• Georgia (10/5): Great apartment with easy links across Vienna - Great location, close to two different trams (no.2 and no. 46) that can either take you into centre or take you to the various metros. Quiet area with good facilities. Room was spacious, had everything you need. Bed was comfy. The host was attentive and responsive The listing said it had a hairdryer but we couldn't find it.

• Oksana (7/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszanie znajduje się blisko centrum, ale okolica jest bardzo cicha. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżko. Jeśli chodzi o klucze, też mieliśmy problem z otwieraniem drzwi, ale później zrozumieliśmy, że wystarczy umieścić klucze w pozycji poziomej i po problemie :) Z wodą w prysznicu też jest wszystko w porządku Mieszkanie wymaga remontu i wymiany podstawowego wyposażenia. Rozumiem, że w przypadku remontu cena mieszkania byłaby już inna, ale zardzewiały pojemnik na mydło jednak można wymienić nie ponosząc większych kosztów (cena pojemnika na mydło to koszt 1-2 euro!). Pościel z dziurami wyglądała żenująco. Białe dywaniki na podłodze były brudne. I skoro właściciel nie ma możliwości/chęci czyszczenia tych dywaników, to ja osobiście wolałabym mieszkanie bez nich.
• Andrew (9/5): - Comfort, neat and very warm apartment with enough appliances for living. The quarter is rather distant from the downtown, with a good transport connection. The hallways and the staircase are shabby and can be put in order with moderate effort.

Bagno piccolo ma caldo e con tutto il necessario Cucina non provata, ma c'era tutto l'occorrente per cucinare Location: anche se molto ben collegato (a due passi dalla fermata della metro), per raggiungere il centro si impiega una mezz'oretta. E la sera (d'inverno almeno, quando ci siamo stati moi) è quasi tutto chiuso o deserto

• teresa (6/5): - La struttura è situata vicina ai mezzi, ha una cucina funzionante, e ampio spazio, posta vicino a dei supermercati, utile x soggiorni brevi. La struttura dalla descrizione presentava dei riscaldamenti, ma nella realtà su quattro termosifoni ne funzionava uno solo, situato in bagno, per noi che abbiamo alloggiato in inverno, è stato pessimo! La casa presentava umidità nelle pareti, e le lenzuola + coperte, presentavano macchie (forse) permanenti. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà nell'aprire il portone, non appena arrivati a tarda ora, in quanto probabilmente difettoso.

• Eve (9/5): Un petit logement simple mais parfait pour bien apprécier cette ville magnifique - Bien que le bâtiment n’inspire pas confiance au départ, ce logement est parfait. Très propre, le grand lit est super confortable, la cuisine offre l’équipement très de base mais bien assez pour se préparer des bons repas. Le transport en commun est très présent pour bien visiter la ville. J’y retournerais sans hésiter. Le seul bémol est si on arrive en auto, on nous informe que le stationnement est payant dans toute la ville mais rien ne l’indique et aucune borne de paiement n’est présente. Nous avons dû trouver un garage intérieur pour laisser l’auto le temps de notre séjour. À part ce frais imprévu, tout a été parfait.

Considering that the accommodation was only for resting after days of sightseeing, I can’t say it was disturbing. The location is very good, the owner is exceptional and cooperative. I can warmly recommend this apartment for a visit to Vienna. -

• Kaia (9/5): Fairly priced and comfortable with easy access to the city. - The apartment looked bigger and better than we expected and it was updated with providing a kettle, a toaster and a microwave oven. It had blackout curtains! Everything was clean. It had easy access to the city centre with transportation but we decided to walk every day, which was doable too (about 45 minutes one way :D). There were many street food places near (kebab, pizza and more), 4 grocery stores in 2-8 minute walk and also a McDonald's within a 7 minute walk. There was a street with many shops (clothing and cosmetics and more) right by the apartment, and there was a market with fresh fruits very near. Although it seemed like a little bit poorer neighbourhood than the one I've stayed at before on the other side of the city, we felt safe, even at night. Just for info that the apartment was on the first floor (British English floor system) with a curved staircase and no elevator. We felt, that the bathroom needed some more shelf space or a little table in the corner to put things on. The white bathroom curtain felt slightly see through (especially at night), but we were not sure, if it actually was. We were left with only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 days, so we had to buy more. For lighter sleepers the street noise from cars can be disturbing at night. It is especially loud when the window stays open at night.

Few things need(ed) to be fixed though. - Apartment is nicely located in the city and very convenient Fast response from the owner regarding the issues and fixing it. Shower was leaking (got fixed during our stay) and curtains in the bathroom are a bit broken (will only get looked at post our stay).

Clean and spacious room. Very warm room even with -5 outside. Hot water. I would definitely stay again. The mattress could be better
• Davar (6/5): It was fine, i wont rate it a bad stay - Essential things were present in appartment It is not a lounge and a room as mentioned. It is just a room. Passage is converted to kitchen. Its an old building without elevator so you have to carry stuff on a narrow staircase

• Nmaula (9/5): Superb - The property was very clean and came with all the basic amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. It's close to the tram and the neighbourhood is very cosy and quiet with great eating options all around. A few things needed maintenance such as the plug in the kitchen which came off and a flap beside the shower in the bathroom. Not complaining because the property overall was great.
• Katarina (8/5): Great value! - The place had everything we needed. It is close to supermarkets and different kind of shops, to two tram lines and to U6 metro. The apartment was OK, nothing luxurios, but serves the purpose and is a great value for the price! It has all the equipmet one can need, and very very comfortable bed. The host was quite nice! Again, the apartment has a great value for the price so it is completely fine. The furniture is a bit old and can be replaced, but then the apartment wont be as cheap :) Also, the street is a bit noisy, but the windows block the sound very well when closed. So, for the price I would come again.

• Kristina (9/5): Great apartment, close to tram stations, excellent location. - The location was excellent, tram stations are very close, easy to reach city center or any part of the city. Size of the appartement is also very big and comfortable for 2 people. Also the host was great, they were quick to answer any question, and resolve any issue. Everything was great, I don't have any complaint.

• Mark (9/5): Great location, clean with everything you’d need for your stay. Check in was simple. Only minor complaints was the blind - Property was very clean with all the desired amenities; shower with hot water, fast WiFi, a TV with hundreds of channels, and air conditioning unit, clothes iron and ironing board and a hair drier. The location is great, only about 15 minutes by tram from the city centre, with a tram stop about a minutes walk from the property. Self check in was very easy. My only minor complaints are that the area could get a bit noisy with motorbikes and cars during the weekend, so if you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest to bring some earplugs just in case. In the bathroom a previous tenant appears to have broken the shutter blinds on the window so they wouldn’t close - So I needed to cover the shower door with a towel when having a shower to have some privacy from the neighbours/people on the street. If not for that I’d rate the property 10/10

There are a lot of shops and cafes around. The apartment has almost everything that is needed for a short trip There were no iron and washing machine, but it does not look like a big disadvantage

• Στεφανοσ72 (8/5): Do consider Haberlgasse for your stay in beautiful Vienna! - The Haberlgasse apartment was indeed a very good choice for our stay in Vienna! The main room was pretty spacious, with plenty of light and with a nice bid bed with a good mattress. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was OK but not that big and definitely clean! The location was also very good with 2 trams (2 and 46) taking you to the center in a few minutes. And the neighborhood was nice as well with shopping and eating options. Pretty much everything was OK! However more towels could be useful for long stays and darker curtains to block the morning light.
• Emina (6/5): Bearable, but would not come back - Location suited us well. It is good to know that from Friday 22:00 to Moday 9:00 you can park for free in the street, based on availability, since it is the public parking. Pictures seemed better than reality Major problem: mold. I guess this is self-explanatory. One-bedroom normally means a separate bedroom besides the living room. Here, both beds are in one room. So the title of the accomodation is misleading, and it should be corrected. I realised that too late to change for something else. Double bed was actually two single mattrasses merged into a double bed, super uncomfy for a couple. Sintectic fabric sheets...luckily, it was not summer. The furniture is outdated, seems like collected from random yard sales. Some dishes were smudgy. In brief, a place we wanted to stay as little as possible.

• Dragana (6/5): I like this location, for two and for couple of nights ok, but it’s too expensive for what is offered. - Location is excelent. Easy chack in and chack out. There is only one room with double bed and one pull out bed. The room is really small and crouded so there is no roome to move. Bathrom is old and there was no toiletries. Kitchen is in a hall, so…for two ok, but for three no.
