Guest Reviews
- Melissa (7/5): The pictures looked better than the property - The view is incredible. The staff were friendly and replied back whenever I had an issue. The bed was awful. It dipped in the middle and made loud noises every time you moved. My husband and I did not sleep well at all. It’s pretty far from the heart of Athens so expect a 30 min walk. I didn’t realize it was not a hotel like situation but they also didn’t ask us to do a whole cleaning thing like Airbnb’s usually do and I did appreciate that.

Bed is good. Water heats for 30 min. Wifi didn’t work work properly.
Some lamps were not working properly.
In the morning I was woken up by the noise from the staircases. Apartment is not well soundproof((((
Good thing was they let me check out at 12.00 instead of 11.00, but at 11.00 my door automatically opened which I realized 10 min later. There is no real key, only electronic code on the door. It was quite uncomfortable when I realized that the door is opened…
- Ahok (10/5): Very relaxing which is exactly what I was looking for. Was very easy to travel to and from tourist locations all around - The property was very spacious and had everything we needed! The staff were always available and quick to respond to accomodate all our needs. Nothing, my expectations were exceeded

- Gabriela (2/5): Not worth it as it’s not like in the pictures - Not like in the pictures. The apartment looked empty and dated.
There was not shower gel; instead they had hand soap.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable so much so that one of the guest had to sleep in the sofa.
The host communication was bad. They gave me the instructions on how to get in only 10 minutes before the check in time and only because I have to called them. The instructions weren’t clear either.
Locations isn’t great as you can’t walk to the city centre.
- Maya (7/5): Has potential to be wonderful and needs updated pictures - Good communication and even let us store
Luggage at front desk. Bedding was comfortable.
AC units were great. The view from our penthouse was the best! Dirty under kitchen counter and sofa had many stains. No salt or oil to cook with. No umbrella or shading on deck. Jacuzzi - dirty and not filled upon arrival
- Luís (9/5): Good for a longer trip, you can cook, spend time resting there too. - Big apartment in a quite neighborhood. Even though it was a bit far from the city center there are bus and metro stations around! Or even by uber it’s not expensive at all.
Everything was cleaned and they brought new towels every two days - as well as making us the bed. Maybe the fact that there wasn’t anyone in the reception. However, they were very communicative via WhatsApp and helped us with our check in!
- Tingting (7/5): - The room is large and equipped with nice facilities. The location is good, proximate to the university. The staff is enthusiastic. Hot water is only provided after pressing a button and waiting for half an hour, that is a bit inconvenient.
- James (5/5): Passable but dirty - It was in a good location, easy self check in. Passable but It was dirty
- Hossein (8/5): - Clean and spacious apartment not very far from spots in Athens. Ample of space and Defect in hot water. And swage issue
- Anurag (9/5): -
- Carolina (10/5): -
- Mrsic (9/5): - It was all pretty much good, good spot if you are travelling with friends and will recommend so if anyone from my friends decide to go in Athens in future... We managed to 'survive' but in my opinion if appartment is for 4 there should be atleast 4 plates and 4 glasses but thats a minor complain... was super good in general
- Etables (9/5): -
- OM (10/5): -
- sorin (10/5): - Just not very easy to communicate. Not too easy to arrange to drop off the luggage earlier than the time to check in. Thank you for allowing us to check in early. The gentleman at the front desk, Jason, was really nice and very polite. Good help, really needed it.
- Sylvester (10/5): Exceptional -
- Δαμιανοσ (7/5): Good - The bed was very comfortable the shower was nice the balcony was the best ti spend all the night at (its funny the rules say no smoking but there was an used ashtray there) It was empty,i had paid way less in another place and the fridge wss practically full
- Shiv (1/5): One of the worst places we have ever been to! And I've used booking.com since 10 years - Absolutely nothing. They don't know the basics of the hospitality business. If you read what ive gone through, they still refuse to refund the amount paid by me. We did not land up staying as the lift got stuck between 5th and 6th floor. There was no weight mention inside the small rickety lift, there was no working helpline number, no emergency intercom, nobody answered the siren for help, firefighters were called to rescue us, My aged parents were stuck on the ground floor, and still Supreme Luxury Suites refuses to refund. We DID NOT stay at the property as lift technician said the lift is old and can crash anytime. Isn't that ridiculous? Would you risk ur life by staying here? Honestly we reached there at 10pm on 31.05.25. The location was not very nice (pic 1). We entered with a code which was provided to us. No receptionist and guess what? We got a room on 6th floor (2 bedroom apartment) and 5th floor (one bedroom apartment) as we were a family. Unfortunately the lift got stuck and I along with my 4 year old son (who was howling and crying out of fear Pic 4 ) was inside the 3 ft by 3 ft rickety lift (pic 3) for 45 minutes, and were rescued by the firefighters after making repeated calls and sent unlimited messages. All this while for 2 hrs my 80 years old dad and 74 year old mom (both senior citizens were waiting on the ground floor as they couldnt climb up 5 floors. Avoid this property. I've lodged a formal complaint to refund my entire amount for the stay as we didn't stay there. At 11.45pm we left the property (pic 2) and moved to a much better 5 star hotel by paying significantly more but we were happier and fully satisfied at the other hotel. Surprisingly the hotel refuses to refund the entire amount.
- Geoffrey (9/5): Superb - The location, how modern the property was, and the quite neighborhood I did not like that they had no real city view, and could barely see the top of Acropolis.
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Doreen (5/5): Passable - Big, modern, clean and close to shops. Lack of utensils and towels, no clothes line, only 2 glasses. It said there would be shampoo and conditioner but didn't find any, said there is a tumble dryer but there wasn't. No broom to sweep, no shower carpet to step out onto.
- Korina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vasileios (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment, easy to check in and out, you dont have to talk to anyone and of you are on 5th floor and up, you can get a glimpse of the acropolis. There is also water in the fridge. Good in general, very good When you leave the place to go somewhere, cleaners come and clean it. It could be good, but i like privacy
- Σαββασ (8/5): Very good -
- Ilona (5/5): Overpriced - Clean in general. Doors locker looks like broken.
Walls and all furniture want to be refreshed.
Weird bed textile.
Unpleasant smell in the flat.
Photos were a little bit different on website.
Not cozy as on photos.
- LT (2/5): - Do not stay at this property! First, the business did not communicate to us the access codes. Second, the place was in an unsafe part of Athens. Third, the place had not been cleaned. Fourth, there were bugs and roaches crawling around. The bathroom was not cleaned and found old used towels from previous guests. The kitchen sink had old food coming up from the pipes when water was on. The cleaning that they did do was to sweep up all the old food and trash under the sofa. The place could have been nice but the owners have neglected in updates to the bed and rooftop area. We vacated the place at 2:00 A.M and had to find another hotel. Could not get a refund from the owners even after explaining to them all these items. Again please do not stay at this location!
- kamran (4/5): Apartment complex with no elevator working - First day had to argue to get codes to two apartments. I have booked and paid but the lady didn’t believe me. Had to sent pictures of booking and payment. Two apartments in 5th floor most of days elevator didn’t work. Had to go up and down the stairs which are small and dark
- Debbie (7/5): Good -
- Sean (8/5): Great location, good stay in athens - Prime location, and large spacious bedrooms with multiple living areas! Obstructed view of the acropolis, and great value for money. Kitchen and bathroom was also very nice! Not super clean, beds were fine but everything was a little bit grime-ey and smelled off in places. Bag store felt a bit free for all as reception was not manned while we were there.
- Lisa (1/5): Caution - DO NOT STAY HERE! - The only good thing about this place was the ease of “checking in” We didn’t end up staying here because it was terrible. There was a full fingernail on the ground, stains on the walls, broken light fixture, and the door handle was completely broken off from the inside and we didn’t feel safe. The pictures they post online are nothing like what we walked into. With all of this, I have tried contacting the email address and avenues they told me to contact for a refund and have gotten zero response.
- Siobhan (5/5): Passable - It was a spacious living area. Kept clean.
Girl came offering clean towels on the 2nd day. The apt wasn't really near the tourist area and up a high hill.
Could really do with some more mirrors,1 small one in the bathroom only between 4 people!!!
1 normal drinking glass and no tea towels to dry dishes.
Air conditioning didn't work properly in the double room, making a lot of noise!
- Lydia (7/5): Good - The place was large and spacious
Nice balcony though too hot to use during our stay.
Good air conditioning.
Much needed working lift (apartment is on a high floor) .
Clean, - and maid service even during our short 3 night stay.
Cheap taxi ride to all main attractions.
Quiet neighbourhood.
Secure apartment, codes for entry not keys. The kitchen was the worst stocked I've seen I think. Not even 4 matching glasses of any kind. Thankfully we didn't cook or want to but it would have been impossible.
You have to press a button 30 mins before you want hot water.. OK on a normal day but on an early airport day not so good.
Shower control wobbly, front door handle wobbly - bott felt like they might come off at any moment.
The location is dead at a weekend, and even in the week not a lot happening, you need to walk for 15/20mins to get to any restaurants or bars or pay 6-10euros in a taxi.
- Christiana (10/5): Exceptional - Large apartment ! Great air conditioning
Very helpful staff…always available to reply to our questions immediately
- Susanne (10/5): Very beautiful penthouse with some issues - We loved the view of the Akropolis, the surrounding hills and the city from the penthouse suite, the abundance of natural light, the well working air condition. Good room layout. When we arrived there was an extremely strong smell of old cigarette smoke (like in a smokers lounge) and cigarette ash on the bed side table. Surfaces had been cleaned with an obviosly dirty cloth. The beautiful terrace would need more attention (dead plants in some pots, broken pots, overblown big plants (by the wind) laying around on the floor, trash in one corner).
- Sean (1/5): no one to check you in, will not give you code to enter until last minute - no one to check you in, will not give you code to enter until last minute no one to check you in, will not give you code to enter until last minute
- Alma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (1/5): I travel all over the world and have never experienced such incredibly bad customer service!! - I never made it into the accomadation I paid 2 nights for, to no fault of mine, so its impossible to say Customer service, we arrived early, 8:30am. Check in wasn't until 3pm however i was told someone would be on site upon our arrival to discuss early check in or where we could leave our bags. Not only as no one there they did not respond to phone calls or email(as they had been the night before when they needed my passport and flight info). After over 3 hours of waiting i found somewhere else to stay......at 5:15 that night they sent info on how to get into the accomadation....needless to say i would not recommend to even my worst enemy....so dissappointed
- Lexi (5/5): It was run down and could easily be much nicer with a bit of effort to clean and maintain. The view toward acropolis was - The location was great. The bathroom was filthy. There was mould growing in the shower, the drain was broken, the shower broke so we couldn’t use it. There was not hot water and we were told later we had to turn a boiler on 20 minutes before we wanted a hot shower.
- Natalie (9/5): Superb -
- Komurcu (8/5): Acropolis view penthouse - Acropolis view and other facilities Staff is not available if you don’t call them
I send message through booking but didn’t answer in time
- James (8/5): Very good - Very big space, 2 badroom apt. Kitchen
- Paris (6/5): Overall was pleasant and worth the money - Independent check in, no contact with staff.
Rooms are spacious and airy Kitchen was unclean and could do with some more basic facilities for a short stay e.g. some washing machine sachets
- Kasper (2/5): Not suitable for staying - Luxurious view, The apartment is in poor condition, lacking proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Penthouse room 601
- Kasper (2/5): Not suitable for staying - Luxurious view, The apartment is in poor condition, lacking proper maintenance and cleanliness.
- Konstantinos (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very comfortable with a lot of space. The acropolis view is great. The location seemed to be remote but it is close to restaurants, supermarket and cafes. Maybe some advertisement in the room can help to realize it faster.
- Yufeng (9/5): The room service is perfect. - The bed is very soft And comfortable. One night, a neighbor is too Noisy. They are playing a party at night.
- Xin (1/5): Bad - The electronic panel is broken! Can you believe there is no hot water for shower! The switch tripped! Also near the bed is dirty!
- Siyada (9/5): Superb -
- Sean (7/5): Good -
- Minesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (8/5): The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. - Nice apartment with everything you need. The location is not close to stores and restaurants.
- Salma (4/5): Don’t recommend - It was listed as a hotel and it wasn't a hotel - there was no comforter on the bed so it was cold with the AC on but so hot without it. There was no outlet in the bathroom so it was hard to dry your hair.
- Vlad (6/5): Pleasant - Overall it was OK, big apartment and good bedroom. Cold water in the shower, AC controller didn’t work properly, door handle broken.
- Jacqueline (3/5): Disappointing, let down by poor maintenance and poor cleaning - Large Ants on kitchen bench, dirty cutlery in kitchen drawer, dining table about to fall apart, food stains on settee, hot water ran out during a quick shower, vanity tap loose, fixed glass wall in shower loose, around shower edges dirty
- Megan (5/5): Passable - I liked the price of the place, and I liked that it was a full apartment. They had both a living area AC and a bedroom AC which was nice as well. It worked for us considering that our previous place in athens cancelled on us a week in advance, so we had to find something last minute and make do. The keypad didnt work to our room, and the door handle was broken. The shower didn't have a wall and so water got everywhere in the bathroom. You had to turn the hot water on and it only lasted about 10 minutes worth. We didn't get in until about 130 am due to flight delays, so we had to spend 20 minutes on the phone to get into our room and then take cold showers before going to bed. The bed also needed some extra pillows. It was also about a mile from the center of athens, so we ended up needing taxis.
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- TERRY (10/5): - Everything was great
- Julie (7/5): Good - Very clean. Free parking on the street. Little kitchenette with lots of room. Easy checkin and out with codes. Very friendly staff. Neighbourhoud is not great, but you can reach most of the touristical places by foot or bus. The bed made some much noise when you move and arm or toe that it was difficult to get a good rest. The shower water gets into the barhroom and you don’t have a mob to clean this up.
- David (5/5): Passable - Communication and easy access to the building and apartment. The apartment was well equipped for a week stay The bedroom was very small not similar to the pictures. No solution was offered after complaining about the difference between photos and the real space.
- Kalliopi-eleni (9/5): Very satisfied with our stay - Very helpful and friendly staff. The view from the penthouse was amazing. Very clean. Slippery floor of the shower.
- Anonymous (3/5): Loved Athens, probably stay somewhere else unless the above issues are rectified. - Decent enough location, spacious. 5 cockroaches in the room on arrival. Reported this, no partial refund offered due to cleanliness. Upgraded to a jacuzzi room, though we refused to use due to concerns around cleanliness. Back door also didn’t lock and backed onto the ground floor thus unsafe. Reported this, nothing done.
- Gillian (8/5): Palatial apartment ( once in!!) with good connections to central Athens and the coastal area ( Stavros Niarchos foundati - Very Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with kitchen and a clothes washing machine. Air conditioning very effective and outside terrace with seating area for evenings/ mornings. Bed with crisp clean sheets and very comfortable. Towels provided and changed regularly. There is a lift. Bus A2 from stop across street straight to Athens central areas. (Tickets from metro stations and also work on that). Economy mini market 2 mins and lovely pizza restaurant 5 mins from apartment. Gaining access. We arrived 22.00 code given to us by email did not work. Eventually on fourth attempt to ring office number on door we learned our given code had been changed. We were tired and stressed and could not understand answerphone message first 3 calls. At one point we thought we would need to sleep on step!
Kitchen had 2 forks. But excellent cleaning lady sorted. No bottle opener for beer/wine.
- Patrik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angelos (8/5): Very good -
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Reggie (1/5): Bad - The space was new and immaculately clean, functioning air conditioning and the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, a kettle, and even a coffee machine along with sugar conveniently stored in a jar. Additionally, having ice readily available in the freezer and complimentary water in the fridge was a thoughtful touch. Letdown in terms of the service. While the absence of a receptionist was apparent, the reliance on messaging through booking.com for immediate assistance left a bit to be desired. Upon our early morning arrival, shortly before 7am following a cruise, we were disheartened to discover the lack of concierge service that had been advertised during the booking process. Fortunately, a remarkably helpful gentleman from the adjacent establishment went out of his way to assist us. He facilitated our access to the main entrance, allowing us to temporarily store our luggage, for which we were extremely grateful.
We received a notification indicating that our designated apartment was room 501 on the 5th floor. This message also provided us with a shared access code for both the main entrance and our apartment, along with instructions about the check-in and check-out times. While our excitement to explore Athens led us to leave the apartment to enjoy the city, we returned around 3pm to find that the provided codes were not functioning. Our attempts to communicate through booking.com yielded no response, leaving us stranded in sweltering 35-degree heat, standing before an unyielding apartment door, and in dire need of using the facilities.
Regrettably, the individual who had so graciously assisted us earlier was no longer present. In their stead, a lady informed us to contact customer service. Despite the international rate charges for the call, we reached out in desperation. A new code was provided, successfully granting us entry through the main entrance, but it still failed to unlock our apartment door. Multiple calls went unanswered, leaving us to search for a solution on our own. After a frustrating hour, we finally managed to enter the apartment.
Undoubtedly, this experience was both stressful and draining, particularly given our limited time in Athens.
- Despina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kostas (10/5): Exceptional - very good. I would choose it again for sure. it is in the center of Athens and everything relatively close. big space. net. there was nothing I didn't like.

- Julian (10/5): Best view and great value - The view is incredible. The apartment was easy to find and close to a convenience store. The weather was very hot in Athens but the AC worked perfectly. No complaints All good. Only word of advice is to turn on the water heater 20 - 30 mins before you have a shower. This was covered in their info sheet on the table but I didn't read it before I tried to have a shower.
- John (9/5): Superb - The apartment was nice. No staff in attendance but could be contacted by phone if needed
- Petra (10/5): Exceptional - The view is amazing and place is very homey If they had a cleaning service I had to keep my rubbish and used towels my whole stay.
- Salome (8/5): Very good - Apartment was new and very clean. Location was perfect and staff was very helpful. It was impossible to go on the balcony as the fan was blowing hot air all the time. Also it would have been nice if the apartment had more life essential stuff .
