathroom area and we caught bed bugs.

• A_davis22 (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very spacious. In a quiet location and very close to metro which was great. Secure and only possible to access the building with a code. Good selection of amenities - washing machine, iron, hair dryer, oven etc. Overall we were happy with our stay. No air con in bedroom so it was very hot during the night. Check in was late as the room wasn't ready. Dirty/wet towels from previous guests were left in hanging in our bathroom. WiFi was fine for browsing Internet and apps but not good enough for conference calls.

• Merjem (8/5): Good apartment in Athens - It was a great apartment and comfy. I liked the apartment, and if you are traveling alone or the couple is perfect. You can walk 20 min to most attractions.. It was hard to find parking, not worth spending time for that. I didn't like it that no one was thete for check-in. I had to deal with messages until I got the code to enter.
• Allison (7/5): Convienient location and processes, extremely clean and friendly staff - Convenient location close to the metro! Convenient check in/ check out process. Friendly staff communication and very clean facilities! The air conditioning was not very effective… the one unit was around the corner form the sleeping area and it took a long time for it to reach most of the apartment- they asked us to turn it off when we left but it took hours to feel it in the bed area so we ended up leaving it on so it was bearable to sleep at night… also would not recommend for a solo female traveler. When I left the accommodation alone to go to the market I was harassed several times by groups of men.

• White (1/5): Don’t waste your money! - The property had an elevator. The first room we rented, we couldn’t get into. We went to the second room. The toilet when flushed made a loud screeching noise and made the shower dripped water, there was black mold in the shower, there was yellow stuff in the freezer, the hot tub had mold on the pillow inside, the ac didn’t work. We were there over an hr and it didn’t cool down. The first room we couldn’t get they contacted me and asked me if I was using the right keypad, then had me go try it while I was on the phone, which I did. They unlocked it remotely, and then told me they were changing the codes for us so we could get in. They hung up and changed the codes. We then tried the code they gave us and it didn’t work. I sent them a message and no response from them for an hr. I called them to see if we could get a refund, because there’s 5 of us in our group, we can’t use the one room, the ac and such in the second is still extremely hot AFTER an hr. They told me to go through booking for the refund. So I started the refund. We walked 5 minutes to another hotel to check in and they called sometime on our walk when we didn’t have our phones….. and said that we weren’t getting our refund, that we could still stay there.
• Alberta (7/5): Nice and comfortable stay in Athens, in a safe and residential area close to the Metro. - Good location close to the metro stop in a residential and safe area. Apartment is big and spacious. AC was not always working well.
• Kelli (9/5): Nice amenities but not a comfortable bed. - The jacuzzi was nice and the apartment was very clean and neat and a nice size. The bed was not comfortable and our backs hurt the next day. It was a firm mattress

• Hristo (7/5): A good place to stay in Athens - The location, proximity to a metro station. The bathroom being spacious and also the living room. The backyard - it was actually the view. Towels came on the second day (good that we had our own). The WiFi name was wrong, so we sought help for which we did not get much of a feedback but we tried out the visible WiFi and we got it sorted out - not a big problem but the instruction sheet has to be updated.

Jacuzzi on the terrace. Good location Table chairs were wobbly and uncomfortable. Chocolate (?) stains on the mattress. Kitchen utensils not very clean (at least a clean sponge would be enough).
• Dimitris (3/5): very disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this place - I liked the garden and the renovation work First of all as soon as i walked in the apartment there was a bad smell and the property itself didn’t give me the impression that it has been cleaned recently Then the bathroom where there was another terrible smell and the door wouldn’t close as it has been deformed at the bottom due to water and humidity The couches also looked dirty And last of course the bed The mattress is the most uncomfortable mattress i have ever slept on I don’t even think i slept at all as all night long i was trying to make myself feel comfortable

• Hiro (7/5): It's ok. Great location. - Location is great. Building is in great condition. Kitchen is not properly furnished. If you want to cook then keep it simple. No microwave or toaster either. Just one pot, no bread knife ... The kitchen was the let down of the place. Everything else is ok.

• Alice (1/5): go elsewhere - good location, about 30 /40 mins walk from key sights, very near metro station m. staff very quick to respond to messages when you have a question. advertised as having a communal area with a hot tub and sauna but no mention of needing to pay extra. I found this out when I asked the key code to access the hot tub. i feel this should have been made much much clearer. cleanliness was average - hairs on bathroom floor Saturday night there was A LOT of noise - there was a gathering/a party going on until after 2am. loud male voices, banging, shouting, calling out to each other, doors slamming. it was loud and not acceptable yet because no staff are present what can I do at that time in the morning? As a lone female I wasn’t going to go and ask them to shut up. Thank goodness my daughter wasn’t staying with me in the end as she was running the marathon the next day - had she been staying with me this would have totally ruined the weekend for her. it was bad enough for me, not acceptable. the stairwell was dark when I arrived: no lights working and again on Sunday evening too. Not great.
• Colm (10/5): Exceptional - Right beside the metro. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Airport transfer was so handy and worth every penny! The Internet service.. the WiFi seemed to cause issue or was slow at times. The first day it was fine but slowed down later.

• Zack (5/5): Passable - This company has a policy of checking in at 15:00 and depart at 11:00 which is strange and not fair but anyway acceptable! The day I arived my plane landed at 11:30, I arrived to the hotel at 13:00 and i called if I could check in knowing that the apartment I booked was empty for 3 days as i my trip was prosponed for 3 days and the specific apartment was available for rent all 3 previous days as i was checking. The lady on the phone firstly could not find my reservation and after we managed to do so (20 minutes later) she asked me to wait till 15:00 because the room was not ready and it had to be prepared and as this is their POLICY. Anyway after about 1 hour an a half they found out the the apartment is ok and ready ( magically as nooone came to clean the apartment as i was right outsite of it). Rules are made to protect both the business and the customer but it is important in life to be flexible, Minimun IQ is required so that if the aparment is ermpty and ready to allow your customer to check in!! - that will make him happy and you are not loosing anything. Also as you have a waiting room, allow him to go in, dont let him stay on the street until you realise that the aparment is ready for 2 hours . Hotels pensions, apartments and villas all over the world are doing it maybe this company should also cosider doing it as well. It is obvious this company has no experience in hospitality and for sure thy dont even know what greek hospotality is! By the way the lady never apologised to me for the unecessary delay.

• Isabelle (9/5): Superb - Great location, quiet but 2 minutes from metro station, very reactive staff (all questions answered within a few minutes) Staff not on site so everything is handled by messages. Convenient but my preference would be to see faces at reception.
• Χρυσή (9/5): Superb - The communication with the host was excellent. The facilities clean, ready and welcoming. Minor, but I think a towel rack or hook by the sinks in the bathroom would be useful, as well as a bath mat
• Zerbito (5/5): "Supreme comfort" only in the title, in the photos and in the price. - -Excellent location, 2 minutes from the metro "Aghios Ioannis". In 5 minutes by metro you are in Monastiraki / Acropolis / Omonia and other places of interest. -New and well furnished apartment, powerful air conditioner, full kitchen with basic needs (apart from the very dirty and unusable "American" coffee machine) -Comfortable automatic check-in with code for the doors (on the 4th day he had a problem then solved by opening with the additional key placed in a mini safe near the door). THE PANORAMIC TERRACE WITH JAKUZI AND SAUNA THAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS IS NOT FREE (12 €/PERSON for 2H) - "The ping-pong table" tales : First day: no ball, I communicate it to the host...They answer:"we will bring new ones". Second day: 1 broken ball, unusable, I report it. Third day: same broken ball. Day 4: appeat 2 balls (I don't know for which game) very light and soft, unusable for pingpong, I give up. (I recommend the host to provide a decent ball for each room ...). -The second day the maid rings to clean the room, I ask her if she can come back after a few minutes because we were finishing dressing to go out; She has difficulty understanding English, she puts sheets and towels in my hand and never comes back; the room was cleaned ONLY THE DAY BEFORE DEPARTURE under my explicit request to the maid met by chance. -Uncomfortable and noisy bed, mattress too soft. - Shower curtain too short, with every shower the bathroom floods and they don't even leave a mat unless explicitly requested. -On the second day I ask the maid for a shower mat, she takes one from a plastic bag and together with it 2 big dead cockroaches come out. The host apologizes and assures that the next day they would clean and change everything .... As I said before, it didn't happen. -After all these inconveniences, on the last day I asked if it was possible to leave the luggage (2 trolleys) from check-out (11AM) until 3PM in some room of the residence (all hosts usually allow it), I was denied.

• Yorrick (10/5): - I really loved this apartment, it had everything that I was looking for and it was SUPER CLEAN and comfortable, easy to access the facility, easy to use the appliances (notes are left with instructions) it was located in a very safe area and close to the subway (5 mins walk)it had nice restaurants around and grocery stores are one subway station away. The people in charge of the hotel were really professional and quick to respond to me. The entire experience was wonderful, I will keep the info and go back there when I'll travel back to Athens.
• Didier (2/5): - Pas de possibilité de communication, pas d'accès à la terrasse sur le toit, ni au spa et au sauna. Appartement pas prêt à l'heure du check-in. Peu de vaisselle à disposition. Propreté douteuse.
• ATzakos (10/5): - Spacious and modern apartment. Location on about 2 minutes walking distance from the metro station, what's really helpful ! Everything was basically just like in the photos and many more things were being provided from the host!
