Marko (9/5): Great place, very friendly staff and good service. - The location in the old Berat. King size bed, the home-like feeling and the breakfast that was served to the table. The bathroom floor got completely wet after showering and it didn’t really fully dry at all. So bathroom needed to be visited barefooted. This was however only a small inconvenience.

Die Zimmer sind in einem einwandfreien und sauberen Zustand. Personal steht bei Fragen immer Fachkompetent zur Verfügung. Bereits zum achten mal dort übernachtet und würde es immer wieder tun.

Katarzyna (5/5): - Komfort łóżek i to tyle Śniadanie było bardzo ubogie i po prostu niesmaczne. Hotel 4* a na śniadaniu jest kawa i herbata z termosu (!?). Standardem powinien być ekspres do kawy, herbaty pakowane w osobne saszetki. Wędlina okropna (max.50% mięsa), ser żółty to roztopiona maź. Masło - niestety tylko margaryna. Ok był tylko chleb i pokrojone w plastry arbuzy... Nie wiem czy tak było zawsze - powinniście to jak najszybciej zmienić. Poza tym w pokoju nie było zestawu do zaparzenia herbaty.

lior (8/5): מלון נהדר כתחנת מעבר . - פקיד הקבלה היה נהדר , כיון אותנו לאן כדאי ללכת ואיפה לבלות. לקח את רכב שלנו והחנה עבורנו בחניית המלון כדי שלא יקרה לו כלום . החדר היה נקי , מסודר ונעים. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה וטעימה. כשיצאנו התעקשו לתת לנו מים לדרך . יש לטפל במזגן בחדר , קפאנו בלילה כי לא ניתן להנמיך את הפעולה שלו ולשלוט בטמפ'.

Itamar (10/5): בפעם הבאה שנגיע לטירנה בטוח שרק למלון הזה נגיע - החדר היה ענקי , מבריק ומצוחצח הגקוזי היה נקי ומצוחצח , כל הצוות היה קשוב מאוד ורק רצה לעזור ולתת מענה לכל בקשה שלנו - המיקום 10 דקות מהמרכז , נגיש לכל מקום בכל דרך - ממליץ בחום על מקום האירוח הזה

Antonella (7/5): Promosso - Letto comodissimo. Struttura ben posizionata,con noleggio per moto e auto difronte la struttura,facilmente raggiungibile con l’autobus dall'aeroporto. Colazione priva di croissant,c’erano molti prodotti tipici,roba salata che non gradisco.. Avrei preferito una colazione semplice ma di gusto. Al mattino letti sempre fatti,e stanza in ordine,unica pecca i capelli lasciati in giro per il bagno e la stanza stessa.

Kate1802014 (8/5): Walking distance to Skanderberg Square - Nice, clean hotel, in a good location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Skanderberg Square, therefore it is easy to get to all of the places of interest on foot. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but basic and at times there was no food left. They were not very quick to top up the food.

Andjela (10/5): - The hotel was my best stay while in Europe. Close to everything, had a coffee/bar inside the hotel. Breakfast every morning, most options typical of Europe. It was good and pleasant. The staff was polite and even got me to check in early! Big help!!!
Reda (9/5): Our first visit to Albania, Tirana. The hotel staff left a good impression, the rooms are well equipped. - The hotel is centrally located, so you can easily reach the sights. The staff is polite. Since we left very early, they packed us a takeaway breakfast. I wanted more choice on the breakfast menu. I was missing fruit.

Munir (8/5): A very reasonable mid-range hotel experience at a reasonable price. Would recommend. - Most importantly, the air conditioning was powerful. The bed was comfortable and large, breakfast was reasonable, overall decor was nice. Location was also good - only 15mins walk to the town centre, and so not too close or noisy. Staff were flexible and welcomed us with a smile (which you don't always get even from the most expensive hotels these days). Overall satisfied, but if going to be fussy: it seemed really cold even when set to 25, though could be my lack of technical skill. That said, it was July and far better to have cold air than an aircon that is limited to higher temperatures (as is often found in many popular chains and under the guise of energy conservation).

Derry (7/5): Great location shame about the breakfast - The location was perfect for our early morning trip to lake Komani and a short walk to the city centre. The room was massive, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awful. On day one there was nothing left to eat bar a couple of slices of bread and not much more the following day even though we were earlier. The reception staff in general didn't seem to be enjoying their work.

Manoj (8/5): Very good - We had a wonderful stay in Tirana for our wedding anniversary, and what truly made it special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional, especially the receptionist, Isbel. My wife complimented the beautiful bangle she was wearing, and to our surprise, Isbel gifted it to her as a gesture of kindness. It was such a touching and unforgettable moment. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was the warmth and generosity of the people that truly left a lasting impression.

Liliana (10/5): Consigliato! - POSIZIONE: L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto buona. Si può tranquillamente raggiungere il centro in 10/15 minuti a piedi. In alternativa è ben servito anche dai mezzi pubblici. CAMERA: La camera è davvero bella. Pulita, spaziosa e con molti comfort. Balcone e vasca idromassaggio sono una vera chicca! PERSONALE: Il personale della reception parla molto bene l’italiano ed è disponibile e gentile. COLAZIONE: L’unica nota negativa è sulla colazione. Poco variegata e poco abbondante.

Breakfast is a windowless cellar with a minimum offering. We had to return twice to reception for a working room key. The hotel is very noisy as it is situated at a major road

384mariannei (10/5): Albania visit - The staff are all friendly and helpful and when you are a woman travelling alone that is very important. From recommending restaurants to booking taxis they are all willing to help. I had to wait 2 hours after checkout before going to the airport and they gave me water and wouldn't let me pay for my coffee!
Geert (8/5): Very good - The room was huge (junior suite), so price ratio was really good. The bed was XL and comfortable, we had a couch corner with TV,... Very good breakfast buffet with local specialties. Staff was very kind and helpful. Position to do excursions was excellent too: bus stop in front of the hotel, onlyb15 minutes walking to the main square and plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee houses nearby. Something should be done about the lights. Especially when reading in bed, lights were terrible. There was also a lot of noise from the traffic.
George (8/5): A good value choice of modern hotel, well-located for access the the central area. - Hotel was very quiet during my visit. However, a full continental-style breakfast was available. High standard of cleanliness throughout - everything is spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Room is relatively small, but well-heated, with good workspace area. Location is about 10 mins walk from Skanderburg Square, with lots of cafes and small shops along the street and immediate area. Full bar/cafe facilities available in this very modern hotel. Good value for money. Nothing.
