Im Eingangsbereich Teesomawar, Wasser, Äpfel, Gebäck, Bonbons, Haribo im Glas, um Wartezeiten bei An-/Abreise zu versüßen! Bequeme Betten! Es fehlte bei uns an einer Seite Steckdose am Bett! Jedoch wurde ein Verlängerungskabel auf Anfrage besorgt! Der Heizkörper im Bad war kalt! Im Zimmer konnte die Zimmertemperatur eingestellt werden!

Moved to an alternative room, again very dated decor and furniture. Shower over bath with a half shower door which opened when showering so water all Over floor. Road noise was ok but the drilling at Night for two nights was at An unacceptable level. Apparently there is pipe work going on in the area but No mention of this anywhere on hotel website or in the property. As a regular traveller, I would not stay again. When I mentioned the drilling to reception I was dismissed with shrugs and a nothing we can do attitude.

Thomas (10/5): If we find ourselves in Vienna again we will definitely book a room at Hotel Das TIgra! - We were given good and clear instructions for parking our car and the room was ideal for us ... big enough and quiet! The front desk was GREAT! We had trouble getting our tickets to a Vivaldi concerts printed off and Gabriella went to work and was able to get them printed off for us. Later, my wife had lost her eyeglasses at the Belvedere Palace and we couldn't find a phone number to call lost and found. AGAIN, Gabriella to the rescue! This is customer service at the highest level! It would be nice if there was less expensive parking in the area but that really has nothing to do with the hotel. They do have a voucher for a discount for parking which helped.

Major marathon event --with road closures in center city -- made getting to hotel by car impossible. Had to wander around with our suitcases on cobblestones for 25 minutes. A heads up from the hotel would have been helpful.

Ivan (10/5): Nice hotel in the center of Vienna - The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and well organized. The garage is available on request, it is very close to the hotel. The location of the hotel is exceptional, very close to the public transport hub from where you can reach any part of the city.
Herco (9/5): Excellent starting point for exploring Vienna - Great central location for exploring Vienna. Nice, comfortable and spacious rooms. Good breakfast selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for the third time, so that should say something. Nearby roadworks were very noisy during the night hours. However, staff handled it very well and offered us a room on the far end of the hotel.
