His food is made with his positive vibes and the flavour stands out. The room was nice and spacious and very clean. The entire estate is well maintained and the pool looks so inviting. I highly recommend Eagles nest if you are looking for a weekend breakaway or a little longer. Helen and her team are friend and very professional. They make you feel at home and are so welcoming. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you see this as a recommendation don't look any further or scroll past. This is the perfect place. If you looking for True South African "gees", then you have come to the right place. There is nothing not to love in this beautiful place. Only problem we had was that we had to leave eventually!
Kedrick (7/5): absolutely GOOD!!! - the bathroom was kept clean all the time I was around the place...the bathroom supplies were good at all the time...the warm/hot water was excellent...overall bathroom facilities were very very good... not anything specific but probably the fact that the kitchen is NOT open till say 10pm...but I understood the business model, and it is acceptable by all means.

Seamless check in process. Portion of the property is leased out to a church on a Sunday. Would have been great to be alerted of this when booking, Sunday morning we were woken by singing and the sermon , also impacts parking in the property on a Sunday.

Ernst (8/5): Comfortable stay - Breakfast ... not much of a choice but sufficient. My family and I stayed at the lodge, occupying two rooms. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. However, the shower taps were positioned in a way that made it easy to accidentally burn your hands or arms when turning on the water. Aside from that, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The lodge offers excellent value for money, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay.

Austin (3/5): Let down in fourways - The snack platter, but it was overly priced and the staff was very friendly. Between the generator not working and us having to sit in the dark, the fact that the bath was stained and looked undesirable to climb into. We had to call for toilet paper to be brought. The bed was uncomfortable and just the room in general seemed more like a motel then a guest house in forways. Definitely Italy not worth the money. Then there's the extra money paid being almost R1000 where our champaign wasn't even alcoholic and we only got very few snacks on a platter. Just not worth the price.

Thwaits (5/5): Great value for money if traveling with a family - Breakfast was really enjoyable, location was great. I did feel safe which is important when traveling alone. I was helped when I arrive much later than anticipated. So that was a bonus I had to ask for a hair dryer, had to ask for the generator to work but because it was in the middle of day (and still light outside) the generator was not available. It meant that I couldn't make coffee or dry my hair after a shower Also the shower door was faulty and couldn't be opened and closed with ease It was not nice looking into what seems to be a permanent resident when I opened my curtains. I therefore kept the curtains closed for the duration of my stay.

Ralph (4/5): Disappointing - Quite disappointing Easy to be found, located directly at William Nicol Drive. The B&B is not too old, however it would need definitely some TLC. The rooms are big and that is it. Not really clean. The lamps left and right of the bed have been just deco, not connected to supply since no socket that side of the room. The door towards street was an inside door from point of view of construction. So, noise from street (main road) was not kept out at all. We could not sleep! Breakfast is simple, a bit too simple. Wifi existing. We had to change the accommodation. Originally, we planned to stay three nights. After the first night we escaped to another place. No refund granted! You do not get really value for your money! Would we come again? No, from previous experience we do know that other B&Bs in this area are existing offering value for money.
