Guest Reviews
- marybeth (9/5): - The access to check in was a bit confusing - carried the luggage down the stairs - not realizing there was a gate to access the elevator. Otherwise - so clean and in a great location. Rooms were small but comfortable!
- Kathleen (9/5): Top hotel in hartje Dublin -
- Jo (10/5): Central Dublin, amazing spacious apartment! - Amazing apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Needs knives for food preparation as it has a full kitchen and it was difficult to cook without them.
Dishwasher tablets needed.
- Hannah (9/5): Cosy city centre spot - Perfect city centre location. Comfy beds. Good black out curtains and all facilities you would need for a short trip. Room was ready ahead of check in time. Could leave bags at hotel on last day after check out! Chrome cast didn’t work on my tv in room. Shower controls were hard to control.
- croalt (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Posizione, hotel, staff giovane, pulizia, gentilezza, eleganza Davanti all'hotel presenti costantemente alcuni senzatetto e tossicodipendenti, tenuti a bada dalla sorveglianza

- Kenny (9/5): Nice clean but small-room hotel. - Very clean and sufficient fo a one night stay. The rooms are very small. Beware if you have a suitcase. Two carryons for two people felt very tight.

- Laura (8/5): - La posizione La camera molto piccola e poco pulita
- Rice (8/5): Cosy and elegant while still budget - very close to all the sites of Dublin. -

- David (10/5): Excellent location with friendly helpful staff and outstanding breakfasts. The best breakfast we had by far in all of Ir - The great breakfast spread and location. The room was quite small but it was laid out well except for having to crawl over the other person in bed.
- Dale (8/5): - Efficient rooms , thanks for the take away breakfast for a morning flight! The chrome cast did not work so we were unable to watch shows from our phone on the TV. There was not hand or body cream, even when asked.
Breakfast seemed to cater to Americans - eggs were not good - but everything else was good.
- Steven (10/5): Great Location! Comfortable stay! - GREAT Location! Near bars, restaurants, Dublin’s night life! Incredibly helpful staff! No complaints
- Don (8/5): Served the purpose - Location This is an interesting place. Modern. I was almost impossible to find the entrance and to get in. It is down an alley. Once you get it, it is fine. Great place for a college age person
- Paolo (10/5): -
Eigenlijk niks.
- Natasha (5/5): - The experience is ambivalent: I liked the cafe/lounge, food, drink, and service, and the design of the lobby. But I hated the room: it is a modernized closet, maybe a rocket living space ? but not a relaxing room. There is just a bed --and no room to breathe or to move. The sink is in the room (or whatever you call it) and there are little shelves in every corner to compensate for lack of space. The techie environment is too much stress (unless my generation is not invited): one has to figure out switches, dysplays, lamps, curtains, the TV (I did not figure it out), even the shower...Why?
Because of this closet-like 'squashy' space, I left in the room my silver rings (of sentimental value) --simply bc I did not SEE them on what may be called a tiny 'night table' and bc I was generally busy trying to figure every step and device out...The saga of getting the rings back via UPS (that I had to arrange from New York) is a nightmare--for more than $44 I still have not received my rings back! The hotel staff were responsive to my emails, but did not go beyond what was required...I was upset and disappointed.
- Gareth (9/5): Great location, friendly staff but tiny rooms - Excellent location. Cheaper than other similarly located hotels. Staff super friendly. Rooms are very small.
- Joan (8/5): Pleasant short visit - Excellent location, central but quiet. staff were pleasant and helpful. I expected a smaller room so was pleasantly surprised. The automatic curtain closing is good as it keeps the room cool for one's return or for the next guest. The double bed was comfortable for one person but as it is boxed in I would not book it for a couple. Staff were very obliging about storing my bags next morning while I attended a meeting. It was a while before I found the main room lights as the sensor was beside the bed and not with the bank of sensors in the entrance area. I was using my phone torch to see my way. Also the reception staff said to phone down if I had any issues but I only noticed the location of the phone the next morning! A map or chart indicating location of switches etc would have been helpful

- Ataberk (4/5): - Konumu güzel Elektrik prizleri sorunlu priz başlık Avrupa tipi değildi ve bazen çalışmıyordu
- Lyons (6/5): It was ok. But would not stay again. - The location is pretty good. Good walking anywhere. The beds and pillows were awful. Staff gave new pillows when requested.
- Keri (1/5): Uncomfortable! - The location was really great, other than the human feces in the ally that was near the entrance. The homeless used the ally at night. The room was so small, that it was necessary to climb over my husband to get out of bed. The bed is placed against three walls. The windows also do not open, and there is not enough space for two people to move around the room at once.
I asked to check out early and was denied by the manager, who said it was against policy!
- Terry (7/5): - Very close to restaurants, shopping, tourist sites.
Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff. Tiny, tiny room and strange configuration of shower and toilet! Not a lot of privacy
- Juliana (10/5): Cozy, perfect located hotel for 1 night in dublins city centre - It is located right in the heart of dublin city centre next to temple bar. Very beautiful vibes, cozy rooms and clean. Although the rooms being cozy, it is still very tiny. For 1 night, totally enjoyable, but can be exhausting if staying longer. It is pricy.
- Dilan (4/5): -
- Lorna (10/5): Handy spot - Great location. Very comfortable.
- Feuvrier (8/5): A very charming and eco-friendly hotel located right in the heart of Dublin. - The location is perfect and very central, the rooms are cozy, and we loved the design touches as well as the eco-friendly approach. The breakfast was decent, although the selection was quite limited.
The rooms are very small but still cozy.
The shower door wasn’t properly sealed, so water leaked into the room, which was not ideal.

- wendy (10/5): Fabulous location, great breakfast. - Fabulous location. Multi story car park right next door. In the center of the tourist sites but quiet and modern facilities, beautiful bathrooms, great little restaurant and bar, exceptional breakfast. Cocktails can get expensive. But it is Dublin.
- Francesco (10/5): TUTTO PERFETTO - Posizione, pulizia, cortesia, colazione, tutto perfetto Nulla
- Oleksandr (10/5): I'd there again - Location is great - it's right in the middle of the "partying" part of Dublin. It's quiet in the rooms; tea, drip coffee, milk, water - all tasty and enjoyable. Breakfast offered a variety of food, all fresh and tasty as well. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The cheapest rooms are tiny - something to keep in mind. Also I had to give out my credit card information during check in - I understand this is common practice, but I'd much prefer a one-time authorization charge that gets cancelled after check out, rather than giving my whole card that can get charged at any point after.
- Ralph (10/5): -
- Sue (7/5): - Location was good Room was very small
- Elizabeth (7/5): Was perfect for what we needed and the bed was comfy - Super convenient and updated The layout was not great with the sink in the room. I’ve stayed at other nest type hotels and they had a better layout
- Nina (5/5): - Central location, clean, nice design Rooms are way too small. Hardly any privacy with glass sliding door in front of bathroom
- Gary (6/5): Good location but noisy - Good location Very noisy at night. People standing at bedroom window on ground floor speaking at night
- Ivana (9/5): - Great location, nice room and nice excellent breakfast. Highly recommend
- stefano (9/5): -
- MM0426 (9/5): Dublin getaway - Location is great close to all the sites but off the main roads. Which made it a quite spot. Hotel provides the basics but in a stylish way. Nothing stands out this was my 2nd time staying here
- Olivier (10/5): Au top - L’emplacement au top
Le personnel très sympa Rien
- Maureen (10/5): -
- Jody (10/5): Perfect for solo traveler - Room compact (small) but perfect for single. Modern, clean, well thought out, safe, eco friendly, and great location. Small room
- GARETH (10/5): -
- Benoit (8/5): -
- ElfaP (10/5): Great location and buffet breakfast - Lovely quiet stay in central Dublin. Our room may have been more quiet as we were on the 7th floor.
Excellent buffet breakfast.
Staff were very helpful
Was able to store our bags after check out for a couple of hours. Cons - my sister and I were traveling together and booked a twin room. Having a fairly see through bathroom door isn't ideal. Also the beds weren't made particularly well made and I think the twin set up had something to do with it as the donna/duvet covers were queen/double size and the filling moved around a lot. The flat sheet on the mattress and the mattress protector became untucked when I pulled back the duvet back to get into bed. I had to tie the sheet together at the top of the bed. The sheet and the mattress protector were untucked and coming off at the end of our 2nd night. I think there all of the above wouldn't be an issue if you booked a queen/double room
The pillows were quite thin but were OK with the 2 together. The blockout curtains don't close enough to block out the morning sun.
This sounds like a lot of complaints but we still enjoyed our stay and bathroom door situation gave us and our family a laugh when we showed them 😂🚽
- David (7/5): -
- Jeremy (8/5): - Friendly staff. Clean space. Small but efficient rooms. Spacious shower. The shower did not drain properly. There was a slope that meant the water pooled near the door and caused a little flooding.
- Tzu-Yi (9/5): -
- Edwina (10/5): Fabulous stay in Dublin would definitely recommend. - The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do. Room was clean and very comfortable. There was nothing we didn’t like.
- Patrick (10/5): -
- Sheila (7/5): -
- Scott (5/5): - Breakfast and location Very uncomfry bed that slopes out, very thin matress and i didn't even fit in the bed! I'm only 6 foot 2. But couldn't straighten my legs.
- evanbedler (8/5): - super cool place, everything was really nice and modern. also an unbeatable location! the room was absolutely tiny! fine for two people for one night, but any longer might have been a bit tricky.
- Zoe.C (6/5): Nice room, but don't book in advance - The room was very cosy and clean, and the aesthetic is very pleasing. The location is unbeatable, super central and walkable to main sights like Trinity College Dublin, St Stephens Green, Temple Bar etc. I booked the room weeks in advance and the price was 500GBP - I thought it was quite expensive for a capsule hotel. When I arrived, and was checking the Booking.com app, I realised that booking on the day itself would only cost me 370GBP. I asked the reception if this was normal and he was not able to give me a satisfactory answer, and proceeded to tell me if I booked at the desk right now, it's a more expensive price (compared to the website) - why are there so many price points and changes? Obviously this is disappointing, I understand this is a strategy to fill rooms but I think the difference was too significant. I felt like I was punished for booking early.
- Donna (7/5): Good stay and a great breakfast but room was too small - Location is fantastic and the hotel is very clean Did not realize how tiny the room would be. It was not comfortable for two people.
- Gilduz89 (8/5): -
- Roberto Omar (9/5): - Posizione ottima. Camere piccole ma confortevoli . Buona colazione.
- Ingrid (8/5): -
- Holly (10/5): Absolute perfect location and eco-minded hotel - The location is amazing!! And it was really cute and modern Kind of confusing to maneuver around from hotel room to get outside. You had to go down to -1 level and then back up to ground level?! Unless there was another way we never figured out.
- Chloe (10/5): -
- Martin (9/5): -
- Georgia (10/5): Stunning hotel with clear care for their guests. Would come back and stay for sure. - This is such a beautiful hotel. Every detail has been thought out so well. It’s comfortable, great location, great amenities and a delicious buffet breakfast. As someone travelling with a larger suitcase there isn’t really a spot for it to be opened in the room. But this is a minor issue in what is otherwise an amazing hotel.
- Carl (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay overall. Location was great. Staff was very accommodating helping us with a pack and play for our little traveler. Would recommend the hotel.
- Salvetti (8/5): Nel complesso tutto bene - Molto comoda la posizione Camera veramente piccola
- Maximilian (7/5): - sehr freundlich
gute lage etwas sauberer könnte es sein
- vincent (8/5): -
- John (9/5): Great location place is clean and comfortable - The property well located clean and staff very helpful Room size takes some planning and getting used too
