Il bagno estremamente piccolo ed essenziale, la doccia in camera da letto, l’insonorizzazione della camera, la mancanza di una reception o contatto per emergenze.

• Agilė (9/5): An ideal place for a short stay - Pleasant communication and quick responses. Convenient location. The room was tidy. Check-in was easy even when arriving late—we quickly received all the necessary information for self check-in after our plans changed and we couldn’t arrive during the scheduled check-in hours. There is also an option to store luggage after check-out. A longer stay would not be very comfortable, as the room lacks space. The shower is open and located next to the bed, so if you value privacy, this room is not for you.

• LORENA (8/5): Buena ubicación y limpio - La ubicación está muy bien. Cerca de la estación de metro y se puede ir andando a los sitios más turísticos. Lo único que no me ha gustado es que se escuchaba mucho las habitaciones de los lados.
• Sarah (9/5): Lovely , clean place! Quiet street in a great neighborhood. - Very clean, very attentive staff, unexpected extras like extra towels and toiletries. Quiet safe location in a GREAT neighborhood. Very thin walls. You hear everything from the neighbors in the adjacent rooms.

Aber sollte es zuviel zu Fuss werden, dann sind tolle Bushaltestellen vor der Unterkunft. Die Busbezahlung ist im Bus - super. etwas komplizierte Armaturen im Bad. dusche sehr gut!

• Carol Gurney (8/5): - The service was very good and the room was very clean and tidy. Location was close to just about everything major (easy walk) and some nice intimate restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was good. We could have had our room tidied but we chose not to so the service is there if required. They also kindly booked us a taxi (at no extra charge) for the airport. There was no lift to the first floor. No good if your cases were as heavy as ours. Not their fault as we didn't notice when booking. It's just 1 room (seperate bathroom) but with shower in bedroom. Heating/ cooling was difficult to control. We ended up having the window open and AC off even though it was 8c outside. These are minor issues that should in no way spoil what is a comfortable space in a great location.

• Catherine (6/5): Good location, but shame about the smoke smell and thin walls - Good location, short walk to everything! Staff cleaned the room everyday and gave us clean towels. The Bath was nice and the shower was pleasant Room smelt like smoke, when I contacted the owner they said theyd get the staff to clean the room which made it slightly better, but it still affected my asthma. The smell of the soap/hair shampoo/conditioner wasnt to my personal liking. Walls were very thin, could hear the couple next doors conversation basically & the people out the back of the property. No one was on the reception desk the whole five day stay, it would have been nice to have talked to someone face to face about our concerns

• Beata (10/5): Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone visitin - I had a wonderful stay in this room in Rome. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized, which made it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and visit the main attractions. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and I always felt welcome.

Δεν αερίζεται και δεν παίρνει φως από πουθενά με αποτέλεσμα το μπάνιο που είναι στο δωμάτιο να γεμίζει υγρασία όλο το δωμάτιο η οποία να να μην φεύγει. Ήταν αποπνικτική η αυομοσφαιρα. Οι τοίχοι ήταν βρωμικοι δεν ήθελες να τους κοιτάξεις και δεν είχε καθόλου ηχομόνωση. Επίσης δεν δούλευε καλά το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου μόνο το ντουζ.

• jenna (9/5): Lovely location perfect for sightseeing. - We loved the location, was close to the train station and other major attractions. We were able to walk most places. They’re right in the city so the selection of shops and restaurants were endless. They even gave you pdf file which included recommendations on places to eat, drink, rooftop bars etc. The staff were very reachable by what’s app which was a bonus for us as we didn’t have a local number. My only negatives are 1)that they weren’t true to there reception hours. It says 10-6, but one day during our stay they weren’t there in person and this was around 11 am11:30 am, and on the day of arrival we went outside to ask a question around 5:30pm but they person was gone( but we were able to contact someone via what’s app). 2) I wasn’t prepared for the steps. If you have a lot of luggage be prepared to carry it up the stairs. During the stay the lift wasn’t working.

В стаята ни миришеше ужасно на цигари два дена, не се измириса, казаха ни че преди нас гостите са пушили в стаята. Стаята не е точно описана като снимките. Има много проблемни области, стените са за изцяло пребоядисване и е необходима цялостна реновация на стаята.

• Mane (8/5): - Clean room with a good, quiet location, close to Termini station -5min walk, Via del Tritone -10min walk. Our room was with a bad view, so we couldn’t open the curtains during our stay at all. The shower was in the bedroom, although that was not a big problem for us:)
