• meeke (9/5): Beautiful hide out in the centre of Athens. - Sweet and small studio, ideal for couples, and on top of the world! The terrace has a beautiful view and gives you the space to be away from the busy city live. The area is lively, lot of nice bars and good food. Easy spot from where to explore the city. Good contact with the host, not in person but by this app. Quick response and clear information about check-inn and -out. Highly recommended. Not a disappointment, but something you should be aware of: there are some stairs entering the flat, a small lift/elevator for max 3 persons to the 5th floor, and dark stairs to the 6th. So not recommended for people with lots of luggage! We were there during the heat wave. The airco works perfect, but as it is situated on the roof, walls are warm and terrace is less tempting during the day. Space is too small to have inside meals or spend doing anything else then lay on the bed.
• Mandy (5/5): Seen its best days. - Location, comfy bed, extremely responsive host The pictures are not matching with reality which is sad… the terrace looks run down and is missing everything from the photos. We booked the place because of the nice terrace so it was quite a disappointment with dead trees and the missing swing thing. Shower has very poor water pressure. The key box was hard to find since there are many there on the wall. Airco also makes strange sound.
• Marina (5/5): If you’re trying to save a bit of money and still want to be close to the center it's fine - The neighborhood is quite busy and feels a bit rough around the edges. However, it’s lively and have lots of cafes and small restaurants - the location is convenient, within walking distance to the touristic area and the Acropolis Museum where everyone hangs out. First of all, I was not sent the file with instructions on how to access the apartment. Once it became clear that I didn’t receive it, they sent me the instructions — but they included outdated, inaccurate photos. This caused a lot of confusion, as it was unclear where exactly the keys were located. After a long flight, I stood outside the apartment for over an hour checking each locker and trying to find the key, and eventually had to contact the management to send someone over. Luckily, I had a local friend who helped me through the process. If I had been alone, without internet access or knowledge of the language, I would have been completely stuck outside and unable to enter the apartment. The apartments looks like a tiny hotel room. There’s no stove, so keep that in mind if cooking is important to you.The main reason I booked this apartment was the terrace — it looked beautiful in the photos. Unfortunately, the current reality is nothing like what was shown. The photos may have been taken years ago. Now, the trees you see in the pictures are all dried out, the swing no longer exists, and the cushion shown in the listing are basically garbage. The only thing left on the terrace is a table and a couple of chairs — that’s it. Because of this, we didn’t spend time on the terrace at all. The space that was the main reason for booking the apartment ended up being completely unusable and disappointing.

• Gareth (8/5): Really good apartment in good location - Great location, spotlessly clean, small but had everything including a sun terrace and even as washing machine. The owner was very helpful giving food recommendations and was always quick to help.
• Dimitra (5/5): Great location but some issues need to be proffessionally addressed.... - The location is excellent; close to so many coffee shops, restaurants etc and a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom had a decent size and there's also a washing machine inside. The terrace is as spacious as the studio itself and offers some view of the Acropolis. There was an issue with the Netflix account, I had to constantly give the managers the codes that appeared on my TV device in order for them to connect me to the platform. We tried several times, the first day for 2 hours, the second for about a half. I got connected once, then got disconnected the next day. The third day a technician came and after a lot of effort he connected the device to the platform. When he left the building, the TV device was disconnected again. Finally, they asked me to use my own personal account in order to connect (which I did not do for security issues). I have the impression - so does my husband who is an IT specialist- that they have too few Netflix accounts for the properties they manage. That's why the guest has to suffer such an ordeal... It was such a waste of time for me ... They could just say '' we do not dispose a Netflix connection'', I would be ok with it. Also the ceiling of the room and the bathroom were covered in (black?) mould... Totally unacceptable... As the French say : à fuir....
• Iwona (7/5): Good - very good location, quiet apartment there is quite a lot of mould on the ceilings so if you are allergic it can be a problem.
• Henna (8/5): Great location in the cozy apartment, Athens in its best! - Clean, small but cozy apartment. The kitchen was equipped with sufficient kitchen dishes and utensils, there were even a small hotplate to cook my eggs. As the apartment was in the highest floor, it was a bit hot, but there was an air conditioner. The view from a big terrace was beautiful, you could see Acropolis and Filipappos hill; it was nice to drink morning coffee there. The apartment is situated in the heart of Koukaki; when you step out of the building, you are in the middle of cafes and restaurants. The host was very helpful and he arranged me a taxi to take me to the airport early in the morning. 😊

• Divya (8/5): A nice stay in Athens - Very well equipped apartment. location was so good. lots of cafes right below the building. very very big Terras and no noise so you can sleep well. You can see acropolis from the terras. The communication with host was very smooth. this is a very small studio, so keep this in mind if you can adjust. Vew of acropolis wasn’t very nice, but it is visible.
