Terase ir liels bonuss, saulaina visu dienu. Viesistaba noteikti vajag izlaižamu dīvānu, jo tas ir tikai sēžamais. Papīra virtuves dvieļi noderētu. Skaļie kaimiņi kas ieradās, norēķinās ar citiem. • Ron (10/5): Fantastisch appartement aan de rand van het oude centrum. - Ligging van het appartementengebouw is super! Aan de rand van het oude centrum dat daardoor te voet makkelijk te bereiken is. Wij hadden het appartement op de tweede etage dat heel ruim is met een fantastisch dakterras. Slaapkamer is prima met een goed bed. Echt een aanrader. Nvt

• Pełzak (8/5): - Super lokalizacja – do centrum 10–15 minut, do plaży około 30–35 minut spacerem. Mimo położenia blisko centrum, w apartamencie jest cicho i nie słychać hałasów z zewnątrz. Apartament czysty i schludny. My mieliśmy pokój na parterze, co było wygodne – można było bez problemu wyjść na zewnątrz, np. zapalić. Apartament na górze ma taras, więc to też duży plus. Najmniej komfortowy dla palaczy będzie ten środkowy. Łóżko i poduszki bardzo wygodne – naprawdę dobrze się spało. Na plus pralka (choć znajduje się na korytarzu) oraz dostępna suszarka na pranie. Jest telewizor, ale nie jest to Smart TV, więc dostępne są tylko hiszpańskie kanały. Pralka na korytarzu. Brak SmartTV.

• Essalek (4/5): - Bonjour Franchement, il y a pas mal de choses à revoir dans ce logement. On est deux et seulement deux grandes serviettes pour 4 jours… c’est clairement pas suffisant. La cuisine est mal équipée, il manque beaucoup de choses et le micro-ondes ne marche même pas. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas non plus. Et les 25 € de ménage par jour, on ne comprend pas du tout : personne n’est passé pendant tout le séjour. L’entrée de la maison est sale et sent mauvais, surtout avec les gens qui restent tous les soirs à boire et fumer avec beaucoup de bruit. On n’a pas réussi à dormir une seule nuit correctement à cause de ça. Franchement, ça gâche complètement le séjour. Il faudrait vraiment faire plus attention à ce genre de détails.

• Amber (8/5): Super schoon appartement met een heerlijk dakterras - Het appartement had een prachtig dakterras. Heerlijk in de zon. Verder was het appartement heel schoon! Erg fijn Gehorig, veel lawaai van buiten. Verder hadden we maar 1 grote handdoek per persoon. Dat vonden we wat weinig. Grote verbetering als er wat meer handdoeken zouden zijn.

However, it was very clean & well eq - The property is perfectly situated for discovering the Old Town and within easy walking distance to all the attractions. The cushions on the sofa need replaced with something more comfortable. One of the dining chairs is very unstable. A little bistro set for the balcony would be very welcome.

• Anna (8/5): Would stay again! - Great location - pretty and well-lit. Good amenities in flat and very clean. We were on the top floor and had a large terrace which was great. Easy access and check out, staff quick to respond on app, generally quiet throughout our stay. Fairly close to everything. Great price. It was cold, needs a thicker duvet or extra blankets. Did have heating and air con but still chilly at night. Could do with some extra had towels and so new terrace furniture.

• Laura (9/5): En general ha sido una estancia muy confortable - Aire acondicionado, múltiples electrodomésticos y utensilios, ubicación céntrica, apartamento amplio, sofá cama grande y cómodo, buenas almohadas... El ambiente del barrio deja mucho que desear, hay mucho drogadicto/ alcohólico rondando por la calle y sentados cerca en portales y en la calle. Poco papel higiénico, baño pequeño que se satura pronto por el calor...

• merel (8/5): Echt een heel fijn appartement! - Veel ruimer dan gedacht. Heel praktisch ingericht met veel opbergruimte (grote kledingkast, kastjes in de badkamer etc, als ook ruimte om koffers of wandelwagen te plaatsen). Airco die ook kon verwarmen. Makkelijk inchecken, fijn bed. De deur van de badkamer ging niet dicht, maar we hebben ook geen moeite genomen om te vragen hoe dit opgelost kon worden. Voor ons was dit geen ramp. Let wel goed op de hondenpoep in het steegje.

We lost something which was very important for my son and I tried to contact the appartment to check if it was found. I didn’t get a proper response, service. Before check in they called me 3 times asking what time I arrive, quite chaotic communication.

Wij hadden het bovenste appartement met dakterras, heerlijk! Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, inclusief een zaakje op de hoek voor ontbijt. Geen tegenvallers.

Free use of washing machine useful as only one towel each provided. Walls thin so could hear downstairs visitors with children. Close to all attractions. Next to church bells ring only during the day. On a quiet/ quaint street with small cafe for breakfast/brunch good value for money and very busy. Didn’t have to use the cooking facilities in the apartment . 30 mins walk from train station to airport. Patio door didn’t lock not a problem as on top floor and outdoor security gates Greeted by a drug user on doorstop on arrival at 11pm not the best arrival but didn’t see anyone after this. Suppose this can happen in any city. Taxi organised by property owner dropped off around corner but didn’t know where property was therefore had to ring the owner Outdoor seating requires upgrading table broken and sunloungers cracked

• RAZIEH SADAT (8/5): - The owner was really nice and helpful and you can reach any time you need. The location was perfect! The bad point was its shower. The water pressure was really low!!!! Also, it could be better if they paid attention to some details! There was only 2 toilet paper for 3 persons and 4 nights!! There was a coffee machine but only 3 capsules!

• Aart (8/5): Fijn appartement op perfecte locatie. - De ligging en sfeer van het appartement is perfect. We waren vroeg en het was geen probleem om eerder in te checken. Bistro set buiten was aan vervanging aan toe. Nespresso machine bleek stuk en ik heb dit direct gemeld bij verhuur tussenpersoon. Geen reactie op gekregen.
• Caroline (9/5): - Emplacement idéal, centre et commerces à proximité, possibilité d'aller à la plage en 20/25min à pieds. Logement propre et accueillant, j'avais le sentiment de me sentir chez moi. La petite terrasse est un +. Une machine à laver est à disposition au rez-de-chaussée, très pratique.
• Aline (7/5): Im Großen und Ganzen für ein paar Tage okay! - Ein Plus war die große Terasse mit Markiese auf der man morgens frühstücken und Kleidung auf einem Wäscheständer trocknen konnte. Die Lage war mit ein paar Gehminuten ins Zentrum perfekt und das Auto konnten wir am Stadion, ebenfalls ca. 15 Min Gehweg, kostenlos parken. Dort war auch ein großer Mercadona in dem wir alles notwendige kaufen konnten. Die Gegenstände auf der Terasse waren ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wäscheständer musste mit vorsichtig genutzt werden, da die Wäsche sonst nochmal gewaschen werden musste und die Möbel haben ganz dringend einen Anstrich nötig und waren sehr unbequem. Auflagen oder auch den Sonnenschirm haben wir nicht gefunden. Die Liegen waren nicht sehr sauber und Auflagen standen auch nicht zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist sehr spärlich bestückt (z.B. 3 kleine Trinkgläser, 4 Tassen, Teller, etc.), aber für das Kochen hat es geklappt - ein bisschen wie beim Camping ;) gleiches gilt auch für die ab und zu aufkommenden Armeisenstraßen. Das Bett war bequem, aber es hat bei meinem Partner mit knapp 80kg beim nächtlichen drehen unfassbar laut gequietscht, da war durchschlafen nicht wirklich möglich. Die Logik der Lichtschalter im Schlafzimmer haben wir bis zum Ende nicht verstanden und die Kaffeemaschine hat nur gespült und keinen Kaffee gemacht. Für 6 Tage hatten wir 2 große, 2 kleine Handtücher und 1 Geschirrhandtuch - das fanden wir für den Zeitraum definitiv zu wenig. Zudem fehlte ein Duschvorleger - das ganze Bad war demnach nach dem Duschen nass und konnte wegen fehlenden Lappen nur mit dem einlagigen Klopapier abgetrocknet werden. Ein paar mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten wären super gewesen, die 3 vorhandenen Haken waren kleine Stühle, denen man im Grunde nur ein Handbuch überschmeißen konnte

Kitchen facilities lacking, so didn't buy any food as wouldn't have used it, would have been much better in a BnB. Outdoor terrace a joke! No soundproofing last 2 nights a living hell, with noise from apartment above. Host not overly helpful on phone at check-in. In the 20yrs I have been visiting Malaga and booking on line this is the worst property I have ever been to 😞

Near to a number of supermarkets to buy food and drink for one’s stay. There are only two hot plates and no oven. Together with a lack of cooking equipment, such as mixing bowls, grater etc made cooking quite restricted. A few extras for the kitchen, such as a mixing bowl, grater & full size tea towel would improve the customer experience.

Our experience with this property was nothing short of awful. When we arrived, we were shocked to find used beds, a dirty bathroom, and towels thrown on the floor. The apartment was completely uninhabitable and bore no resemblance to the description in the listing. To make matters worse, there were insects crawling on the floor, adding to the unhygienic conditions. The owner did offer an alternative apartment, but it was clearly meant for only 2 people—a far cry from the accommodation for 4 that we had booked. This lack of preparation and care for guests was unacceptable. We reluctantly stayed one night in the alternative apartment but had no choice but to book a different place the next day. Initially, the owner refused to clean the original apartment before 3:00 PM, later agreeing to 11:00 AM—but by then, it was too late for us. The disruption left us with no option but to incur additional costs, completely derailing our travel plans and ruining our vacation. The property’s misrepresentation and appalling lack of hygiene are simply inexcusable. If you value cleanliness, honesty, and a stress-free experience, do not book this property under any circumstances. The 5-star rating is solely to ensure this review gets noticed. This property doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
