- Leonie (7/5): - Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, op de kamer duidelijk aangegeven welke extra dingen er vanuit de receptie geleverd konden worden(pantoffels, tandenborstel etc.), locatie rustig maar toch centraal. Lekker matras. De grootte van de kamer/badkamer, konden niet recht, enkel schuin, op het toilet zitten. Ook was de kamer verder wel érg krap voor de prijs en er hingen wat spinnenwebben aan de gordijnroede, schoonmaak kan net wat strakker. Deken was voor ons te warm.

On the 24 tram route, so very convenient to go through the city. Big rooms. Very easy from Central station on arriving in the city, straight onto a tram and 2 mins from the stop to the hotel. Nothing! Maybe would have like a bit of fresh milk left out in a cool box for cups of tea, but a staff member always found us some. There may have even been a fridge in our room, can’t remember, but our stay was great. Lovely hotel.

- Simone (10/5): Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Delphi-Amsterdam Townhouse! - Von der schönen Lage (ruhig und grün und dennoch nur 3 Minuten zur Tram-Haltestelle) über das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet und die Sauberkeit bis zum sehr freundlichen Personal war alles tipptopp! Wenn man aus dem quirligen Centrum ins Hotel fährt, genießt man die Ruhe in der Apollolaan. Dass mir die Matratze zu fest war ist wohl eher mein persönliches Problem 🥴 Ich würde es jederzeit empfehlen und wieder buchen! Und dann würde ich auch darauf vertrauen, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels zu finden😉

Zeer schoon en leuke attentie op de kamer bij aankomst. De eenpersoonskamer is volledig uitgerust maar wel smal. Persoonlijk vond ik dat minder prettig.

Les produits RITUALS sont un véritable plus et la situation géographique idéale pour visiter Amsterdam ! Le prix est vraiment excessif pour les services proposés. Amsterdam est une ville chère mais plus de 300€ la nuit pour un hotel de ce type est quand même exorbitant surtout sans le petit déjeuner inclus !

Ognuna delle 4 notti nelle quali abbiamo dormito in hotel siamo stati svegliati più e più volte da porte che sbattevano fino a far tremare il pavimento (immagino fosse di legno) e dal vociare prolungato nei corridoi e nelle altre stanze.

The reception has a warm design and the room looked similar to the photos. - Damien (5/5): - La localisation près du centre L'hôtel est assez vétuste, les chambres en particulier, la suite de 32 mètres carrés où nous avons séjourné n'a pas de portes entre les pièces, sauf une double porte coulissante en bois avec la salle de bain (mais qui ferme mal) Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas correct, à mon avis on devrait payer 40% moins cher pour ce niveau de qualité. Ceci étant le personnel a été correct et le petit déjeuner de qualité. Tout n'est pas à rejeter.

- Thomas (9/5): Excellent time in Amsterdam. Great hotel in quiet and safe area. Very good tram connections. - We stayed in a family room which was a decent size. 2 adults and one child. The room was spacious and comfortable for our visit. The location was excellent, as we were only 5 minutes walk from the tram network and could travel everywhere using the day pass, if your going to visit certain museums, there is also a I amsterdam City Card: Ideal for sightseeing, includes free entry to 70+ museums, a canal cruise, bike rental, and unlimited GVB transport. Breakfast in the hotel was very good with a nice selection of continental and hot food. One bonus plus, is that the hotel offers complementary hot drinks during the stay which did save money. Overall, I would visit this hotel again. Our son noticed a couple of stains on the carpet floor in the room, nothing an industrial cleaner could not remove.

- Elena (8/5): Comfortable stay but pricey at times - Location is perfect, in the nice quarter of the city with all things to reach easily - cafes, transportation, various shops, bakeries...Very clean and green section. The hotel is an old, nicely restored building with character, clean and cozy, it faces a wide green boulevard with almost no traffic. The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and polite, everyone was very pleasant. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but guests are welcome to have complementary tea/coffee and fruit any time of the day. What we did not like was nothing about the facility itself, but about the price policies. We booked our room a month prior to our stay, paying 850 euros for 3 nights (with a Genius discount). This was the cheapest room we could get (12 square meters), without breakfast. When I checked the prices for this hotel just few days before our stay, we were shocked to discover that the room of our size was now about 150 euros a night including breakfast. It felt like a big rip off, and we could not do anything about it. The price changed not only on Booking.com, I compared prices also on the hotel's website - same story. I do not think we could have done anything different to escape this financial disaster, we thought that booking a month ahead would help saving. We still would like to stay in this hotel in the future if the price was fair.

- Vallari (10/5): Excellent stay at The Delphi - Everyone at the Reception was super friendly and helpful. We loved the location and it was super easy to use the tram and get to the centre. Housekeeping Team ensured that our room was spotless, thank you. Property is wonderful may be a little renovation can help in future as the carpets were a bit dated.

- Titouan (6/5): Privilégiez des séjours courts. - Petit déjeuner très bon et personnel très agréable et disponible. L’emplacement est très facile d’accès depuis la gare et proche des grands centres d’interêt de la ville. Chambre bruyante, bruit important autant dehors que dans les chambres voisines (peut-être dû au numéro de chambre), pas de noir complet, aucune chaise/bureau pour s’assoir autre que dans le lit et beaucoup d’humidité dans la salle de bain.

Camera pulita con grandi finestre e letti comodi, Possibilità di lasciare bagagli al sicuro all’arrivo e iniziare a visitare la città. Macchinetta per bevande calde sempre a disposizione gratuitamente nella sala al piano terra con tavolini a e poltrone. Reception con personale 24h. Scale ripide ma con ascensore. Pulizie camera giornaliero con cambio asciugamani. Bottiglietta acqua e biscotti in camera all’arrivo, bollitore con tisane. Bagno un po’ piccolo ma con grande doccia. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Bagno piccolo senza finestre e con ventola di aspirazione non funzionante. Mancanza di comodini e poche prese corrente. Frigo bar in camera vuoto.
