• Jessica (7/5): Convenient and practical. Has all you need. - Great location right in the centre near the action. Window opened on to a street which meant you could hear people happily revelling throughout most of the night but I enjoyed this and as a light sleeper, I actually found it comforting! Decent size room considering most in Japanese cities are so tiny. Room had a good bath and shower. Toiletries available. Breakfast was nice with many Japanese and European options. Staff really kind. 15 minute walk from Namba station and Nappori station is a bit closer. They provide a kettle but no coffee or tea. We bought our own from the 7-11 next door.

The staff especially at the front desk were all very friendly and accommodating. Just maybe they could consider placing a water station in every floor/level.

• Klemens (10/5): - Wir waren 4 Nächte vor Ort. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-In ging sehr schnell. Unser Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen und hatte für hiesige Verhältnisse sehr viel Platz. Der Wasserstrahl der Dusche war sehr gut, einen Haarfön gab es auf dem Zimmer. Das Toilette und Dusche räumlich getrennt waren, fanden wir super. Wir haben gut im Bett geschlafen. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht. Direkt am Hotel liegt ein 7/11. Der Dotonbori ist ca. 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Mehrere Metro Stationen liegen im Umfeld (ca. 10 Min Fußweg). Wir fanden das Hotel sehr ruhig. Uns hat es gut gefallen, wir würden wiederkommen!

• redcrux (9/5): - 대로변에 위치해 있는데 밤에는 조용해서 취침에 방해 받지 않았습니다. 객실간 소음 층간 소음도 거의 없습니다. 위치는 도톤보리 바로 옆이라 최고이고, 호텔까지 공항 버스를 타고 도톤 플라자에 내리면 걸어서 1분도 안걸립니다. 크게 없습니다.

• Latifa (9/5): Fantastisch - Dit hotel kan ik ten zeerste aanbevelen, het is absoluut een 10+ waard. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De kamer was fenomenaal en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontvangst was bijzonder aangenaam en gastvrij, waardoor je je meteen welkom voelt. Daarnaast was de kamer brandschoon, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte. De ligging is ook perfect: dicht bij de metro en op korte afstand van de stad. Kortom, een oase van rust en comfort. Ik zou hier zonder twijfel opnieuw verblijven! Niets

Staff was lovely and very helpful. We had a slight hiccup with our room upon checking in. However they were so kind to have it’s sorted for us very quickly with no issues. Even went above and offered a better solution for us than we expected.

Perfect stay. The staff were very good, we stayed in several types of room. Liked all types of room. The air condition did not work on 9th floor in our room, we complained two days in a row and the staff changed our room.

• Komal (8/5): - The hotel is located very near to Dotonbori so was convenient for food places and shopping. Very lively area but the noise didnt bother us whilst sleeping. Near a subway station so was easy to get to the main Osaka station. We used tbe luggage forwarding service and the staff were helpful and got the luggage forwarded fine. The room is a bit small but this is normal for japan, we could fully open our suitcase one at a time so isnt as small as others. There isnt a water dispenser where you can refill your water bottle but they do give you 2 small bottled water per day.

• PatriciaJabMar (9/5): - -La habitacion era enorme para ser Japón. -WC separado de la ducha. La ducha es ducha y bañera, tienes las dos opciones y es enorme que es de agradecer. La habitacion tambien con mucho espacio y un sillón donde pudimos abrir las maletas genial y la grande en el suelo abierta y la teníamos debajo del sillón disponible todo el tiempo tambien. En nuestra estancia en Japón estuvimos en 4 hoteles y sin duda alguna este fue el mejor de todos. -El desayuno estaba bien, no hay tanta variedad como en un hotele de Europa pero hay de todo lo necesario para desayunar bien y coger energía para el dia. Es mejor coger el desayuno con la reserva de booking que alli porque sale mas barato. -Muy bien el servicio de maletas de un hotel a otro. Mandamos las maletas de Kyoto alli y las teníamos en la habitacion cuando llegamos y tambien mandamos de Osaka a Tokyo y genial eso si... carisimo. La compañia con la que lo hacen los del hotel te cobran un precio fijo por maleta dando igual dimensiones, con otras te miden la maleta y en funcion del tamaño va el precio pero con estos da igual que sea enorme a que sea de mano y asi sale carisimo asi que nuestra recomendación es que uséis el servicio de envío de maletas del 7eleven que hay justo al lado de la puerta de entrada del hotel que con la empresa que trabajan ellos es mucho mas barata e ihual de fiable porque tambien la usamos y genial todo. -Las camas muy comodas, ibamos pensando que dormiriamos fatal porque habíamos leido en todos lados que eran durisimas pero de verdad que genial y yo soy super exigente con las camas y no puedo dormir bien si son super duras... Si me hubiera entrado en la maleta me habria traído un colchón de alli de verdad -No es algo negativo directamente con el hotel porque pasa en todo Japón pero a mi me habria gustado saberlo antes de ir y es que alli los enchufes son de máximo 110/150 por lo que si tienes el pelo largo paciencia infinita para secartelo y si llevas planchas del pelo no calienten como calientan en tu casa... no es que sea gravisimo pero es algo a tener en cuenta simplemente.
