Le spa vous pouvez oublier c’est juste une piscine froide un sauna et un hammam qui était chaud à la fin de l’heure réservée et tout ça pour 20€par personne. Le petit dej est très moyen, beaucoup de choix mais pas de grande qualité. Les jus de fruit vous pouvez oublier, le chocolat chaud si vous l’aimez à l’eau alors tant mieux. Le personnel de l’accueil très sympathique mais au petit dej il faut leur arracher le bonjour.

• NADIA (1/5): Nuisance permanente de jours comme de nuit travaux j’ai des vidéos mais pas de photo très important chaque matin je suis - La réception était correcte tout le reste catastrophique l’accueil du petit déjeuner personnel très désagréable voir insolent. Le petit déjeuner l’accueil et les plats proposés Madame, Monsieur, Je vous contacte afin de déposer une réclamation concernant mon séjour réservé via votre plateforme au Danis Hotel & Spa Istanbul Old City, du 23 au 28 avril 2026 (chambre 104). Ce séjour a été extrêmement décevant et ne correspond absolument pas aux standards attendus ni à la description de l’établissement. Voici les principaux problèmes rencontrés : Nuisances sonores constantes : travaux extérieurs chaque matin dès 6h-7h, ainsi que des bruits importants la nuit, notamment la veille de mon départ avec des nuisances jusqu’à 4h du matin, m’empêchant totalement de dormir pendant toute la durée du séjour. Manque total de repos : je n’ai pu dormir correctement aucune nuit. Hygiène inacceptable : le spa et le hammam, pourtant proposés à la privatisation, étaient extrêmement sales (présence de cheveux, saletés, odeurs insupportables). Problème de santé : ma fille a développé des boutons après s’être baignée dans la piscine. Service client défaillant : personnel peu accueillant, froid, et aucune solution proposée malgré mes signalements à la réception. Cette situation est inacceptable, d’autant plus que j’avais réservé cet établissement pour me reposer. Je vous demande donc : L’ouverture d’une enquête auprès de l’établissement Un remboursement partiel significatif, voire total au vu des conditions du séjour Un geste commercial pour compenser ce préjudice Je reste à votre disposition pour vous fournir toute preuve (photos, vidéos, etc.). Dans l’attente de votre retour rapide. Je souhaite apporter des précisions supplémentaires concernant l’état des installations du spa. Lors de notre accès au hammam et au sauna, il nous était impossible de prendre des photos en raison de l’humidité et des conditions d’accès. Toutefois, l’état des lieux était particulièrement insalubre (saletés visibles, cheveux, odeurs très fortes). Par ailleurs, aucune bouteille d’eau propre ne nous a été proposée.

The location is excellent very convenient and within walking distance of the main square, making it easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Bahadir, who was truly amazing. He was incredibly kind and took great care of my parents, making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and happy throughout their stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to others. Nothing. Everything met our expectations.

Pulito e vicino anche alla metropolitana e al tram. Ottima colazione con varie scelte dolci e salate. Quando ho effettuato la prenotazione la struttura era in promozione col 60-65% di sconto sul prezzo intero. Questo ha generato in me un’alta aspettativa. Quando poi siamo arrivati ci siamo resi conto che il prezzo pagato era forse quello giusto. Booking dovrebbe verificare tutto ciò per evitare falsi entusiasmi!

Kambaryje labai trūko švaros, ant medžiaginių paviršių labai daug dėmių, buvo nemalonu, užuolaidos, langai labai purvini.. prie lubų kabo paliktos lipnios juostos po lubų tvarkymo.. Taip pat labai rekomenduoju atkreipti dėmesį kad viešbutyje mums buvo sugadintas iphone pakrovėjas, po kelionės jis nebeveikia, elektros srovė nepastovi, buvo vos įmanoma pasikrauti telefoną, gerai kad turėjome atsarginį kitos firmos pakrovėja. Prasti pusryčiai, mažas pasirinkimas, labai prastos kokybės gėrimai. Mokama spa zona.

La propreté du spa laissait à désiré, nous avons trouvé il y a deux jours des cheveux dans le bains turcs et les douches laissée par de précédent utilisateur. Le petit déjeuné n’était pas bon du tout, le réceptionniste qui s’est permis de me parler très sèchement au moment d’aller à une activité parce que le taxi était arrivé 20min avant l’heure initiale qu’il nous a indiqué.

The mistake, In the booking details, I did book a room with three separated beds, and this option was available at the time of booking at its own cost and conditions, but upon arrival at the hotel the staff apologized and said it was not available.

Wc qui penchait, un lavabo bouché, douche ou l'eau sort complètement serré. Literie catastrophique, pas du tt confortable. Pas du tt ce qu'on avait réservait et payé. Énormément de bruit dans la ruelle qui donne sur les chambres, nuits très compliquées avec 3 enfants en bas âges

Por otro lado, las camas eran muy confortables. Quizás alguna almohada más hubiera estado genial. Las fotos del tamaño de la habitación llevan al equivoco, las habitaciones son pequeñas. En cuanto al desayuno pienso que debería ser mas amplio ya que había poco dulce y ciertos platos que los europeos no estamos tan acostumbrados, por ejemplo, broccoli a las 9 de la mañana, a mi no me entra. Otro detalle que me decepcionó bastante fue el spa, la piscina estaba helada, y no había ni chorros. El jacuzzi ni se encendía, sinceramente fue bastante decepcionante y sentí que tiraba el dinero.

• Haouas (6/5): Sans plus - L’hôtel est bien situé, et le personnel est très sympa La moquette est sale, et le petit déjeuner n’est pas fou. C’est dommage que le spa ne soit pas compris dans la réservation.
• Hafsa (3/5): Not the quality we expected, def. a 2.5-3 star hotel max & very uncomfortable rooms, with a smell! - Location was great, close to all major attractions. Front desk and reception staff was nice. Where do i start. The breakfast was horrible! im not sure what standards other members have who have left positive feedback regarding the breakfast, clearly super low standards as this hotel served one of the worst breakfast i have ever encountered. The veggies were old, the eggs and other dishes had a funny smell, the bread options were not turkish cuisine at all, in fact hard bread sticks, some sandwich breads and few cut up simit, if you even reached them. The room was extremely small, which they were nice enough to bump us up to a bigger room free of charge, but the new room had a toilet/piping smell which made us nauseous every time we came inside our room. The BED WAS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON! I felt all the springs and couldn't move without sinking myself or my partner into the mattress. I booked this hotel because of the location and pool, but upon arrival i was told the pool was an additional 20 Euros per hour, which i understand its stated on the page (very unclearly),but this was a huge bummer for us. The comforter had a yellow stain on it that i informed the hotel, ubt regardless sheets didn't seem clean at all. The wardrobe space was not enough for a couple staying one week. It was super small, perhaps enought for a weekend stay. Last year we stayed at a hotel just one street above this one, called Gulsoyi, which we thought would have close standards, but I will never book this hotel again and i wish we booked the same hotel as we did last year, the grand gulsoyi just a street above this one. Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel for 1 week, which dropped our entire trips experience by 50% as we really like to enjoy a descent hotel on our travels. This hotel is only good if youre up for a quick 1-2 night stay max for a place ihn close proximity to all major sites to see.

• Marina Samba (10/5): - Really lovely hotel and quite convenient. Close to major areas within the city, walkable distance to the Bazar (10min) mosques and aqueduct. The staff was really friendly and when we asked to change rooms we were offered a beautiful room 6th floor. Emre and Bayram were very friendly and always approachable. Would really recommend his hotel. 👌 The variety of the breakfast was good but could do with more hot dishes.

Der var rent og fredeligt Der var ikk den største plads til 3 store voksne på et værelse. Vi var heldige at få et værelse med udsigt, dog var der ret meget larm/musik om aftenen.
• Nataliia (9/5): Still, I’m thankful for the kindness of the staff and the overall pleasant experience - I’m very grateful to Daniya Hotel for their hospitality. Even though my check-in was very late, at 5 a.m., they kindly allowed me to stay longer, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were attentive and helped me with my luggage, so I could enjoy the city without worrying about my bags. Thank you for such a comfortable and pleasant stay The room was a little small for the price, and I also noticed that there were no extra bathroom amenities such as cotton swabs, cotton pads, toothpaste, or a disposable toothbrush

• Alexandra (8/5): Nice clean hotel - Very nice well kept hotel , loved the rooms with clean bathrooms and comfortable bed. Nice area with lots of shops and restaurants, half hour walk to the Hagia Sophia. Breakfast is not that great i expected better from a 4 star hotel

• SARAH (8/5): Très bon hôtel, bien situé, je recommande ! - L’hôtel été très bien, propre, moderne, bien placé, également le personnel est très gentil, et merci à Bayram de nous avoir aider pour l’organisation de l’anniversaire. Je recommande cet hôtel Il est dommage de payer 20 euros pour l’accès piscine spa pour 1h, et nous étions déçu lors de notre départ à 5h du matin de nous avoir fait payer la petite bouteille d’eau.

• liudmyla (4/5): - Расположение Устаревшая мебель , ковровое покрытие в номере очень затертое и грязное, полотенца тоже очень устаревшие, серого оттенка, умывальник очень неудобный , очень неприятные уборщицы , на завтраке с трудом можно найти что поесть . В услугах отеля указан бассейн но он стоит 20 евро в час

• Grádl (6/5): - Jó helyen van a hotel és tiszta szobák. A reggeli az nagyon nivon aluli és nem a hotel 4* méltó.Semilyen kiszolgálás nagyon nem tetszett. Emiatt nem jönnek ebbe a hotelban vissza.
