- Nina (9/5): - Hübsch eingerichtete Zimmer. Sauber. Lage super, mit Shuttle direkt zu den Parks. War auch morgens für die frühe Öffnung nicht zu voll. Bin um 7.20 Uhr zum Shuttle, konnte direkt in den nächsten Bus und war pünktlich zur frühen Öffnung am Eingang. In der Lobby gibt es Starbucks. Ansonsten sind auch noch zum Beispiel IHOP und Denny's fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso ein Walgreens - das Auto kann man also dann ruhig stehenlassen. Trotz der Größe des Hotels und der Lage, war das Zimmer wirklich ruhig. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

- Susan (5/5): I’d rather Walt Disney World that’s all I can say - I liked the lobby. The entrance to the hotel was pretty spectacular. I did not like the parking I wasn’t really impressed with like my room or the view. The only thing I really liked about this hotel was the main lobby as it was large and colorful and busy and there’s a Starbucks there and there’s a food market there and there’s a bar there and there’s other tables around that I could see why it would be enjoyable to just chill in the main lobby. There’s a store with universal Studios theme. I’m sure the pool is nice but I didn’t go to the pool but other than that now I would not stay there again just because I did not like the parking situation and it’s just too busy for me. The hotel has 20,000 rooms just I like Walt Disney World resort

- Alexis (6/5): Early entry benefit into the parks is a massive win! - Close to Universal Studios Orlando, convenient free shuttle to the parks. We loved the early entry benefit to Epic Universe and Islands of Adventure. The pools were great! We had to go back and forth with the reception staff for 10 days after check out as they withheld a large amount of money as an authorisation charge and were blaming our bank, when we contacted our bank, they advised it was the hotel withholding the funds. This was extremely frustrating, especially when we were still travelling, so our bank advised if we wanted to claim unauthorised charges, they would have cancelled our card. It took about 8 emails to actually get the funds cleared and the staff I spoke to on email were quite rude and unhelpful.

A estrutura é excelente, a localização é prática para acessar os parques, shoppings e outlets de Orlando e o ambiente é muito agradável. Um destaque especial vai para a recepcionista Angela, que nos atendeu com MUITA simpatia, tornando nossa chegada tranquila e acolhedora. Pequenos gestos como o dela fazem diferença na experiência, era uma ocasião especial pra gente e ela foi super acolhedora e foi uma experiência única. Obrigado demais Angela, você é incrível e fez muita diferença pra gente! O transfer do Hotel pros parques e pro citiwalk facilita muito o dia-a-dia, tem muitos transfers, você nunca fica esperando demais, o estacionamento do hotel também é enorme, se você estiver de carro, não vai sofrer pra encontrar vaga. Na frente do hotel tem diversos patinetes/bicicletas do Lime ou Bird, então próximo ao hotel tem mta loja, mto restaurante, mta coisa pra fazer, essa localização é bem diferenciada. Ficando no hotel da Universal, você vai ter 1hr a mais de parque, na abertura, então essa 1 hr se você já estiver lá ao abrir do parque, faz MTA diferença, você conseguirá fazer os brinquedos mais disputados antes da abertura do parque pra todos, quando o parque abrir, você estará indo fazer outros brinquedos menos disputados então você vai pegar bem menos fila no seu dia e consequentemente vai aproveitar mais. Recomendo MUITO o hotel e voltaríamos sem dúvida, já era a segunda vez nossa na rede, mas com certeza, à partir de agora essa é a única opção. Nenhum ponto negativo, o hotel é excepcional, se você está em dúvida, pode ir que vale à pena e é o melhor custo benefício pra você aproveitar bem a Universal.

Mooi zwembad met badhanddoeken en ligbedjes. prima ontbijtgelegenheid in het hotel, hoewel best prijzig als je met een gezin wil ontbijten. Shuttlebus naar parken en early acces zijn heel fijn. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Dit was het goedkoopste universal hotel voor ons, prijs-kwaliteit heel goed! Het is wel massaal en redelijk gehorig, maar omdat het vrij rustig was hebben wij daar geen last van gehad.

- Amie (9/5): We were very pleased with the hotels location and amenities and we would stay again when visiting Universal Studios Flor - The marketplace had a good variety of meal options, the pool was gorgeous, the room was very clean and the staff was exceptional. The towels (both pool and room) seemed a bit thin and scratchy, not luxury towels. An airport shuttle would have been nice.

Alojarme en este hotel fue una estrategia para utilizar la entrada temprana a los parques y resultó a la perfección. También tenían servicios de maleta gratuito. Nada. Todo excelente.

- Wilcox (8/5): We loved it. - Loved the pool and the nice sized rooms. I guess we stayed at a very busy time, lines for elevators were incredibly long, lobby’s and halls were packed with people constantly.
- Paul (8/5): Great hotel and perfect for Universal parks. - Location, room style and facilities. Sound proofing was terrible. We were woken up multiple times on our first night to the point I had to complain.
