• yosef (7/5): - הדירה עצמה מעולה, מאובזרת עם הכל, יפה, משופצת ונקיה, מיקום מרכזי מאד המיקום מאד מרכזי- שזה יתרון, ממש מרחק הליכה מכל הטקשן. מצד שני מאד רועש. היתה מסיבה בערב מתחת הדירה עד מאוחר שעשתה המון רעש ובבוקר שומעים את עבודות הבניה. גם עם חלונות סגורים ומזגן פועל
• Hakan (10/5): Amazing loft 👌👌👌 - Honestly one of the most well-equipped, clean, spacious, and functional lofts I’ve stayed in recently. The location is very central, with a park right in front, which makes the area feel open and relaxing. The Acropolis view from the balcony is amazing. There’s a market downstairs, and plenty of cafés and shops around. Everything is within a 10-minute walking distance. The apartment is on the 8th floor and there’s an elevator as well. Truly deserves full marks. I hope I’ll have the chance to stay here again. —-

• Josine (9/5): - Dit is een fijn apartement op een uitstekende locatie. Ik heb hier al verschillende malen verbleven en het bevalt altijd weer heel goed. Gastvrouw Bianca is goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Sommige onderdelen van het apartement worden wel een beetje oud (keukendeurtjes, afwasmachine) en zouden wel eens vervangen kunnen worden. In de keuken is behoefte aan kleinere pannen.

• Anna (8/5): Jättebra lägenhet - Bra läge, jättefin balkong. Fanns allt man behövde och Bianca som är värd hade fyllt lägenheten med förnödenheter så som vatten/kaffe/kakor. Precis nedanför fanns en supermarket och det var gång avstånd till Akropolis och Plaka Area. Kan varmt rekommendera! Wifi var dåligt till och från och väldigt lyhört ut till korridoren.

The apartment owner/management made our stay personalised and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We have a 6 month old baby and having a separate bedroom to the kitchen and living room area was really good in the evenings. Fabulous view from balcony of the acropolis. Coffee machine, amenities were well thought out and useful. We loved everything!

• Christos (9/5): Modern and pleasant apartment in the center of Athens - 1. It is a well renovated apartment with lots a spaces, in the kitchen, leaving room and bedrooms. 2. Since the apartment is on the 8th floor, the view is amazing. 3. The location is super perfect. You are in the center of Athens. Everything is around you within walking distance. 4. The communication with the host was very good (even thought we have never met in person) and all directions for entering into the flat, were very easy and precise. 1. We would appreciated to find some refreshments in the apartment. Like few bottles of water, soft drinks snacks. When you come from a flight, it is very convenient, rather than running around to get something to drink. 2. No bathrobes, no slippers, not even tissues, etc. These are the extras that make your stay easier, specially for the price you pay for such a good apartment. 3. We had a problem with the water heater, and unfortunately it was Sunday. So getting in touch with the owners was delayed and fixing it was impossible. Luckily, I found a way to temporary get it to work.

À proximité à pied des principaux sites touristiques et des quartiers d’intérêt, ainsi que d’un magasin d’alimentation et d’un magnifique bar en bas de la rue. L’appartement était très propre et équipé de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La climatisation est présente dans toutes les pièces, et le mobilier est pratique et confortable. En plus de l’écran plat, Apple TV est disponible. Le balcon offre une belle vue sur la rue et la place. L’hôte était très disponible et répondait rapidement aux messages. Petit plus : la proposition d’un petit rafraîchissement de l’appartement en cours de semaine. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Un peu bruyant en raison de travaux dans l’immeuble d’en face et de la circulation dans la rue. Mais cela reste normal étant donné que l’appartement est en plein centre-ville.

• elena (9/5): Perfect stay - We stayed in this apartment for just one night, only a few hours before our flight, and it was perfect. The location is excellent — very central, right next to an underground parking lot, which was extremely convenient since we had a rental car. The apartment has a lovely terrace overlooking a square, and being on the 8th floor, the view of the acropolis is really beautiful. The flat we rented had one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, which worked perfectly for us. The host also added an extra bed for our youngest daughter — a thoughtful touch that made our stay with three kids very comfortable.

Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und -brett), tolle Terrasse mit Weitblick und Blick auf die Akropolis, wohlriechende Frottee- und Bettwäsche, zwei Supermärkte - einer im gleichen Gebäudekomplex - und eine Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe Der Verkehrslärm ist doch sehr laut und für mein Empfinden störend, v.a. weil er auch nachts intensiv und selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern gut hörbar ist. Wer lärmempfindlich ist sollte Oropax mitnehmen. In der Küche braucht das Spülbecken inkl. Wasserhahn eine gründlichere Reinigung, dasselbe gilt auch für den Dampfabzug.

The host had even left Nespresso capsules and sweets on the table for us. The house is fully equipped for a family to cook and live comfortably — from a washing machine and dishwasher to even a vacuum cleaner, everything is available. Cleanliness was at an excellent level. The terrace had a stunning view — it opened directly to the Acropolis. You could even see the Acropolis from the bathroom)) The house is about a 10–11-minute walk from Monastiraki and Plaka, and just 5 minutes from a metro station, a large supermarket, and even a pharmacy. The host responded to every message on Booking.com within 5–10 minutes and was ready to help with anything. Since our flight was at night and we had to check out by 12:00, he kindly offered us a large storage cabinet for our luggage, which allowed us to keep our belongings there until the evening.In short, if I ever return to Athens, I would definitely choose this house again without hesitation. Kein Balkon wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wohnung. Appartement A&B haben einen Balkon. Appartement C nicht. Bitte vor der Buchung abklären. Das Appartement würde mal einen Mann mit einem Schraubenzieher benötigen und gewisse Dinge müssten mal renoviert werden (Fußboden im Bereich Eingang, Wände ausbessern und streichen, diverse Schrauben anziehen).

It was in a great location, walking distance to good restaurants & historic buildings. The traffic noise was loud & constant so noisy at night for sleeping. • saadet (9/5): Temiz, merkezi, konforlu - Çok temiz bir ev aynı zamanda şehir merkezinde binanın altında market var ama biraz pahalı onun karşısında aynı marketin daha ucuzu mevcut Balkonun korkulukları çok alçak küçük çocuklu aileler için hiç uygun değil onun haricinde odalarda bolca sivri sinek var bir çok ilaç koymuşlar ama balkonlarda sineklik olsa hiç sinek sorunu olmaz bence
