- Andrei Kirillovskii (9/5): Отличный отель с хорошим месторасположением - Отель оставил очень хорошее впечатление. По приезду возник нюанс с бронью - она не отображалась в системе, поэтому мы оставили вещи в комнате хранения багажа и отправились гулять. К 15:00 номер был готов, и мы без проблем заселились. Расположение удачное: до основных достопримечательностей можно спокойно дойти пешком за 15–20 минут. Номер просторный, чистый, с высокими потолками. В наличии капсульная кофемашина (капсулы и чай регулярно пополняются), сейф, холодильник, удобные крючки для верхней одежды -всё аккуратно и в очень хорошем, практически новом состоянии. Санузел также порадовал: просторный, с ванной, феном и всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Завтрак отличный - разнообразный, с небольшими ежедневными вариациями. Основу составляют омлет с беконом, колбаски, сыры, йогурты, свежие булочки, фрукты, соки и очень вкусный кофе из кофемашины. В целом, всё очень понравилось. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда ещё раз при возможности. Минусов как таковых нет. Единственное, можно было бы добавить одноразовые тапочки и базовые гигиенические наборы в ванную (зубная щётка, паста и т.п.). В первый день также не оказалось больших полотенец, но на следующий день их добавили - хотя, если честно, я даже не сразу заметил разницу, думал, что так и должно быть 🙂

- Angelo (9/5): Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen! - Das Hotel war eher kleiner dafür persönlich. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Wir haben ein Zimmer im unteren Stockwerk bekommen, für 2 Nächte war es ok. Die Aussicht war aber absolut nichts. Falls man länger bleibt sollte man ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken erhalten.
- Uwe (9/5): Tolles Hotel in der Nähe zur Moldau - Das Hotel ist gut gelegen in der Prager Neustadt, Tram und Metro in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist schwach, die Temperaturregulierung ist schwierig. Wir hatten 5 Doppelzimmer, die beiden zur Straße sind mit einem höheren Geräuschpegel verbunden.

- Katrin (9/5): Ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in einem gastfreundlichen Hotel und in einer faszinierenden Stadt. - Die Lage war für uns optimal, nahe der Moldau und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon, war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

- Dudley4trip (10/5): An excellent choice. - You cannot go wrong with this hotel which is not just conveniently located, and close to a lot of tram lines and Metro station. It is within walking distance to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Dancing House. It is clean, comes with comfortable beds and to top things off, a fabulous and tasty breakfast to help you start the day. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, especially the Front Office Manager, Stepan, who handles my multiple reservations seamlessly. Honestly I have not met a manager as friendly and helpful as him for all my trips. Jorge (George) is a delight to deal with on our check in too. The staff at the breakfast is very friendly and prompt in responding to any requests. We stayed here 7 nights and it went very fast. If we ever return to Prague, this is the only hotel I would choose. This hotel definitely deserves its 4 star rating, compared to the one I stayed with in Vienna.

If you’re not in the mood for walking, the tram and subway are both within 5 minutes. The room size was good, and the staff were excellent — nothing extra was ever a problem. - Josephine (9/5): Für einen Städtetrip gern wieder - Schönes Stadthotel, großes Zimmer, super Lage, kurze Wege in die Stadt, alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Gemütliche Betten, sogar das Beistellbett im Dreibettzimmer. Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und frisch gekochten Wahlmöglichkeiten. Wenn man das Parkhaus nutzen möchte, dann gibt es ein paar Straßen weiter ein öffentliches Parkhaus, das auf dem ersten Blick nicht wirklich seriös und vertrauenswürdig aussieht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, jedoch muss man seinen Schlüssel vor Ort lassen, das hatte uns anfangs sehr irritiert. Und man kann nicht rund um die Uhr zu seinem Auto. Das war auch alles nicht weiter dramatisch, wäre aber ein good to know im Vorfeld.

The staff was friendly and they have thinked for all the small details (for example the first day the weather was rainy and they provided us with umbrellas without additional cost). The room was very clean and the service was great. One of the best parts was the breakfast, it was amazing! Nothing! We wish if could have stayed longer! :)

Kosten für Parkplatz sind hoch, aber es gibt deutlich günstigere Alternativen, online buchbar über zum Bsp. - Roumen (9/5): A good and quiet hotel to stay, walking distance from all main attractions. - The hotel is on a quiet street near the river. A tram passes by, but we heard it only once for five nights. 15-20 minutes walking from all tourist attractions. Easy to reach from the airport as the metro stop is a few minutes away walking. The breakfast was good. They had Easter bread and eggs, which was a nice surprise for the kid. The staff was always very polite. The beds and the pillows were too soft. Some people may not like it that there is a bath tub in the bathroom. These things didn't affect our overall good impression though.

- Jeannette (8/5): Uitstekend Hotel! - Kamers worden uitstekend onderhouden en zien er gewoon prima uit. Vriendelijke bediening achter de balie bij het inchecken. Het ontbijt ziet er uitstekend verzorgd uit en eigenlijk is alles met zorg geregeld. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. De ligging is perfect vlakbij de metro en vlakbij de tramhalte(s), binnen 20 minuten wandelen loop je zo door naar de oude stad. Dus al met al een uitstekend hotel voor een prima prijs en absoluut een aanrader!! Ik heb een uitstekend verblijf gehad. Niets, alles was naar verwachting.
