- Nora (4/5): PLUS JAMAIS ! - Hôtel qui ne ressemble absolument pas aux photos du site Après trajet avions et plus d’une heure de route On nous a fait attendre 15min ( malgré lheure du Check in dépassée ) pour au final avoir une chambre déplorable tellement petite qu’on ne peut pas se déplacer à 2 Le lit coller à la fenêtre qui donne sur une sorte de dechetterie Salle de bain rouillé déplorable et minuscule Literie inconfortable mal de dos horrible coussin dur Nous avons alerter l’hôtel de notre mécontentement et ce sont énervés sur nous le proprio de l’hôtel a mentionné que si nous n’étions pas satisfait de partir … On nous a finalement donner une autre chambre un petit peu plus spacieuse mais qui pour moi corresponds à une chambre d’une seule personne uniquement On entends ABSOLUMENT TOUT les chambres voisines coller les gens qui ronfle la TV allumer on entends les moindres détails Pas de rideau occultant donc on se réveil automatiquement avec le lever du jour PETIT DÉJEUNER catastrophique morceau de tomate concombre œuf dur et rien d’autre …. BREF je ne reviendrai pas !!!!!

- Verified traveler (2/5): 8000 TL disappeared from our room - When we first got to this hotel, it took us several hours to convince the staff that our air conditioner was not working and that we would not be able to spend the night in this room. Eventually, with enough pressure, the staff moved us to another room, smaller and less accommodating than the one we had paid for. This room's bathroom appeared to have a bird's nest bulging through the vent, the sink was one light push from toppling over, the toilet seat was loose, and mold was around the edges of the floor and in the shower. We raised up this issue with the staff and they agreed they would move us to a similar deluxe room that we had originally paid the following day. In this deluxe room, we found a pair of used underwear and towels stuffed in the bottom of the closet. The balcony had bird poop stains on the chairs and the table top was missing. This bathroom also had mold around the edges of the floor and the air conditioner piping was stuffed with paper towels around it and was leaking into the shower. Cleaning service only came around every other day to clean, and cleaning was spotty at best. One time after a cleaning, we noticed that 8000 TL had disappeared from our room. We raised this issue up with the staff and nothing was done. On the last day, my two older parents asked for some help from the front desk to bring down their large bag from the fourth floor after I had left for the airport overnight and they refused to help. I do not recommend this place.

- Hakan (10/5): - Ein sehr Söhnes Überschaubarer Hotel , Famieleien freundlich, Personal der höflich immer nett, sehr zuvorkommend bin richtig begeistert, auch der Standorte ist ideal. Man kommt ganz leicht überall von dort an hin, die Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür , die marmaray ist auch ganz in der nähe sowie die fähren nach Besiktas,Üsküdar,Kadiköy sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von hier Fatih aus zur Eminönü und taxim sind es zu Fuss 15 min also richtig gute Lage ,direkt auch am Meer. Das Frühstück ist immer frisch zubereiet geworden. Es steht für die Geste ständig Café und Tee zur verfügung. Ich bin Seher zufrieden mit allem auch der Preis stimmt, die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich geputzt. Ich werde ab jetzt immer dieses Hotel buchen wenn ich wieder mal in Istanbul bin. Ich kann es wirklich nur wirklich weiter empfehlen.

- Mikhail (6/5): Это было ужасно... - Один из самых ужасных опытов проживания. Было нас 4 человека. Провели 5 ночей. Первое и самое главное впечатление от номера это грязь. Все в пыли на полу, подоконниках. Занавески на окнах имеют серый цвет от накопившиейся на них пыли. Постельное белье и полотенца имели пятна. В ванне и туалете стойкий запах сырости. Протекающая сантехника. Следующая часть это ужасный завтрак. Мало того что он длится с 8:30 до 10 утра, так если вы придёте в 9:10 уже не будет даже того что предлагается изначально. Жили на 2 этаже постоянно вылетал вайфай, сами ходили перезагружали модем по 5 раз за вечер. Хозяева вроде дружелюбные, но при этом считают нормальным делать работы шумные в номерах в 10 вечера, например сверление стен. Местоположение вроде неплохое, но весьма удалённо от основных достопримечательностей. Если планирцете ходить пешком будьте готовы к сложностям, с детьми однозначно будет тяжело.

- Hassan (10/5): - Lovely family run hotel by the water. The staff are very friendly and super helpful, unlike many of the other hotels I've stayed in. Rooms are clean and of a good standard. Breakfast is also good. There's a tram stop just across the road which takes you to Eminonu from where you can catch ferries and another tram to all the main spots of the city. We'll definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is perfect for someone who would rather spend money on seeing turkey rather than luxurious hotel. This place is away from tourists and made me experience turkey away from the tourism. Food nearby is cheaper, bus literally 30 second walk from the hotel which can take you anywhere. And the reception that is the most sweetest. The breakfast was the same every day but i could never get tired because it was fresh. Plus a nice view of the entire city and suleymaniye mosque. Id recommend this place forever❤️

Visto dal sito il baykal hotel sembra albero di tutto riguardo , struttura pulita ed elegante vicino al centro con pure una bella terrazza coi tavoli. Così dovrebbe essere perché te lo vendono scontato a più di 50 euro a notte , io 54 x 3 , prezzo alto x la turchia , figuriamoci a prezzo pieno 75 euro dovrebbe essere il top. Partiamo dal fuori , vicolo lercio e lezzo a sfondo stradale chiuso , che chiamano parcheggio gratuito , la terrazza non ha tavoli ma lenzuola stese vicino a tutti i detriti del tetto, un gra lerciumaio, la camera!!! Bagno piccolo con sanitari semovibili e il lavandino che ti devi mettere in ginocchio tanto basso , finestra della camera rotta riparata col silicone , frigo inutilizzabile niente comodini o lampade, ti becchi la luce centrale e zitto , in due non si sapeva dove appoggiare la roba , prese scoperte lenzuola sporche di sangue e infine la terza sera un bel tipo ci attraversa la stanza e si infila in un buco nel muro dietro il radiatore. Sala colazioni con un fantastico buffet a porte aperte sulla strada senza banco di refrigerazione o coperchi x il cibo sul quale danzano e bivaccano felici stormi di mosche. Unica nota positiva la disponibilità di un ragazzo , 1 su tutta la famiglia di almeno 10, nel aiutarci coi biglietti metro.
- Verified traveler (2/5): TERRIBLE - 😞 Don't make the same mistake I made - One of the worst experiences of my life. I've traveled to very many different countries and have never had such bad experience with a hotel. My family and I arrived and checked in late around 10:00pm after a very long flight from USA. At around 1:30am while we were sleep, other guests checked in nextdoor and their kids started running and screaming by our doors and the hallway until around 4:00am, banging the walls and slamming the doors. We had 2 rooms, both rooms were very small and had no room to walk around. Outdated and dirty bathrooms. There are no telephones inside the rooms to contact the front desk. We had the rooms for 3 nights and decided to check out in the morning and move to another hotel. I gave the hotel, hotel.com and the management a chance to offer a refund and correct this and they decided to hold myoney and not give me a refund.
