Zu Fuss erreicht man schnell und einfach die Metro wie auch den Stephansplatz. - Zimmer sind gross, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. - Check-in und Check-out sehr unkompliziert. - Das inbegriffene Frühstück ist für den Preis eine Frechheit (z.B. nur Weissbrot (aufgebackenes Baguette)). Ausserdem wartet man eine Ewigkeit bis der Restaurantmanager oder die Kellnerin einen wahrnehmen und die Bestellung für Kaffee aufnehmen. Zudem unfreundliches in Richtung arrogantes Verhalten gegenüber uns. Das Geld definitiv nicht wert.

- Gerhard (3/5): Einmal und nie wieder. - Die Lage zur Innenstadt Das Frühstück war unzureichend. Sehr wenig Angebot. Brot wurde nur als Baguette angeboten und jeder musste sich selbst die Brotscheiben herunterschneiden, dabei gab es keine Serviette zum anfassen des Brotes. Somit hat jeder das Baguette mit den Händen angefasst. Die Anrichte war durch Säfte verunreinigt bzw. ist alles geschwommen und niemand hat das sauber gemacht. Es wurde Kartoffelsalat und Rohnensalat angeboten, aber Obst stand nur unzureichend zur Verfügung. Wurst und Käse waren nur gering vorhanden und wurden auch nicht rechtzeitig aufgefüllt. Die Eierspeise war kalt. Wärme Gefäße waren nicht vorhanden bzw. wurden erst während des Frühstücks aufgebaut. Margarine war überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe.

L’hôtel est situé à moins de 5min de l’opéra ce qui est appréciable si on a prévu d’y passer la soirée. Le personnel, présent 24h/24, est très agréable et répond à nos différentes demandes (prêt de parapluie, demande de taxi,…) Le petit déjeuner buffet est très complet avec des produits de qualité Pas de point négatif
- Digba (8/5): Great Hotel with amazing location - Great Hotel with perfect location. An outstanding view from the room’s balcony on the Vienna National Opera across the street from the hotel. The digital Concierge is a nice touch. The main room for improvement relates to (i) the room service which is unavailable altogether, (ii) wifi is a bit slow, (iii) the breakfast a la carte is not up to par with international standards. I would still strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna.

- markbX9311SM (10/5): Very nice hotel close to many sites - This is an excellent hotel on the Ring Road (Ringstrasse). All major sites are easily walkable from the hotel and if needed, there is a tram stop 1 block from the hotel and an U bahn station 2 blocks away. The opera house is 1 block away and across the street. The room was a good size and the bathroom was also a decent size. I only had breakfast there one morning and it was good but expensive for what you get. There are plenty of cafes and coffee houses nearby for a light breakfast.
- Colin (8/5): Great place to stay to visit Vienna city centre - Lovely large room. Balcony at the front with partial views towards the Opera house and the Hapsburg Palace. Fantastic location for exploring the City Centre. Lovely, helpful staff. Great shower and big bath tub. Huge bed. No sink in toilet so you had to open the door and exit to get to the wash basin to wash your hands. Very few drawers, just seems strange given how big the room is. Two single duvets on bed rather than one big duvet (perhaps we could’ve asked for a large duvet). From an environmental perspective, the towels seemed to be replaced every day rather than an option to reuse them.

- maryjop661 (10/5): A Wonderful Stay - My husband and I spent a week at this beautiful hotel in April. Everything about the property is lovely and our suite was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is central to mass transit and many attractions. We found everyone to be very friendly. We were greeted each time we passed the reception desk and Daniel in reception was particularly helpful in assisting us with a problem. The daily breakfast in Mon Cher was good and the morning staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Bartenders on duty in the evening were also very good and make great Old Fashioneds! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.
- David (4/5): - Subject: Formal Complaint - - Hotel 11, Vienna To: Booking.com Customer Service Dear Support Team, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my stay at Hotel 11 in Vienna (April 22–26, 2026). As frequent and loyal customers of Booking.com, we feel that the high price charged for this stay (€1,600 for 4 nights) does not reflect the poor quality of facilities and service we received. Several major issues significantly impacted our vacation: Inadequate Room Design: Upon arrival on April 22nd, we discovered that the shower is located inside the living area with mirrors reflecting into the room, offering zero privacy—a detail not clearly communicated in the room description. Heating Failure: Both the air conditioning and the underfloor heating were non-functional. The room was freezing. While the staff provided a small portable heater, it was insufficient for a hotel of this caliber and price point. Persistent Lack of Housekeeping: For two consecutive days (April 24th and 25th), our room was not cleaned by 2:00 PM when we returned to rest. On both occasions, we had to settle for just fresh towels and trash removal because the room had been neglected twice in a row. While the local staff was polite and tried to assist, they were unable to resolve the fundamental technical failures of the building or the management's lack of oversight regarding cleaning services. We chose this hotel through your platform based on its premium positioning, but the experience was far from a 400-Euro-per-night standard. As a result, we are requesting a partial refund for the inconvenience and the failure to provide the basic amenities promised. We value our relationship with Booking.com and hope you will take the necessary steps to address this with the hotel and compensate us accordingly. I look forward to your prompt response. Lage des Hotels Frühstück keine Brötchen, kein Mehrkorn, teilweise altes Baguette das steinhart war…..in 4 Tagen hatten wir einmal frisches Baguette. Rühreier und Würstchen wurden nicht warm gehalten. Schallschutzfenster wären angebracht.

Lokacija je takođe odlična. Doručak bi mogao biti raznovrsniji, a nedostaje i opcija da kuvar na licu mesta priprema omlet sa različitim sastojcima, što je čest standard u sličnim hotelima. Takođe, nedostaje usluga preuzimanja automobila pri dolasku (valet parking).

We stayed in a beautiful suite and I stated to the hotel that it was our anniversary, and they gave us some chocs, a card and a bottle of alcohol which was not drunk due to not drinking for religious reasons. But a beautiful hotel
