Lacking: 1) information about the sightseeing and other facilities around town. 2) At checkout, did not get a printed copy of charges, or e-mail with details of charges. I had to log in to my credit card account after I came home, to find the charges, but no details. I tried to send an e-mail to them, but got an error message. I am still waiting for an email from them with the details. Thank you.

- Das (2/5): Never again - Supposedly a new room but the condition of the room was terrible. Asked to change room. The new room did not have saggy paint on one side of the wall. However, the new room did have some towels that had spots, poor quality furnishings. In short - never again.

- Chevy (6/5): Checking out is horrible - Hotel is okay, location too traffic during rush hour. Room, has everything you need comfortable bed and toiletries are complete. Checking out is the worst specially Im the only customer who checked out that time. it took almost 20 mins as the receptionist charge us extra for the breakfast that I did ot asked for. And when we try to get our deposit doesn't have change and we needed to wait more time so I decided to leave. Not prepared at all. I was late in my meeting BTW thanks to your receptionist.
