• Pierluigi (10/5): Ottima soluzione sia per lavoro che per relax - La posizione dell'appartamento è molto strategica, avendo subito su strada sia il parcheggio della stazione roma san pietro che le scale di accesso ai binari. L'area è silenziosa e fresca rispetto alla città, pur essendo in pieno centro. L'appartamento è molto ben rifinito e il balcone con vista basilica offre una vista eccellente. Difficile trovare difetti all'appartamento, considerando che c'era anche la macchina del caffè pronta con le capsule.

Je m’attendais à une vue extraordinaire: vue sur la gare(bruit depuis le balcon et si on laisse ouvert les fenêtres la nuit, on se fait réveiller par le bruit du train), belle vue sur la ville. J’aurais souhaité quitter l’appartement plus tard, 10h30 nous paraît trop tôt.

• Rivera (10/5): - Great location! San pietro station is crossing the street. We had markets and great restaurants around us. For those who have picky eaters there’s also an American fast food at walking distance. Host was amazing and helped with every little question, places to visit and offered us a pastiera napoletana. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to Italy. Would definitely stay again if visiting. We were 5 people and were able to accommodate comfortably.

Úplný kousíček od vlaku i autobusu, když se potřebujete dopravit kamkoliv. Dům krásný, klidný, čistý s malým výtahem. Jen pokud máte otevřené okno, může rušit hluk přijíždějících a odjíždějících vlaků. Ale v bytě je k dispozici klimatizace, takže vše úplně bez problémů a úžasné. Velmi milý, příjemný poskytovatel ubytování, gentleman David.Poradil s možností výletů, cestování po Římě i doporučil restaurace ✌️ Vybavení bytu naprosto skvěle, k dispozici káva, čaj a základní potraviny, což je super. Součástí i mýdlo, šampon, drobné kosmetické doplňky, ručníky. Vše úžasné a vřele doporučujeme 🍀🇮🇹 O ničem nevím.

What truly made this place special was the amazing location. Having the train station and bus access right in front of the hotel made getting around Rome incredibly easy and stress-free. It was perfect for sightseeing and transportation. The convenience, comfort, and beautiful atmosphere made our trip even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Расположение идеальное: до Ватикана можно дойти пешком, рядом станция метро и много магазинов, что очень удобно. Отдельное спасибо хозяину! Очень вежливый и воспитанный молодой человек. The apartment is wonderful: bright, very clean, and cozy. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The highlight is definitely the charming balcony with a beautiful view of the Vatican. Having breakfast there was a real pleasure! The location is perfect: the Vatican is within walking distance, and there’s a metro station and plenty of shops nearby, which is very convenient. Special thanks to the host! He is a very polite and well-mannered young man. He met us in person, helped with our luggage, and explained everything in the apartment. You can really feel he cares about his guests. I highly recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it! 👍

We felt safe and apartment was fully equipped with pots/pans, sugar,salt, olive oil, coffee pods etc. Aircon/heater, plenty of towels, bathroom necessities like bodywash/shampoo even intimate wash! Loved the balcony with pretty fairy lights. Cant think of any!

• Pamela (10/5): - The apartment was very very clean and modern. So much thought to detail. The location was perfect right by the train station. No cab needed. The train doesn't run at night so very quite. San Pietro was such a clean and safe neighborhood. It was a delight to come back and relax at night. We loved the local restaurants and bakeries. A 10 minute walk to the Vatican. And 30 minutes to Roman Central. Or hop on the bus across the street. Our host Davide was great and so easy to communicate with. We highly recommend. We were greeted with the keys and espresso, told about the neighborhood and shown all amenities. There is a clothes washer and dishwasher which was amazing. The view of St. Peter's was great. You are steps from a train station, there are grocery stores around and there were some excellent restaurants. Highly recommend. Only issue was in the small bathroom, the shower didn't seal all the way down so we had water on the floor after showering.

• Larissa (9/5): Lovely views, restful stay. Excellent location. - We love that the location was literally next to the train station and bus stop. It was clean, modern, and the balcony views were out of this world. The showers were great - temperature and great water pressure. We were also able to do some laundry with the washer/dryer unit. We had a family of six at this location and it was pretty tight. Not much room to sit and mingle. But we were able to rest and take care of all our core needs.
• Sarah (8/5): fijn verblijf - Prima locatie, heel fijn voor 2 gezinnen geweest. We hebben het gezellig gehad, de host is wel vriendelijk en het is zeer fijn dat er supermarkten in de buurt zijn. Helaas beviel het in ontvangst nemen niet goed, we moesten zoeken naar de ingang en de host was in eerste instantie niet te bekennen terwijl hij wist wat we eraan kwamen. Na bellen werd wel meer duidelijk, fijn zijn 06 nummer te hebben.

The location is perfect for exploring Rome, with San Piet - The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Vatican from our terrace that made the stay even more special. The welcome was warm and friendly, and Davide took the time to check us in without making us feel rushed. He was available for any questions and made us feel very comfortable from the start. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and more, making it a perfect place to stay. There was nothing we didn’t like

• Juha-Pekka (9/5): Modern, clean, spacious and functional apartment in residential area close to public transport lines - Modernly refurbished, clean, spacious and functional apartment in residential area close to Vatican and high-volume public transport lines (62/64) going to city center like every 5 minutes. So a great base for active city holiday. Well-equipped supermarkets and solid restaurants also nearby for a stay-in evening with a superfast Internet and big screen TV. Host is customer-centric, flexible and easy to communicate with. There's little not to like but just have proper expectations. The apartment is modern but the building is an older residential building with its quirks (like water leaking to the ceiling from the terrace above). The view to San Pietro is a little stretch, it was more like train station. other residential buildings and hills nearby - but when sun rises beautifully it does feel like a holiday. Also, the terrain is slightly hilly so carrying those supermarket bags requires someone ready for a good bicep workout.

• Claudio (9/5): um lugar aconchegante para visitar Roma - Um apartamento muito bom, bem equipado, acochegante, bastante tecnologico, internet muito boa, camas confortaveis, um sacada muito bonitinha que infelizmente nao aproveitamos muito pois estava frio e em alguns dias chovendo, o que é normal na epoca, Tinha comodidades como cafe e cha e amenidades de banheiro, para nos nao foi problema, mas quem tiver problema de acessibilidade tem uma escada para chegar na porta do predio, depois tem um pequeno elevador e uma sugestao é que o apartamento poderia ter um micro ondas ou air fryer.

• Aarati (10/5): This place was home away from home. Very comfortable and very homely - I think this was one of the best properties that I have stayed on vacation. Davide is extremely friendly, patient and a gentleman. He welcomed us in the apartment and showed us around. He also provided helpful information like groceries and restaurants. The property is very close to the Basilica, the balcony view is mesmerizing. Overall we had a pleasant stay, I would highly recommend this place. There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like we would love to come back again

• Ewa (10/5): Rewelacyjny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. - Apartament jest rewelacyjnie położny, bardzo blisko Watykanu. Ponadto Apartment jest bardzo ładnie urządzony i przestrzenny. Doskonale wyposażony, nie brakuje w nim niczego. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Będę polecać to miejsce znajomym bo naprawdę warto.

• Francisco Flores (9/5): Muchos detalles si brindan más que comodidad - Es un apartamento amplio, muy cómodo y con muchos detalles que hace sentir muy bien atendido. Mucho esmero pone Davide para brindar una EXCELENTE opción!!! Solo un pequeño detalle que es brindar una secadora de ropa.
• Scott (10/5): Very comfortable stay in a chic Rome apartment - Tastefully renovated apartment. 2 full bathrooms. It was very comfortable and in a location out of the tourist crowds but still close enough to walk most places ( and very close to the Vatican). Many restaurants and supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Davide was a great host. Only negative was lack of a lounge space - so you need to relax in the bedrooms.

• Martin (10/5): Great location; great kitchen amenities (especially the cappuchino/expresso maker!). - Loved the outdoor balcony, however you cannot see St. Peter's from the apartment. Hosts could not have been nicer. When our arrival was delayed from the airport, they still met us and got us situated. We already had a car for day trips out of Rome, but I would not recommend dealing with a car if you are just visiting the city center.

• CRINA BIANCA (10/5): - Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, dotat cu tot ce trebuie iar gazda minunată! Foarte aproape de atracțiile turistice. O să mai venim, cu siguranță! Nu a fost nimic ce nu mi-a plăcut!

• Nedeljov (10/5): Comfortable and safe - Host was extremely attentive, provided a map for the best places around. The apartment was gorgeous and had every amenities that you’d need to have while in rome.
• Ronnie (10/5): San Pietro Panoramic View is good option if you're looking to stay near Vatican City. - We really enjoyed our stay at San Pietro Panoramic View, and our host, Davide, was more than helpful. The location is within walking distance to Vatican City, restaurants, and the Pietro Train Station. The apartment is smartly updated with modern features (the bathrooms are especially nice), and the balcony provides a pleasant space for taking in the view of St Peter’s Basilica. You’ll also feel very safe with the bank vault type locking door. Davide was so accommodating. He met us upon arrival, showed us the apartment features, gave great advice on local dining and attractions, and responded immediately to our texts. If you’re looking to stay near Vatican City, I would highly recommend booking San Pietro Panoramic View. We didn't have any issues with the apartment or location.
