Dear Guests An early check-in at 07:00 or late check-out at 19:00 can be requested at a cost of 50% of the room rate. Please note that parking has limited spaces and it cannot be reserved. Places are assigned according to arrival. Parking next to the hotel is also available. Please note the based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable. Os apartamentos são grandes, confortáveis e espaçosos. São apartamentos antigos que precisam de uma leve modernização, os ar condicionados são antigos por exemplo. E por esse motivo acho que o valor da diária deveria ser menor.

Xueyan (9/5): Perfect location, reasonable price - The location is perfect. Right in the middle of a nice and safe area. loads of nice restaurants and cafes. We were upgrade to a two bed room apartment whick allows us to choose the bed room in the quiet side to sleep. Breakfast was good. Hotel is old, but still offers comfort. The apartment does need update. The doors inside could not close anymore. We even had problem with the entrance door. The age of apartment shows in many aspects. But I think they are in the process of updating. The breakfast was good. But I had one problem. There are very few guests for breakfast, the girls there had little to do, hanging around to make themselves coffee from a machine. I then asked if I could have a nice cup of coffee, they replied it costed extra. It is very strange, the service could make a nice coffee for themselves during working hours, and the guests should drink filtered coffee prepared some time ago.
Tina (9/5): Velký apartmán - Vše výborné, velký apartmán v centru města, ideální pro rodinu, měli jsme apartmán ve vyšším patře, dvě ložnice a dvě koupelny. Ve skutečnosti vypadal lépe než na fotkách, nově zařízené a čisté. Snídaně průměrná, ale v podstatě tam bylo vše důležité, na typ ubytování naprosto dostačující.

Son departamentos completos de casi 80 metros cuadrados y hermosos. Buen desayuno y el personal muy amable. Solo por buscar algo que decir, las toallas limpias tienen mucho olor a detergente y pueden irritar a un niño, atender antes de usar.

Si se necesita, hay supermercado a una cuadra. Y aunque no la utilizamos, habia una cocina suficientemente equipada. Recepcion 24hrs. Desayuno adecuado, con variedad de cosas dulces. Personal muy atento. Las adolescentes con que viaje mencionaron baja velocidad de Wifi, pero yo no tuve problemas

The breakfast is included which made the room rate competitive. The elevator is quite small and waiting time was bit longer during breakfast time.

cecilia (9/5): Excelente ubicación amplio y cómodo - La ubicación es la mejor de Bs As, muy cómodo, amplio. El departamento de 3 dormitorios cuenta con dos baños sala y cocina amplia. Todo súper limpio, y cuenta con limpieza diaria. El desayuno muy bien, tiene un gym básico pero ya cumple la función. Volveríamos sin dudar, todo el staff super amable Tuvimos un inconveniente en el check in pero lo resolvió el manager. Necesitábamos un early check in, mi sugerencia hablarlo con anticipación directamente con el hotel. El ascensor es un poco lento y hay solo 1 para los apartamentos en esa torre. Y el baño de la suite principal la parte de la ducha es muy pequeña.

Buenos Aires has great coffee, it's a shame it wasn't better at this hotel. Breakfast also didn't start until 7:30am and wasn't available downstairs earlier. Murilo (8/5): Alles ok. - Die Lage ist super um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten bräuchten neue Matratzen. Teils müssten auch Handtücher ausgetauscht werden.

Romina (10/5): The Perfect Family Stay in Recoleta - A True Home Away from Home - We stayed at the Trianon Aparthotel three times over the past month: once for a night upon arrival, again for a 5-day stay, and finally for our last night in Buenos Aires before flying home. We couldn't have made a better choice. We traveled as a group of four adults (an elderly couple and two adult siblings in their 50s). The 3-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, well-organized, and spotless. It featured a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stays very convenient. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the beautiful Recoleta neighborhood. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city while being surrounded by great cafes and shops. Despite being located on a main street, the rooms were remarkably quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every time The staff are truly wonderful. They are charming, warm, and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed, from excellent restaurant recommendations to securely storing our luggage between our various trips outside the city. A special mention must go to the breakfast. The family-run team managing the dining area is extraordinarily attentive and professional. Their level of service is top-notch. This is an excellent hotel that is perfectly suited for families or groups of adults. We felt welcomed and well-taken care of during every single visit. Highly recommended! Nothing
